Worst dollar tree I ever been too. Every time try to go here in evening at 6pm they are always closed sometimes even 5pm. Don’t ever go in evenings they will be closed. Have sign on the door closed. There hours never true. They are random each week.

Worst dollar I've been in hardly anything on the shelves and someone tried asking if I worked there I was wearing a red t-shirt dollar tree employees don't even wear that color.. I'd avoid this location.

I am not from around here and had to stop for a few things. Dollar tree is one of my favorite stops but this store I was very disappointed. It was very messy nothing was organized a lot of the shelves were not stocked and if so it was all messed up. I couldn't find half what I needed here and each aisle I turned on just disgusted me even more. I ended up checking out with the couple items I did find and left to go to a different dollar tree. There also was piles of mess all over the floors boxes stocked up in piles where should be on the shelves. And a lot of the shelves were wiped out. If this were my store n I managed it i would be very embarrassed by the condition it was in. It seriously needs cleaned up and organized badly. I will not be coming back to this store again.

Prices are great for many things, but the store is consistently a disheaveled mess in my experience during the last couple years. Usually very busy, so probably not easy to keep up with, but really should be addressed somehow. One great positive is they've recently changed their greeting card offerings-- very nice cards with quality artwork and sayings for just 50c a card. Unbeatable!

The Dollar Tree on the Southwest side has been making great improvements. It's a lot brighter now, looks move spacious, and more organized too. Cashiers are very friendly and always smiling and are willing to help you. If you haven't been there in awhile its worth going back to again

I like the company, but this particular store is bad. Falsely accusing someone of stealing because they put some things back that she didn't have enough for. She walked out and senile old lady runs out and started taking pictures and told her if she doesn't buy the things she put back that she wouldn't be allowed back in the store. She went to get her other debit card. She never left with any unpaid merchandise. I believe this store needs new employees and management.

Went to get a quick roll of wrap but the employee refuse to let me in the store and had the front doors locked 10 minutes before closing and just stating that they close at 6 when it was 5:53.

It's the dollar tree. Everything is. .u guessed it. .a dollar. Or close to it. And remember you get what you pay for in this world so when you're paying very little for something you don't expect too much. The store is great for little items you need here and there but you never know you need until you need one but you will not find the deal of the century there.. but nevertheless still a fun little shopping experience once in awhile

Pull up to the store at 9 o'clock thinking the store was still open because ALL the lights are on and an employee was standing at the register. Posted door hours say open until 10 but clearly the night shift doesn't care about that, I only found out they were "closed" when I went up to the door and tried it but it was locked. If you don't like your job don't work in retail.

Store closes early all the time. Out dated food on the shelves. Also the world's slowest cashier is the main cashier here. I just wait 20 minutes for her to check out 3 people. Then when it got to me she told me to go to the back of the next line. Yup, Wal-Mart's shares the same parking lot. I will not be back.

Ordered some plates bowls and coffee mugs. Got the email it was in but when I went to pick it up they said it wasn't all there. The gentleman told me it would probably come on the following monday and they would give me a call. Come Monday no call I gave them a day to go through product. Called Tuesday just to find out my product had been there the whole time and could have picked it up all at once instead of making an extra trip. Then tonight my friend and son went to get batteries says they are open until 9 I'm and the doors were locked at 830 when they arrived at the store.

You can get some good stuff there that is worth more than dollar. I am glad they have it. Not everyone has the money to buy expensive stuff. I have been low income. I know God can take it away quicker than he gave it to us.

Drove across town to find a construction paper sign that their not open till 10 due to construction remodle. Literally watched 7 different people approach and leave the store. If you need to do something for 2 extra hours, do it when your closed

Very messy store! Cashiers are rude. They wear their masks down around their chins, not one employee wore their masks properly. Currently their sign says open at 8am, doors are locked. Uodate signs if you change hours.

Stopped in to pick up a few things. Once again this store is a MESS and DIRTY! Full boxes everywhere, empty shelves. The things that were on the shelf’s looked as if someone threw them up hoping they’d land. I walked out empty handed. The Marion Dollar Tree could/should show the Edgewood store how a store should look and be run. Edgewood Store should be ashamed of how they run their store.STAY AWAY FROM EDGEWOOD DOLLAR TREE

Cashier kept rolling her eyes at people..so when I got up to the register & said hello, & she said to me "I am ready for this night to be over!" I replied 'Yeah, I got that.' "Sorry." It don't bother me, I just think it's rude to roll your eyes at people you don't know. I've done retail, I get it. But being a crank shows who you are, not the public. The lady ahead of me dropt her change, took 3 seconds to pick it up & hand it to the Cashier. You got it, eye roll. Really?

Right next to it is a Wal-Mart..Wally didn't have an "cleaning vinegar"And the sticker was almost 2-3times what I paid for it in dollar tree..And yes dollar tree did have it

Always stuff in aisles tripping hazard today 7-1-2018 got there at 7:30 to listen to employees tell every 3 minutes the store will be closing in such amount of minutes at 7:45 they yelled store will be closeing in 5 minutes guess store closes at 8 so I figured 15 minutes but maybe I am wrong. Check out have the cashier put heavy stuff in a small alunimim pan and not even put it in a bag. I did not know I needed to bring my own bags. When I said no bag she said " I figure you want to carry it like that " yes that is what she said. I said that's ok I got some bags in my car I guess I can use. But she was not friendly. I figure if you are not going to put the stuff I am buying then put a sign on the door. I am not gonna beg for a bag. They deffinatly need new employees and possibly new management.

Good location in the west end of town, tucked into an eclectic strip mall near several big box stores. Unlike the other Dollar Tree location across town, this store has a more modern storefront with a freezer section, including many vegan options like a wide selection of frozen fruit, Jamaican veggie patties, veggie spring rolls, and veggie patties, to name a few. There's also a good selection of storage containers, glassware, closeout books, and well-known drug store cosmetics brands.

If you are low on funds but need a card, holiday decorations, food, cleaning supplies or household items that are decent for the price you pay stop here! They really do add new inventory often so it's always nice to stop here from time to time and see what new things you can find!

I so love this place! But they should really add a disclaimer here or a blatant warning about the bloody place! You see the warning should state, that for unknown reasons, some people just can not leave! Something takes over there minds! This is one of the places that does this to me! I can't leave this store, if my life depended upon it! Lol But for real, it states that the best day to go up above is Tues. Ummm no! That's an out right lie! Any day is good! None more than the other! And also they should warn ya, you will see every single thing in the store is a dollar but you add those dollars up with not being able to leave, and you are now broke with hundreds of dollar Items, many, many hours later, you slowly driving home, wondering what all just happened? Yeah! Every single time, this happens to me! I'm just warning you is all! Happens every time! I'll try to warn y'all with other stores here in town that this happens to me in too! I just want ya prepared is all! Not that it's going to help ya! It hasn't helped me yet! Lol cheers folks! Happy shopping! I lo've this store! (Way to much!) Lol

It was awful. Terrible customer service I’ve been going to that dollar tree for many years and today was just awful there is a huge line the lady called for another checker and the manager I think came out and said that there is no other checker and came to help her check out my groceries and yet the lady could’ve went to another cash register and started ringing up people over there it was ridiculous.

The cashier literally called me rude and closed her lane down just so she didn't have to check me out AFTER I UNLOADED MY CART. Once I walked away she mumbled something at me and then reopened her lane. Some older woman with light hair who should NOT be in customer oriented work. I will not return here, this was my first experience in the store.

Big shout out to Cindy for helping me find sidewalk chalk. I was looking all over and couldn’t find it but she knew exactly where it was. I went to two stores before here to no avail, thanks again Cindy.
