Absolutely fantastic. Very professional, timely response to questions, and just all-around good people. Our installation was a bit complicated due to issues with an older fence wiring system that was in place prior to us buying our new home. Marc did everything he could to salvage the old wiring, but in the end, we had to install a complete wiring system. I was impressed that he spent the time and effort to salvage what was in place instead of just going right for an upcharge like most companies do. Our system works perfectly (we followed the including training manual with no issues) and our dogs enjoy being able to spend time in a big back yard instead of being confined to a dog run.

We recently moved to Iowa from Illinois and had a DogWatch system in our old house. So we knew we wanted to add that system to our new home since it does such a great job keeping our dogs in our yard. The team Cedar Rapids team was great to work with. They showed up on time, were professional and courteous, and installed the system quickly. Just like the system in our old house, the new one works perfectly. I know it's more expensive than other systems but the peace of mind is worth it. Thanks!!

Marc the business owner came out and repaired my dog fence and helped me understand how the system worked since it was installed by the previous home owners and he did a fantastic job. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and did got our fence back and running. I would highly recommend him!

Excellent customer service! I contacted DogWatch and Marc was able to come to our property that very same day to take measurements, and installation was scheduled for just a couple days later. We had recently moved and decided against a traditional fence, as we wanted our dog, Dezzi, to be able to take full advantage of our larger yard. Marc was very friendly and answered all of our questions, and we were amazed how quickly Dezzi was trained! We love that there is no fence to mow around, and Dezzi loves her new freedom!

Marc was so wonderful to work with. From the first phone call he was very prompt to set up a time to look at our property. He installed the fence in an afternoon and the whole thing, from phone call to fence in ground, happened in 4 days. Marc stayed to show us how each piece of equipment worked and helped us start training our dog. The fence has worked great, our shepherd loves having the open space to run. This was a great investment and reliable people to work with.

Mark is a great guy and knows what he's doing. He has the right equipment and experience. He came out to fix my underground dog fence, it was broken somewhere. I tried to locate it myself and fix it watched Youtube Videos and all - no luck. He got my fence back up in running quickly and his charges were very fair!Just a side note: the company that installed it originally - an Invisible Fence franchisee is no longer in business In CR and when I called Invisible fence, they wanted to send someone from the Quad Cities which would have cost a lot more! Thanks Mark!
