First time for me at a Hy-Vee Grocery Store.I really liked the experience. Had the feel of an old time grocery with all the sales banners from the ceiling.Nice meats section and wide variety of brands.

Please do not come to this place for anything like cashing a check , this not the right place , they taking all your time and d making you wait to t tell you sorry we can’t cash your check. Really this is a waste of time and energy

My friend moved near bye. Stop in when in the area regularly now. Clean with the typical HyVee vibe. Lots of parking. Well kept inside and out.My friend’s only complaint is there’s a LOT of stuff. Too much to shop through. Compared to his previous area supermarket. But he does seem to enjoy the options. Always a stocked fridge. He’s older with a disability. In time think he’ll get the hang of this new to him store. As it seems to have everything he needs along with designed for the community it’s in.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD!The management here is incompetent at worst and just lazy at best. Constantly treating their customers and employees like garbage. Not to mention how hard inflation must've hit Wilson ave Hyvee for every single item to be a dollar and a half pricier than before, just for my friends who work there to be told they 'should be grateful' for getting scheduled 3 hours A WEEK. My hearts go out to the employees there having to work under such horrendous management. Worst experience I've ever had a store by far. Finally making the decision to spend my hard earned money at a store that deserves it and doesn't treat their employees and customers like garbage.(aka shop literally anywhere but here. Your mental health and wallet will appreciate it.)

Do not shop here if you are black because you are at risk of being racially profiled by the security guard. Some blacks do steal but not all of us and every time I come to shop with my kids I always get an uncomfortable feeling because the security guard is always racially profiling me because I’m black. Today was my last day spending money with Wilson Hy-vee. Before we walked in the store I told my son watch how the security guard comes out of no where and start racially profiling us and he did exactly that. It’s sad that we still have to go through stuff like this when I make a honest living everyday.

I've noticed HyVee in general does not note that sale prices in the ad that is mailed out will reflect Perk Prices mainly. I am still able to get some dairy products without spending much there, but also often leaving the store with only my prescription because the type of products I was interested in are improperly promoted. Don't get the ready to eat chicken products.

If you shop this store, be sure to check your receipt, you may be being overcharged for some items( shelf price vs the price you were charged)Today I shopped at Wilson Ave and was overcharged on two items, one was $2 over and another one was $3 over. I went to customer service and they reimbursed me.Sad thing this isn’t the first or second time this happened.

Wilson Ave Hy Vee deli / catering is disgusting, I’d be embarrassed to serve the food they do. Remarkably they’re able to reach a new low every time my place of employment orders their services.The rest of the store is steadily going downhill as well , glad I don’t have to use this location anymore.I’ll add that it’s ashamed, this was once a great store although that’s been many years ago.

This place has everything! It’s a bit difficult for a first time shopper to get around. The employees are wonderful and friendly. The deli, bakery and dairy were especially well stocked I found everything on my list.

I had a really weird experience, one employee from Hy-Vee came outside to the parking lot on the other side of the cart return spot I was parked next to and he took a picture of my car! He did not say anything to me, he didn't ask permission, nothing! Now WHY would he do this? I did just purchase a new vehicle and hadn't received my plates yet but still NOT a valid reason to photograph my car with me inside...

Signed up for auto refill on my meds, auto delivery and seems like it never gets auto refilled or delivered. Still waiting on my meds for last month. Signed up for auto because I got tired of having to call them all the time. Ugh

This Hy-Vee has very racist people working on the aisles online. Everyone I work with never has any problem with allowing me to put more than one order in my car but only two or three people have issues with it. Other white customers have no problem. I will never come back to this store. I sent an email to the manager as requested below but received nothing in return.

My hubby was told they would not sell him More liquor. It was understandable. But in the process the cashier to my husband 100$ and NEVER. Gave it back. Understand he should not have probably been there for more alcohol. But they never gave him his 100$ bill this is a problem. It need to be fixed.

Will not be shopping at HyVee anymore. To many bad experiences. They no longer offer the variety of goods that they did in the past. Try to find bread,was nerve racking. Service has gone down hill. Can't get out without going through a maze. Totally ridiculous.

I went in for made to order breakfast at their diner. It was very good, and filling. I have not been to Hy-Vee for a cook to order meal in years, and it was a good as I remembered.

Went there to hold a meeting for our non profit. If you call.about the club room you can get it reserved ahead of time for free as long as you purchase food from the deli

Things have really changed since Greg has left this store as the director. They are always out of sale items. The shelves are never stocked, there is definitely not a friendly smile in any isle. And shift managers know absolutely nothing. I went shopping there on Sat and they were out of several items as usual. But I went in to purchase Tyson Hot Wings and Honey BBQ as I had a rain check because they were out of stock when on sale last month. Well they were on sale and didn't need the rain check. Got to the register and the Buffalo wings rang up full price. Went to Cust Service and was told they had to Check. A woman named Kehailani argued with me that it was only the BBQ but the sign said different. So I had to use the rain check to get the $22.00 back. No apology or thank you not from the Cashier to Cust Service or the Shift Mgr. K.Hee. She is always very unfriendly and rude. Went to Johnson Ave and all three kinds are on sale until Sept 4. HyVee has changed, and NOT for the better and it shows!

Hy-Vee grocery store is almost always a great place to go. I shop at multiple stores throughout town and I always have a good experience. I have made requests for specific products in the past and they have always followed through in either getting the product or contacting me and letting me know they're not able to get the product. I use the Hy-Vee pharmacy which is really nice. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and I never have to wait too long. Hy-Vee is one of the few places where the staff almost always know where to find the product I need. I also enjoy the coffee and floral departments. They are getting really good at being a one-stop shop.

I think I speak for everyone when I say that if we wanted to work check-out at a grocery store, we would. This transition to mainly self checkout is super inconvenient and a terrible customer experience. Since the company is saving money by hiring less employees, and customers are taking over the labor, customers should see a drop in prices
