Kristina has been our groomer now for 6 years. She has done amazing with all 3 of our doodles, two of which have severe anxiety. She has even worked with our dog who cannot be kenneled. We love that she takes her time with each of our dogs, and they're always happy to go there!

Kona (GSD)has been going to Fluffy Butts Pet Spaw llc. Since Day 1. She looks so forward to see Kristina EVERY SINGLE time. She knows when we turn down the street and gets all excited and starts to whine (happy whine). They are absolutely one of the best groomers! Kona has been going to Kristina for 4 years now. While my pet hasn't been groomed here before, I wanted to leave a review/shout-out to the team here! My dog got loose this morning and while driving past their shop searching, Hillary and her associate noticed my concern and flagged me down to check on who I was looking for. They had communicated with an individual that had spotted my dog and had them drive to the salon and update me with as much information as possible. After that, Hillary then got in her own vehicle and began to search for my missing dog in the area as well!!It is clear that Hillary and the rest of the team at Fluffy Butts Pet Spaw are TRUE dog people and good humans all around! I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future and recommending them to everyone I talk to! Thanks again!!!

Our fur babies Tucker and Maggie Mae have been going to Kristina and Fluffy Butts Spa for years. We all love her and even followed her from another groomer when she opened her own business. You couldn’t ask for a better person/facility to have groom your babies. Not only is she an excellent groomer, she also treats each and every animal like they personally belong to her. She is patient, has a great personality and bends over backwards to accommodate her customers. Kristina groomed my dogs for years until we moved out of State recently. She is the absolute best and if I could afford to fly her to Florida to continue grooming my dogs, I am sure all of us would be happy 🤣. Your dogs comfort always comes first which is so important. I initially found Kristina in 2015 after a negative experience at another local groomer. That groomer kept my dog there for HOURS and told me the groom took longer because he was “nervous.” Tripp couldn’t be less nervous at the groomer or anywhere! The real problem was they had over booked and he was left sitting in a cage for hours. Fluffy Butts grooms based on appointment time. They focus on your pet during their appointment so they aren’t made to wait hours! Couldn’t recommend them enough if you are looking for a safe pet groomer who values your pet’s comfort above all! Added benefit of them looking and smelling amazing when you pick them up!

We love Fluffy Butts!They are gentle and kind and patient with my Doggie. My girl was 4+ years old before ever having been to a groomer. We had only taken her to our Vet to get nails trimmed. So she really didn't know how to act. They did such a good job on nails and paws that we decided to do a full spa treatment. I couldn't be happier with the results. We are now regular clients!

Kristina is the best when it comes to grooming. I use to have a grumpy beagle, and she was always willing to do nail trims for me :) Kristina is professional, sweet, and has a heart of pure goodness. I’ve been bringing my Pug and Brittany here for 3 or 4 years now and they absolutely love coming there. As soon as I saw spa day they both go nuts. Hillary has groomed my dog for over 10 years. I can't as much brush my dog but she lets Hillary do what ever she wants. Hillary is gentle and caring and tells me if she sees anything concerning as my dog got older. Everybody at Fluffy Butts is kind and really has a love for animals. Kristina has been grooming our two mixed shih tzus for over two years. We will not have anyone ever again! She does a fabulous job. We’d give her 100 stars if we could.I am sad to see a 1 star review given by someone when the stated client arrived 15 minutes late. It’d be better to call and reschedule because the staff’s time is valuable and 15 mins late I is rude and unacceptable!Furthermore, The salon has a right to tell anyone they want that they cannot bring their dog s) back if their pet owner or actual pet is not kind, appreciative, timely, etc. it’s ridiculous that THAT then ‘fired’ client would turn to social media to give negative and rude reviews in an attempt to hurt the business of Fluffy Butts.Kristina is the absolute best groomer we’ve had (and we’ve tried them all). Moral: value the quality grooming you get at Fluffy Butts! Good groomers are hard to find especially consistently good ones. We will keep going to Fluffy Butts and keep referring others to them!

My little sweetheart Oreo has been coming to Kristina for quite a few years. In recent years she developed a skin allergy. Kristina graciously took on the task of helping me ease her itching by using special medicated shampoos. She always smelled and looked great when picked her up. Our shih tzu, Maggie, has been groomed by Kristina for years. She has always gone above and beyond for me, even keeping Maggie at her house until I was off work, which is why I’ve followed her everywhere she’s ever gone. She was able to finally go out on her own with Hillary because the two of them had such a following they didn’t have to worry about having a successful business. It’s telling when you see the one star reviews all from today’s circumstances and then it jumps right to the five star.Maggie is 14 1/2 now and blind and Kristina is the only one I trust to groom her because Maggie loves her. I will never go anywhere else with her.And let me mention a while back my girls both forgot to take Maggie to her grooming appt while I was at work. Kristina got me rescheduled a few days later. I paid her for that missed appt even though she never requested it because it was the right thing to do!

My Daughter and I took her Cat Ruby to Fluffy Butts and was not sure how well she would handle being Groomed for the first time, no matter how much we tried to groom her is was always a battle and she would win, she had so many Matt's on her but they did a wonderful job and she is so pretty with her lion shave although a bit more expensive then I was expecting for a shave but worth it and we will definitely be bringing her back.
