I only transferred a few prescriptions to this pharmacy because they have a cheaper price. I now remember why I don't fill regularly here. Customer service is awful, takes 3 days to get a prescription filled, multiple times when I've run out of refills they said they would contact my Doctor after I offer to do it myself but go to pick up said prescription and they say they haven't heard back from my doctor. They swear they sent it over but when talking my doctors office they have no record of this. I get it accidents happen maybe you forgot to request it but now I have to make another trip when I even offered to call the doctor myself. I tried to explain to the pharmacist that this is the only place I've ever had this issue and she just talked over me telling me good bye and to have a good day as I was still trying to explain and she walked away. The least you could do is apologize for your mistake and own up to it. I'll be paying the extra money to go elsewhere in the future.

Husband stop to pick up RX. One RX had been already filled 10 days ago but not used yet. Pharmacist yelled across the room so everyone one could hear. Saying you got a 30 day supply ten days ago. Not professional. Could have been handle much better. Yes there was a full bottle at home unopened. Husband was made to fell like a criminal. Not Cool!

I love everyone there except that new guy and a few of the new techs. They haven't worked there long enough to know what's going on and they are not friendly at all and act like it's an inconvenience to wait on you!
