Walked into check out the Harley/Suzuki/Can AM dealership. The staff was friendly. They had UTVs, Harley cruisers and a couple Suzuki bikes, two dirt bikes and one cruiser. Was hoping yo see a couple of Suzuki sportbikes with the Harley cruisers but no dice. Maaaaaybe next time!

Had a pothole incident that messed up the front tire on my Spyder. They got me in fixed and on my way within an hour. I was a long way from home and in the middle of a trip. Thank you all so much, didn’t get their names but they were very helpful and professional.

Cheech understood my delimma of whether to fix up the accident damage or move on to a newer bike. He also has a TriGlide and helped immensely. We were leaving in a week for 3 months in AZ. To get another bike here or in Phoenix was the decision. They never subtly put any pressure to buy at Metro. My wife chose a color and a suitable bike was on the floor. I now have a nice bike to take on vacation. They worked with me and the insurance company to make it happen in the short time available.

Called ahead of time to ask for a specific oil they told me they had plenty in stock drove 45mins there talked to the same parts guy just to tell me oh yeah we don't have that oil.

The parts counter was helpful and answering questions and getting a windshield for my bike. The sales desk staff was also helpful in finding apparel and a hat for me.

I was looking for a solid Heritage Classic for a good price. The team of Cord and the GM Cody came through and made my first purchase at Metro Harley a great experience. They are friendly, not pushy or high pressure. They gave me a more than fair deal and I am a proud owner of a beautiful Harley. In the Cedar Rapids area you have several dealers to chose from but in reality you should only chose one and that is Metro if you want a friendly environment staffed by folks who are honest up front and get you taken care of. You have a lifelong customer in us.

I have owned 9 new bikes and a dozen used over the last 50 years. I was never made to feel more welcome or valued as a customer. No games and I got a good price on my trade. All the bikes new and used had clearly marked prices on them. That's not the case at the majority of dealerships I've been to. I was encouraged to take a test ride and asked to pick out 3 that I was interested in. That's not common, either. So I strongly suggest before you buy anywhere else, you give the guys at Metro a shot.

My wife and I were enjoying a ride today when our bike broke down about 20 minutes away from Metro. I called and they picked us up and helped us tremendously!!!! Even though when we returned to the store it was closed they took the time to figure out what was wrong with the bike and where able to fix the problem. There was no rushing us or anything. Just hands down awesome customer service!!!!! We would like to call out the service manager for helping us with everything and getting us back on the road. We will go there hands down for anything we need for the bike. Thank you so much for everything. Also thank you too Cord for helping us get with the service department so fast to get us going as well.

I drove 4 hrs to find out that a used side by side had 2 torn cv boots and a large hole on the driver's floor board on the Commander that I had put money down on. The oil was gray supposedly it was just changed as well. This was Not disclosed. Supposedly it went through the shop and was ready to go with out any problems. The sales staff Cheech said that's why it was discounted after I arrived. Very frustrating!The company didn't seem to really care!

First of all, way to go with the hand sanitizer! Smart thinking! My daughter wanted riding bouts so he pointed her to clearance first. Then we looked at leathers and helmets. They have a very nice variety. They were having a sale so she saved. They we're very helpful about everything!

The guys at Metro worked to find us the Can Am X3 that we wanted by driving to another dealer to pick it up when they didn't have one. Also when our trailer wouldn't work for it, one of their employees who lives 10+ miles from us (35 minutes from Metro) offered to deliver it! Very satisfied with their service. Great job!

They made the buying Expierence of my first bike so easy. They did all of the work. I just had to pick a bike, and fill out paperwork. They were able to get me a fantastic interest rate and an amazing deal overall despite my bad credit or lack thereof. I will never buy from another dealership. I was treated like family from the moment I walked in. What I really liked is that I was bombarded by sales people, but they were there when I needed them. They weren't faking being nice too, which was nice. Even if you just stop in to talk bikes with them, you'll leave happy.

Nice people but some of the sales people can be a little annoying. Most people who come here know what they want or are just looking. So if we tell you we are good, then well come find you if we need you. Asking how were doing 3 times during our short visit was a little overbearing. It would be different if multiple people were asking,but it was the same guy. Calm down man!

Its a really nice place to go in, but I wish the store was a bit bigger. There's a bigger HD dealer in other locations (like coralville), but the people that work here are great. I've heard the service dept is not the best, but I've never had any problems. Just sometimes they are very busy so it may take awhile to get a repair done.

Enjoyed looking at and driving the can-am's today. My sales person is Brian. He was helpful, friendly and informative. I drove a very nice used can-am and found it to be a positive driving experience. I wish it had been a bit warmer outside so my test drive was rather short today. I plan to return to your store and drive the Harley Trike. I want to see and feel the difference between the can-am and Harley Trike. Thanks Brian for taking time out to see me today!
