Prices are becoming ridiculous. I was checking out and saw the rack by the counter had jeans listed for $30-$40. These were used, not new with tags. Why not have standard pricing across the board? I feel like they are seeing people reselling items and trying to cash in. All that happens is those people will stop buying and the everyday consumer in need is stuck paying retail and can't afford it. I wish people would see this and start donating to local thrift stores instead.

Made a trip into Goodwill today. Everything was clean and tidy. Plenty of staff on hand. As always, we had a good time rummaging through all the goodies and finding lots of things to take home.

This location is smaller but has some good options, pay attention to what's on sale they have specials for each day of the week. The day I went they and 50% off of all shoes and I was able to get some nice pairs for a good price. I would recommend this location if you are looking for a good deal and are on a budget. I'm not sure how I feel about appliances and electronics, they do let you try them in store *plug In, but I'm not sure if I would spend alot of money on electronics. I saw some nice furniture and was reasonably priced if I had room I would buy soon furniture either to keep or refinish and sell.

Horrible experience today.I went to the dressing room and took the limit of 5 items in, I tried on the clothes and came back out to let someone else in (as I did have a lot of items in my cart) and waited for another dressing room to open (I was the only one waiting) someone came out and I again, took 5 more items and began trying it on. An impatient employee (her name was Mary) then decided to start banging on both mine and the 2 other dressing room doors telling the woman beside me (who I had just seen walk in not even 2 minutes ago) that “there’s not a time limit but it doesnt take more than 20 minutes to try on clothes” where she then replied she had just gotten in there. She came to my door, shook the handle and started banging on the door yelling that there were people waiting (one woman who had just walked up after I had already gone in) and that it “doesn’t take this long to try on 5 items of clothes”. I then became a little frustrated and said “I got in here not even 3 minutes ago.” I exited after trying my clothes on and she was throwing stuff from the rack into the cart and stomping around the store. I understand having bad days but there was absolutely no reason to take it out on paying customers who are trying on clothes.

This place went downhill sadly, the new management doesn't help in any way.. employees are rude and snotty and I've noticed the management treats their employees poorly even the customers.. I even felt intimidated and won't be going back.

This store use to be a wonderful to shop because the employees were are always friendly. But in the past few months the prices seemed to go up for some reason. I have seen the prices has been the same as they are new at a retail store. Also I have purchase product that hasn't worked. I'm not sure if they are checking the product before they come out to the floor. Maybe this is a training issue and if so Goodwill needs to train the new hires better.

Their men’s bathroom is one of the cleanest Goodwill bathrooms I’ve seen! Keep up the great work! I’ve experienced friendly people here too. A good place to shop secondhand.

Staff was really friendly and helpful! Masks were worn by all the staff and they even politely insisted to a customer coming in without wearing a mask to go back and get a one before coming in! I've rarely seen that happen in a store so thank you for helping keep everyone safe!

Employees are very nice & helpful. Great selection of clothes & movies to choose from (VHS section is amazingly large). Prices are incredibly reasonable. Occasionally you'll find brand new items with the store tag still on them. Hard to find another place to get really good coats for $8 (long wool ones & nice leather coats may cost a bit extra). They do train people with special needs which is a great service to the community.

Bought a brand new Halloween decoration for $8 it doesn't work and they won't take it back. That's terrible business. So people should carry batteries and a little screwdriver with them to make sure your not just hauling off trash from them. I will no longer be donating anything to this organization.

Masks are now required as of May 15, 2020 so you'll either need to bring your own, immediately buy a scarf and use that, or leave. The store is orderly and neat. Carts are immediately disinfected after use and carts or baskets are required by all as their way of counting shoppers to make sure they don't have too many people in the store at one time. They have shields up at the registers to protect and immediately spray down the counter after each purchase. I hate wearing the mask, but appreciate their need to keep people as safe as possible in order to remain open. As always, found some treasures for a bargain! Fun to be able to poke around again. 😊

Items change fast at this store. The employees are always polite and friendly. This store in my opinion is in the top 3 in eastern Iowa for over all ratings. Go visit them and see for your self, you won't regret it.

Prices are way to high. Paying 6 dollars for Jean's and 4 for shirts. And if its name brand the prices more than double. . Some of there stuff is in less than gently used......still cheaper than Walmart but not by much....toys are always broken, dirty .and with missing pieces . Hard to believe any of it sells ......I'll stick to garage sales.....oh and I've seen random stuff marked higher than the original cost. .

If I could give them a zero I would I have medical conditions and you are not supposed to wear a mask if you have a medical condition so they are discriminating against me because I have a medical condition they cannot see yes I understand mask is to protect each other but I was wearing a face shield and they said that I cannot just wear that that I also had to wear a mask a face shield cover up your nose and your mouth that is what is the law states is it has to cover up your nose and mouth so I would like to know what else do thank you and have a good day

I enjoy going to Goodwill and have for years, you see things that you haven't seen since you were a kid, also you find great deals on different items . My ONLY problem that I have is the prices at certain stores, 2.88 for a toothbrush when you can get the same one in a store for 3. And why would you pay 12.99 for a skillet thats missing half the non stick coatings? All is donated yet they have to charge too much, unreal.
