Great customer service. And this baby is currently on sale. The team member loaded the box onto a cart, wheeled it to the check out area, rang me up at self checkout and talked to me about warranty's. He then instructed me to go get my car and meet him by the exit door.

I was having a hard time finding something so I asked one of the workers if they knew where this product was and they said yes, and maybe because of the blank look on my face they took me to where it was. He actually helped me get the rest of my list done. It was greatly appreciated.

Tyra helped gather my order rather quickly. Rallied assistance for five windows on two carts. Jon with support of the team assistance carefully loaded the windows in the Jeep. Then, on the cage. They guided me as I ratchet the three that needed to be on the back. Plus, gave me helpful tips for driving and care of the windows to prevent broken glass.Easy peasy drive and carry inside to wait for my friend to help install.The windows arrived at Lowe’s as explained during the ordering process.During a few calls to check the team on the phone were helpful. And, made sure to add notes so both orders could be picked up together. Although Lowes received them at different times. Plus, worked with me on a pick up date around my trip and the contractor was sick.I’m excited to buy more windows next season. For the second and final floor.Well done, as always. Since 2004 you’ve been in my life when living in the area and upon return.You’ve helped with many renovation needs. Answered countless questions. The quote on the phone from someone else ended up not being as much in person for the custom size 🙌🏼Regardless of issues that arose for various reasons, like sizing to the Lowes card didn’t work from the contractor, Austin went with the flow. He problem solved to ensure the five windows, three specialty order, were perfectly sized. Submitted, and sent receipts digitally to help with paperwork.It’s customer reps like Austin around the country that keep me visiting year after year regardless of the location.

I'm changing my review from 5 star to 1 star. Lowes just keeps going down hill. Go in to order appliances and you have one person maybe 2 to help order stuff. Then those people that can, waste everyone else's time. I left after almost 30 minutes of standing waiting. Then I order online get a delivery scheduled. To were I get called that they will be here in 30 to 40 minutes then finally show up 3 hours later. So not only did you waste my.time in store but then your delivery department did as well. Thank you lowes but home depot or menards is sounding better from here on out.

Not flexible at all. To the point of doing more work on their end. Ordered a washer and dryer, but had an issue with one and was told to cancel that one on the order and just place a different order. Now we have them delivering on different days or are being pushed to a later delivery for both because of how they told us to enter the correction. Putting the orders together on our earlier scheduled date is “not possible”. I get bad weather, but trying to say that connecting two orders so drivers only need to stop once is “adding a stop” is a bit absurd and obviously a systems/software issue. The real problem is that they clearly don’t have any override or control for when their inventory management system doesn’t allow something - like just calling a human and adding a note to save someone time. Automation at the expense of any form of autonomy for the warehouse and delivery staff. This is not an issue with Menards or Home Depot, they have systems that are second to their employees and can be superseded. Can’t be a very fun work environment and sounds quite demoralizing.

Nice place open later then the rest thankfully some days when working late. Prices are on the higher side but I feel they are better then the Depot but still higher then then Menards.

Twice I buy an order from the online store and it comes back with an error and the customer service is not cooperative in satisfying the customer and they say there is an excuse that it has no effect. The first time I buy a broom and after twenty days I wait they tell me it is not there and the second time I buy flooring and the order comes in a different color even though I take the sample from The shop

We don’t get over to the NE side of town often, weve had a long week. We thought we were approaching checkout, so we set down our items and instead of being informed where to checkout correctly Ben at the cash register says “Uh, Am I doing something for you guys” my girlfriend said to him “Oh, is this not check out? Im sorry” he said “not typically” and rang us up, guess better than not at all... The way he spoke to us originally as we approached what we thought was the checkout we should have have just put down our items, but we just remained quiet the rest of the transaction. We made it a step out the door and was asked if we wanted a receipt, at that point we didn’t even look back and shook our heads.

My experience at Lowe's was generally as expected. This is such a large store and it's kind of hard to find things as I am not familiar with hardware stores. The first couple of staff that I questioned did not know where to find the items I needed. But the third staff was able to help. The store was not too busy during my shopping trip, but staff still seem to be busy with various activities. Staff was not overwhelmingly helpful, but we're pleasant enough. I was able to find one item I needed but will have to order the other. So my shopping trip was only partially successful.

I wouldn’t even give it one star if that was possible…If you want quality service and quality work DO NOT go to Lowe’s for anything. I bought carpet and was to have it installed 12/9… 235 days later it’s finally done… terrible job still but it’s done. They refuse to compensate me when it was their fault several times. I had to take off 7+ days, close to losing my job, hours of stress and tears over how poorly I’ve been treated this entire time. UHS is absolutely terrible. They send workers that can’t communicate, always late, terribly unprofessional. They definitely do not understand the statement the customer is always right. Damage to my base boards and walls. Have been told so many lies. After them coming out several times I was finally able to get them to send a third party inspector out to look at it and guess what!!! I was right and he deemed the carpet needed replaced in its ENTIRETY!!! Then 4 more visits later it was finally completed… again terribly but at least done. It already came off the tack board. They didn’t order enough carpet on two different occasions. The workers ate on my new carpet and drank and then tried to lie their way out of it. They wouldn’t let me watch in fact they abruptly left once because I refused to leave and wanted to watch and they called me “hostile.” You better believe the Lowe’s customer service “executive” acted like I was to blame. And now they don’t want to compensate me any because they’ve replaced the carpet on their dime and the job has been completed. But my time is worth nothing… I will NEVER buy a dang thing from that store and I strongly urge you to as well. Nothing more than bullies. This isn’t even the half of it but everything that could go wrong did and when I didn’t think it could get worse dear lord it did. You’d be a fool to have anything done by them. Spend the extra money and go someplace who cares about the work they do and the people they serve.I see Lowe’s has responded to my review. Your copy/paste reply that you give every terrible review means not a darn thing as I’ve tried to get it resolved but you refuse to take accountability

They carry lots of the trending tropicals and large plants. Prices are good and all the plants I have gotten there have been healthy. The Cedar Rapids location has an even bigger selection.

I do a lot of at home projects, and Lowes almost always has what I need at a fair price. Best part though is the customer service. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly, always going above and beyond. Never have had an issue they haven't helped me solve. The picture is just showing an example of somethjng they helped me with, deciding on how to join, stain and treat.

Clean store and professional staff. They are just a bit too pushy on their "pro card" (lowes credit card). Stopped in again and had lots of help from picking out a sander, to how to save the most with combinations of military discounts and a $20 off coupon. I appreciate that their store is so grateful to those who have served. I will definitely be back.

Found everything I needed and the service guy was very helpful and super nice. Check out was ok. The only down side was super hard to find box tape. But eventually was able to find some with help from the staff. I would recommend for st least bathroom dnd plumbing needs.

Worst customer service experience EVER! I'll just give you the facts and you can decide for yourself.- Ordered a new refrigerator.- Salesperson warned us that Lowe's was using a new delivery company that they had a lot of complaints about.- Had to wait almost 2 weeks for the delivery even though they say next day and it was in stock.- Delivery company first could not find our home and was rude to my husband on the phone.- They showed up here and would not remove the refrigerator because it had a plastic water hose.- Lowe's rep who sold us the refrigerator stated plastic ok, copper was not.- Woman from the deliver company asked to be put on speaker from the delivery man's phone. She was totally rude to me and I told them to get out of my house.- Called the Lowe's salesperson back and got attitude from here as well. WHO'S THE CUSTOMER HERE???- My mother in law had the same experience with Lowe's in Wichita and is STILL waiting for her refrigerator for over a month.- Lowe's USED TO BE a step above the rest.- You lost a sale, you lost our business for the future. I'm sure a big company like yourself will survive just fine without it but if you really cared, you would take this feedback and make some serious changes to both the business partners you work with and your customer service training program.. You've slumped to a new low Lowe's..UPDATE: GO TO BEST BUY. SAME REFRIGERATOR, BETTER SERVICE, BETTER PRICE, THEY DON'T OUTSOURCE DELIVERY AND GEEK SQUAD INSTALLS. THEY ACTUALLY WANT YOUR BUSINESS.

I love their selection on everything from lightbulbs to lawn care. They have the BEST outdoor plant selection BY FAR. I've been to Menards (awful service & selection) & Home Depot & neither come close to Lowe's. Lowe's is the furthest to drive & desperately wish it were closer 😌

Today was an very unpleasant experience. I was scheduled for a interview, however that didn't take place. This was my second interview, which was scheduled in an impromptu manner, via text. I will not state any names, but when I say I waited, waited, waited & waited for the interviewer to show, that individual never presented themself. I was flabbergasted by this extreme lack of communication. No one knew anything about the interview and I was stared at stupidly and dumbfounded as to why I was there. One of the customer service reps was apologetic and was clueless regarding the matter. I, as a potential candidate, view all of these actions unprofessional, uncommunicative, unorganized and disrespectful to the candidate. I was early and prepared for this interview that didn't take place. My time was literally wasted for nothing, and had an obligation to another employer as well. No one apologized, that caused this chaos and confusion, just for me to leave unfulfilled, confused, ghosted and bewildered. This is quite unacceptable for any company to treat an candidate in this manner. Why would I want to reschedule a interview only to not get the position. This is extremely & utterly unprofessional on many levels. This puts Lowe's in a negative light for potential candidates. Possibly, Lowe's has gotten used to potential candidates coming in late, which is indicative of red flags for the interviewee. This could have been an awesome opportunity, however after this disheartening experience, I choose to not further any interactions with this location. I am in still in disbelief for how the situation was handled. I have no further words.......😕😕😕😕😕😕
