Walking into La Bella Pet Spa, the first thing I felt was calm and peaceful. The owner did an amazing job with the salon. The employees all super nice, and understanding. Their first priority is always the pet, and the dogs are all so soft leaving. Thank you La Bella for being an awesome place to take your pet!

We have been going to La Bella since we first got Tobi, around 8 years ago. We’ve since added Percy to the family and they both go to see the La Bella staff. They both come back happy and adorable each time. The staff always are so kind and gentle and it truly feels like they care about my pets. Maggie’s first visit to La Bella Pet Spa was a great experience. She’s a bit anxious in new situations, but the minute we walked in the door I knew she would be in gentle, loving hands. We just brought our dog, Summer, to La Bella Pet Spa for the first time this week. The new location is lovely! The groomer met myself and Summer cheerfully and we communicated about what I wanted for her grooming. When we picked her up we couldn’t believe how great she looked and smelled! Bentley and I’ve been looking for a new groomer about 1 year now. Well today I am happy to say that we have found Bentley his new groomer. Not only was I beyond happy how fantastic he looked when picking him up, but from the moment I walked through the door Savanna his new groomer welcomed us from the start! She took time to listen to my concerns, Bentleys background with other groomers, how worried/nervous I was, but most of all listened to how I was looking to get Bentleys hair cut. To say I am happy is an understatement! A huge shoutout to Savanna Bentleys new groom Thank you so very much!

Great place. I have a giant breed who is in his last few months and can't stand for the length of his visit. He's almost impossible to wash (he wasn't exactly easy when he was young either). Natasha has adjusted when I'd have expected most groomers to tell me he was too much trouble. I have no doubt we'll be able to keep him healthier and around that much longer because of her efforts. Customer for life.

Such a great experience! I brought my 21 pound Ragdoll cat in for a trim and the ladies were so professional and reassuring. I felt totally comfortable leaving him in their care (helicopter cat mom here). They did an excellent job and respected Winston’s boundaries. Highly recommend!!

We've been using La Bella for a couple of years. They always do an amazing job. I know that my dogs are being well taken care of when I drop them off. I would highly highly recommend them to everyone. The owner may be one of the nicest and friendliest person I've ever met. You can tell she definitely has love and pride for her business. My dog lola, who is also my baby, has been going to la bella since she was 4 months old. 4 years later she goes every 4 to 6 weeks to see one of her favorite people ever, natasha. As a matter of fact lola wont let any one but natasha cut her nails! She loves going to la balla and getting pampered. Natasha and her staff take very good care of my baby. I would, and do, recommend la bella every chance i get! From nail trims and painting to full service bath and furminator. I will never take her anywhere else!

Every time I come here to get my dog's nails trimmed I have a better experience than the last! These girls are so friendly and know exactly what they're doing that they've never once at the quick on my dog's black nails! Love them!! In and out in 10 minutes and VERY reasonably priced!!

Mel is absolutely wonderful! She is so good with my aggressive dog and get everything that he needs done at a comfortable pace for him! I moved to Iowa City and still travel to Cedar Rapids to get him groomed because I love taking him there so much! I know that he is safe and that Mel will take fabulous care of him and get him feeling and looking so much better!!

La Bella did an incredible job on my standard poodle puppy. He was looking rough going in, and came out looking so fresh and looking exactly how we wanted him to look. I am new to the Cedar Rapids area, having moved from a small town in NW Iowa. I was used to the small town personal touch for service. I tried another groomer soon after our move and was very disappointed. They were rude, nicked the skin on our one dog, and had very poor communication between their staff. And, they are horribly expensive. There were hidden costs that they failed to mention. I learned about La Bella Pet Spa from a church member and am so happy that I gave them a try. Our dogs looked just like they did when we used to use our former established groomer, and did not shake or shiver with anxiety. It felt very warm and personal when I walked in and I was greeted with a friendly smile. They listened to my requests for how I wanted our 2 fur babies groomed and followed it to a "T". The area was very clean and the 2 groomers were very professional. I am so happy to have found someone to get established with that I can trust. I definitely rank them as a 5 star business. The bonus is that they are affordable!

As a pet parent, my son called around and was able to reserve an appointment at the pet spa. Upon walking in the worker greeted us and knew that we were the schedule appointment. Immediately we were serviced and the care for the comfort of our pet was also taken into consideration. these girls are amazing! i have a golden doodle that was covered head to toe in burrs. after 4 hours of me trying to get them all out, i wasn't even halfway close to being done. i called Natasha and told her about my emergency and she took her in the following morning.. one hour later she cam back soft and flawless! can't thank you enough!
