Stopped by HyVee Drugstore on my way home from work to pick up a few items, one of which was milk and they were out! Almost all the milk was gone, I wanted 2%, so I ended up stopping at HyVee on Wilson Ave.

Great place to stop if you need basic grocery items, household items, hygiene items, or pharmaceutical products. During the day when Orlando is working expect outstanding, old fashion, personable customer care. He really is the best. Recognizes customer needs without having to ask for help. Is very happy to go above and beyond. Should be recognized for going beyond with his customer care skills and should train every èmployee to exhibit his work ethic. A very hard working, happy to help, likable individual. Smiling and uplifting. Made shopping here a wonderful experience not just for myself others knew him by name! An asset to the store for sure. Thank you for your help boxing up all the flowers. You were noticed!! Top 3% for sure.

The people are mostly nice, but Hy-Vee overcharges customers so much for prescriptions. They tried to charge me 205.00 for a prescription that I can get over the counter 25.00 OTC. That’s absolutely unacceptable.

At Hyvee you can get some good deals this location is smaller and does not have everything the larger stores have. Selection is limited. Although they still have sale items they may not have everything. And because of the smaller footprint they don't have a restaurant and their food choices for hot and fresh food is basically zero. They do have a nice liquor selection in the attached section. Still better than a CVS or Walgreens in terms of food options

Had a 100 dollar bill n the new self check out wouldnt accept it . The manager mustve noticed that we were struggling because before we could ask for help he was already on his way over to ask what was goin on n was quick to give us a hand... And did it with a genuine smile and the best attitude I've seen in awhile for someone in the retail industry!!!

Love this store! Awesome pharmacist's who are incredibly helpful. Also the store employees in other departments are the best in town! They have a pretty good mix of grocery and household items if you want to make a quick trip to the store.

This is a small place but with a lot of items. Probably not a place to pick up everything you need if your getting weekly grocery's but if your in a hurry or can't get to the bigger stores this is the place too go. Prices are reasonable and always a employee around if you have a question.

I shop at this door on almost a daily basis and have never had an experience like I had today. While checking out, I used my debit card and got $100 back in cash. There was no sticker with the cash-back limit and I made the mistake of going over their limit of $40. The limit at at a Hyvee store is $100 so I got them mixed up. The cashier was extremely rude about it even when I apologized several times. I also pointed out that there was no indication of the limit. I offered to have her cancel my transaction but she rudely told me it was too late. After apologizing multiple times and getting no response from her at all, I thanked her for her professional customer service and left the store. I work in customer service also and I would never think to treat my customers in that way.

Employees are usually nice and helpful. It has a pretty good grocery selection for a drug store. They also have postal service and cash some checks. They also have a fairly large alcohol selection. The only thing I didn't like was the cop there following me around. It made me pretty uncomfortable.

I started going to Drugtown with my mom when I was about 6 years old. (I am 59 now!)This store has went through some cosmetic changes throughout the years, but one thing remains the same. It’s outstanding employees!Management obviously knows what characteristics an applicant must posess to become a valuable asset, not only to the store, but to it's customers, also.I've never met such a knowledgeable, helpful and personable group of store associates.Even on my worst day one of them will coax that smile back out of me...They deserve the "MAXIMUM” amount of stars that can be awarded, plus one!Respectfully submitted,Debbie Gagnon
