I cannot say enough about Jana and Food 4 Paws. She genuinely cares about all of her customers and their pets. She just researched a dog food brand for me when I had some questions about some changes they were making. She sent me an email with all the info. No one at a big box store or a hardware store would do this! She knows my pups and knows their needs. When one was having trouble post surgery, she had just the thing to get him nourished and start him eating normally again. This is the place to go for your dog or cat's needs to get the very best along with personalized service.

Just visited for the 1st time and was very impressed. Jana is knowledgeable and friendly. The store is clean and has a wide variety of merchandise including a somewhat hard to find food I was looking for. One thing of note, in comparing prices, she is lower than on line options like Amazon and Chewy to name a few. Shop local!!! I'm going to be a regular customer. Thanks Jana.

In an effort to find local small businesses for my holiday shopping, I came here for my pet friends. Knowledgeable and helpful owner. Many choices for unique AND healthy pet treats, gifts and food. The prices are reasonable too! The owner also hosts adoption/other pet-related events and information sessions, so I’d recommend “liking” their Facebook page to keep informed. I love shopping at small businesses like this as you’re supporting your community while enjoying a pleasant, more personal experience.

We were wanting to get a toy for our pup Ellie, and happened to be in Cedar Rapids. After googling pets stores, I came across this place. I wanted to shop local instead of going to a big box store. The shop is very nice, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. She asked questions to help us find something for our super chewer pup. I would definitely come back!
