The pharmacy staff have been awesome to work with. I ran into some difficulties with some medications I was getting for someone that I was taking care of. The staff was most understanding & did what they could to make things as easy as possible for us. I was very grateful & impressed

This was my favorite place to shop. They have great deals, jaw dropping specials, weekly ads, monthly events, you name it. Sadly, the customer satisfaction based values that kept me coming back have faded. Under new management, employees hired care very little and have even less knowledge about the store. My eggs were bagged with canned goods, raw meat, and fresh fruit. I asked a manager for assistance with wine and spirits. I needed.cooking wine for work, but the gate was still closed at the time. He seemed disinterested in my problem and wouldn't help me. The wine and spirits clerk, however, went above and beyond to fix my problem. About 2 months ago this would have been an easy 5 star rating, but this location is going downhill, fast.

Great experience today! We were stopping in for dry ice; manager with blonde hair (we didn’t get her name) was amazing and super helpful! Thank you so much! Definitely recommend. Store was clean and all staff were helpful.

This is one of my favorite grocery stores. Their motto of "a helpful smile in every aisle" holds true, and it's awesome that my kids can eat a banana while we shop as well as get a free cookie from the bakery! They have top quality meat at the meat counter, and their produce always seems fresh as well. I also appreciate their checkout lines because if they get too long they're quick to open up another lane (customer service is great)!

They have really good Chinese food but it’s kind of pricey. The drinks in the deli are also to pricy, thy should offer smaller, cheaper sizes. The makeup selection is pretty small. They don’t have many toys.

I love this Hyvee on Wilson Ave Cedar Rapids Iowa. The entire work team here are wonderful workers. I feel like I'm at home whenever I shop there. They greet you soon as you get out of your car. The Mexican guy I just love him he is so courteous and kind God bless him more. ❤❤❤❤❤

The sales are too short, unless you catch a sale it's an expensive option. I went to one store and caught a sale, I was so stoked I went to another store the next day and though the sale was advertised to still be going it was no where to be found :( I went to the store I found the deal at yesterday and it was already over :'( The fuel saver program system went down and I misplaced my receipt so I'm now out almost a dollar per gallon. These donuts they have right by the door are glazed bread nothing more. The bakery stuff is normally good even though over priced, but these donuts kick rocks. I still use HyVee a lot because it's close to me but if I'm out and about I prefer shopping elsewhere.

Very pleasant staff in every aisle. Although some of the young checkout people tend to tell you a little too much about their personal life. They need a gentle reminder to keep conversations “generic”.

This hyvee has great Chinese and pizza kitchens. They're both right inside the front door that's furthest East. The dining area has comfortable booths. Staff is friendly. Always a pleasant experience coming here.

I find the staff are very helpful. Aisles are wide enough when someone is coming around the corner there usually no accident. The food. I get for dinner at work is healthy and delicious from the deli. There is a large choice for snacks and food. Has different departments with specialty food.

I went in to get pop that's it. I thought I got the pop for the 3 for 9 deal. Turns out of of them didn't qualify. Okay cool I'm just not going to get them I don't want to spend $20 on pop. I go to leave and the cashier rudely says "wow okay then bye." My not getting the pop at all has nothing to do with hyvee, I wasn't mad, I didn't have qualified items. But there is no reason for a rude comment as I'm walking away just because I choose not to pay $20 for some pop. Very disappointed.

Not bad overall; selection is generally fine and the new self-check registers are a huge improvement over hoping that the bagger pays attention to your instructions. If you can avoid going on Saturdays, do so.

I love HyVee because they have some specialty items that are tough to get at smaller stores. However, they are really expensive sometimes and it makes things difficult when I have to shop there because it is closest to my home. I often don't have time to drive somewhere else. But also, HyVee has some of the nicest employees who are very helpful, so it is usually a pleasant experience to shop there.

This is one of my favorite Hy-Vee's. Smaller than the new huge stores but more than big enough to have a wide assortment of product.I often order hamburgers or Sub sandwiches for work ocations and they always do a nice job.5 stars

Great store. Clean and you can always find a helpful employee. Prices are a little high for the area but I assume that's from actually staffing the store with people unlike other large chains that seem to be putting a robot everywhere they can.

The lines weren't too long and it's fairly easy to find what you're looking for. Prices are a bit high here, but if you shop while things are on sale, it's not too bad. The customer service was good, nothing out of the ordinary.

HyVee stores are almost always great places to shop but, this is one of my favorites. The location is very convenient and not too far off the interstate. This location has a lot to offer including Starbucks coffee, pharmacy and lots of convenience foods.

Mediocre at best .higher prices than other stores due to a lot of customers being on assists. And if a great sale is on meat plan on them being out and getting a raincheck not sure if intentional or poor management .but at least we have Jimmy who's friendly as they get

Always great...a bit pricey at times but I've always liked Hy-Vee. Their fuel saver card helps a lot! Watch the ad's for the good deals of course.

Hyvee Wilson Ave catered our wedding at the National Czech and Slovak Museum and Library on 8/18/18. All of the food was on time, set up was seamless, and it was delicious. We had a buffet style pasta bar, late night snacks, as well as snacks for the bridal party before the ceremony began. Chef Tyler and his helpers did a phenomenal job, and I cannot thank them enough for making our day special. Thank you! -The Piplanis

Best Hy-Vee ever. Super friendly and helpful and will get special items ordered by request. Has a wine and spirits and attached. There is an ATM and Collins Community Credit Union as well. Redbox is there. Awesome meat market! Also open 27/7!

We moved out of the midwest during the past year and miss Hy Vee so much. What a great local/regional resource. We are coming back to Iowa for a few days later this month and will be stocking up on some of our favorite items to bring back to Georgia.

My husband went in for Chinese. The person serving had to be told to wait on him. He ordered 2 entrees. She told him he could only have one appetizer (egg roll or crab Rangoon). He had to argue that he purchased TWO entrees and gets TWO appetizers. If a person wants any number of anything they should be able to buy that many. She was RUDE to my husband and to the next person in line also. HyVee if your people aren’t up to the task and able to do it with courtesy, then please get someone who can!!!

I really love this Hyvee the workers always greet me with kindness and as they all courteous workers and the food is always fresh as well. I would highly recommend this Hyvee for yourself and for your family. ❤❤❤

We were disappointed at the Wilson Hy-Vee this evening as we stopped to have supper around 630pm. We were looking forward to having a bit of Chinese food, salad bar, and maybe a piece of chicken. But, they no longer offer the Mega Bar, or whatever they called it; a "buffet" including all of the food options. Only salad bar or Chinese "buffet" now. We both chose salad bar. The gal at the register was none too friendly, but we moved on.First and foremost, as I am unable to stand or walk very well, I was in a wheelchair. The salad bar is NOT handicapped accessible! It was nearly impossible for me to get around the salad bar because of the mats on the floor. I had extreme difficultly in reaching the food in the third row of the salad items. And in order to get a bowl for soup, I burned my arm trying to reach behind the soup wells.There was a dry crust on top of one of the potato salads; obviously no one bothered stirring the salads throughout the day. The same kind of problem with the Cream of Broccoli soup, a thick brown skin on the top. In addition, the soup was overly salty. And to top it all off, the whipped cream oreo dessert was empty and no one was filling anything. I finally asked about it and a nice gal from the kitchen told me it was out, but she brought us a couple small bowls of it from the kitchen.Apparently the food services close at 8pm, but they start closing at 730pm, even while there are people still there eating. My partner wanted a iced tea refill, but the entire drink fountain was gone! This was about 745pm.Yes, we ate. But the quality was not what it was 2 or 3 years ago. Fortunately, I didn't require a wheelchair back then, so I was not aware of the accessibility issues. The overall customer service atmosphere was not friendly or professional. One friendly helpful gal the whole visit, for a store that used to advertise "A friendly smile in every aisle."I think I'll stick to our Marion Hy-Vee. They are friendlier and more helpful, and the salad bar, although a bit smaller, is well-tended.
