Tues, April 2nd 2pm:2nd or 3rd time I've dealt with the old blond-ish woman in customer service. Initially no greeting just a stoic, cold stare. I proceed to let her know I'm making a payment. After payment, all in 1 motion she says thanks, turns away, & starts talking to someone else... It's not hard to tell when someone's simply going through the motions with empty gestures. If you dont like dealing with particular demographics at least do a better job hiding it. I'll be closing my Kohls account after this interaction.

Went in looking for Hey Dudes. They do not carry them. However, it's always a great shopping experience and I always find things I didn't know I needed. My husband calls my Kohl's cash. My Kohl's crack because it always keeps me coming back.

Ordered some mottens on line for my granddaughters. One pair eas ok the second came only with one mitten. It also looled like the mittems had been wore previously. Got tje qr code to return the items. Went to tbe store and im and out within 5 minutes no issues.

Very helpful dealing with my return. Also helpful getting me checked out with a product that was missing a tag. Try that at Walmart and they'll accuse you of being dishonest. Convenient location and a lot of friendly smiles!

For a department store Kohl's has a good variety of clothes, shoes & household items. They even have some jewelry, makeup, toys and gag gifts which makes shopping here easier than going to multiple stores. They also have better quality items than many other department stores (they carry Nike, Ugg, etc.). They have stores all over so anything you can't find in stock is usually easy to find online or ship from another location. They have a Rewards program and have deals ALL the time. They also offer 'Kohls Cash' back on purchases quite a bit which can be used at a future date. All of these together can add up to significant savings quickly. This location is always well organized and the employees have always been friendly and very helpful.

Went into this store for the first time in awhile. Typically, a store ahead of the game when it comes to customer service... not today. Walked in, no one greeted me (6-7 employees within thirty feet of the doors), no one asked if I needed help and then WHEN I DID... No one to be found. This store was, in my mind, known for doing better than most. Now, I won't step foot back into this Kohl's store, maybe Kohl's in general.(UPDATE) to Kohl's reply: there will not be a next kohls experience for me. No one wants an awful apology, they want the problem fixed.

I only went to Kohls to return an Amazon purchase, but that was a very positive experience. The person at the service desk was very friendly and efficient.

Kohls is forcing everyone to convert their CC to a Visa. I DO NOT NEED ANOTHER VISA. I’ve been disappointed in Kohls over the last 5 yrs. This may have pushed me over the edge.

It's a good place to shop. I like how clean it is. All the workers were friendly and helpful who were working up front. It was hard to find someone around to help at night which could be an improvement. I like how I can return Amazon orders there. The coupon they give you for returning items is kind of lame. Make sure to read the fine print. Overall I like this Kohl's. Highly recommend.

During the day it's not real busy, so i go at that time. I like getting stuffed animal and books there. Sometimes i get other thing. I really like going there. Some of the same clothes i can find other places for cheaper, but other things run about the same as other places

The staff is rude and ignores their customers! Almost as if the customers are bothering them. Asked for help in shoes on 2 different visits here and got eye roll the 1st time & the 2nd, she pretty much threw the shoes at me and walked off. Your customers are what pays your paychecks, you should treat them better! Well, in this store even finding an associate is difficult and the checkouts were so fake acting, it was awful

Very friendly and very helpful to me during these virus concerns. Employees helped me by leaving their department to go back further into the store to bring up front to me what I wanted and checked me out up front without my need to wander the store. They also were very friendly and helpful in my first attempt at returning something to Amazon. They took my return and gave me a receipt, and the transaction was soom, fast, and easy.

The store is noticeably clean and well organized. The employees are very nice! This Kohl’s always has a great selection of men’s graphic tees, and I always appreciate that the shelves of graphic tees are really well organized so it’s easy to look through and see all the styles and find your size.

My wife cannot find clothing in her size, everything seems to be for larger women. This might be indicative of society but we can find her size at other stores.
