We bought some NY Strips and supposed stuffed chicken breasts and twice baked potatoes and OMG! I have never seen or tasted anything as Horrid as this! The potatoes tasted like mold, and we think had a snail in 😳🤢, the steak was practically minute steak, and the chicken had no meat. Ive never been more disgusted! Never going back!!!

The first time I went in there the district manager was super sweet when he found out I was new to the area. He walked around and help me find what I needed because I was so lost and that store. Since then I have had zero help even when I ask and the employees seem to gossip and talk more than actually work. The market restaurant area has fairly good food and the staff is pretty great but that is all I will go into that store for. I would rather go to HyVee on Edgewood Road and then go here again.

Don’t waste your time, go to Walgreens instead! If you dress and look nice they’ll sell you gift cards using a credit card, but if not, they will be discriminatory. I have a receipt from two weeks ago buying a gift card with a credit card there, and today I tried to buy the same in athleisure clothing and was turned down. When I returned from my car with my debit card she ignored me and checked out multiple people, until I finally just left.By the way, most companies just make you show an ID that matches the credit card to avoid fraud. Denying your honest customers a service is bogus.

Awful drugstore. High prices. No customer service. Staff always on the phone. No one listens to you. Store is run like a factory in and out this is an awful store and I am going to make sure when I shop next time I go anywhere but here. I am pretty sure I would get better customer service from a rock. Staff named Ryan? Is awful! I am done with this store and I am never going back after I go back for my refund today!

My go to store when hyvee has 6pk mnt dew on sale. Very friendly staff; especially the older ones that have been there since I can remember!

Never too busy, well lit and well stocked, you can find assistance in any aisle and walk out with a strong selection of products. I highly recommend shopping here.

Sorry, you guys blew it. I've been shopping here for 7years, all my prescriptions and mid week supplies. After the way my wife was treated by the assistant manager and store director we will not be shopping here any longer. I am moving all prescriptions to a different pharmacy. You are in desperate need of customer service training.

I love this Hy-Vee Drug Store because they are so much more than just a drug store. They are a small grocery store as well and they have very friendly cashier's and manager's that are always willing to help you!!

Convenient for the neighborhood. I think they are slowly turning into a full-fledged Hy-Vee. Recent remodel was very welcomed, and now they have even more!
