I feel like the tools at Harbor Freight have gotten a bad reputation. Everything I've purchased has worked hard and well and been worth every penny I spent. It's a great value and the staff are friendly and willing to help.

Lots of tools here, everything you will probably want or need. Good prices.I picked up sae and metric ratcheting combo wrench sets. Paid about $21 for each of them.

Bought a brake bleeder and vacuum pump kit, and it had no vaccum on it. Took it back for a new one, and it doesn't work either. What a waste of time and money.

This place is really stepping up in the quality department. Their "best" tools are ones you would find professionals using! On top of that I would say a class leading waranty program. You could literally run over a power tool and if it's in the waranty or extended waranty period they will give you a new one. No questions asked! Keep it up!

Good place to get cheap tools for the non-pro. Many of the tools will last if you take care of them, but they're cheap enough that lasting isn't a big worry.

A good place to shop for low-cost tools and supplies. This particular store, however, will most likely not have the very large catalog items (except tool chests). But - they will quickly order it for you. This business provides a good value to our community.

Excellent cost of good tools. Your not getting top of the line unless you buy the Icon line. That being said, rolling box, wrenches, sockets, ratchets, screwdrivers, bits, crawler and many other tools i have come from there and work fine on semi-trailers everyday.

Employees were very friendly and the store was clean and organized, however I didn't find what I was looking for because they don't carry that item. But other than that the service and the amount of time I spent in the store was very reasonable. I hate spending 20-30 mins attempting to find something only to find out that the store doesn't carry the item. So it ends up being a waste of time. So the fact that I had an employee helping right from the start and I was in and out with little time wasted is definitely a big star in my book!!

NGL I think I just called the place to see if a friend wasn't working cause he wasn't answering his phone. But Google wanted me to do a review. Bought the rainbow 6pc set of wrenches. Not a week later one was bent. Dont even remember using it. But I have a concave 3/8 wrench now

Lines got a bit long but manager just meandered around like he didnt need to man a register. Some of the staff is friendly but a few act as if you are a bother. Good deals if you pay attention to reviews. Certainly things to avoid as well as some great buys. Always pretty much the same things are on sale but once in a while you get a great coupon...

Good selection of tools and equipment here. Only worth shopping here with coupons tho. Girls at register can be a little deceiving. They offered my husband an extended warranty and told him it was only a couple dollars more. After getting home and looking at the receipt, we realized it was $50 more and when I called to ask them to explain their reasoning,they said it was only a couple dollars more than the original price if we had no coupons. Well that is why we had a coupon, to save money. The manager was very understanding and apologized for the confusion and refunded the warranty. I just wish they would have been more honest about prices.

Has many tools and accessories at reasonable prices. Stores have built reputation on decent quality low cost tools and supplies. Due to recent economic conditions caused COVID - 19 and the Derecho storms, Harbor Freight, as well as many other stores have found it difficult to carry full inventories. As a result not all items are currently in stock.

Very busy today, but got what we needed quickly and checked out quickly. Lots of people working so not a problem, plus they usually don't change stuff around much so it is easy to find. I do not care for the restroom remodel, 2 large single restrooms, unisex. I liked it better with a men's and women's restroom with stalls.
