WARNING: It is "Corporate Policy: use PLASTIC when you don't have fillers on hand"! My husband paid full price for a bouquet delivered on my birthday. What I received was one-third PLASTIC!!! He tried to talk to store manager in person but only got "Corporate Policy" quoted back at him. BEWARE

I was so pleasantly surprised at how amazing this company was. They are so friendly and prompt. I ordered my sister some flowers for her birthday and they arrived at her home at 8 in the morning so she was able to enjoy them for her whole birthday. The flowers were so beautiful along with the vase. She will be repurposing the vase and I will be reusing this company for a long time.

I needed 8 small bouquets for a Christmas party and the ladies figured out the least expensive way to do it. They broke down a 2 dozen bouquet to make them and they did a great job. I had to pick the bouquets up early so they put the 8 bouquets in water in a bucket and let me take the bucket with me. The color of the roses were amazing a peachy orange. They have more than just red roses. A great place with great people to work with.

Always have great service here, but very disappointed that they discontinued their loyalty card. Their prices are higher than other flower sources in the area, but their loyalty card kept me coming back - without it, it will largely depend on the prices of other local businesses.That being said, their selection is probably the best in the area, so if you're looking for something special, this is probably a good bet!

Product was nice when delivered in full but they failed to deliver half of the order at time of delivery. This was an order for a sick child and they only delivered the flowers and omitted the sweets and balloon with the order. I had to call them to get the other half of the delivery made which they did the same day.

Had ordered a delivery and was given a time before noon for arrangement to be delivered and they didn't get it delivered till after when person receiving wasn't home. Store gave me another time and still wasn't delivered the new time given. Called to say they can deliver when I called and they didn't follow through. First and last time using this service.
