I recently purchased a 1987 Chevy pickup truck from Cassill Motors. I just don’t have the words to describe well enough what an incredible buying experience I had with this dealer and especially Jeff Webster! I’m in Pennsylvania having only seen the truck online. I’ve bought many vehicles over the years, many out of state, but always had to fly out first, until this time. I felt so confident that I could trust Jeff and Cassill Motors. Jeff sent me additional photos and video of the truck, we negotiated a bit back and forth agreeing on a very fair price for both of us. They also handled shipping the vehicle efficiently and at a very fair price as well (the shipping company they hired was great as well)! The truck arrived and I could not have been more happy! This truck is a carbon copy of my father’s truck I first learned to drive, shared countless family memories in, started a father son construction business, and will now start new memories with my first daughter. I look forward seeing my mother and father take their grandchild for ice cream this summer. This truck I purchased from Cassill Motors has a lot of sentimental meaning, and Jeff really respected that by making this buying experience so incredible. I can not thank you all enough!!!

Great experience with Jeremiah, made everyone very comfortable and everyone worked very quickly to get us in and out. No question they are a quality group and would not question going back again if need be.Update 4/17/2024: 4 days after purchase car is making a bad motor clicking noise, reached out to their service department to schedule an appointment to get the car looked at but I am worried that I was sold a bad car. Will update with new information as provided.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Cassill Motors and it was a great experience! Jeremiah was friendly and knowledgable without being overly “pushy”. He let us make our own decisions while simply providing information in a manner that was positive but also was not trying to sway our minds one way or another. Crystal was our finance person and she spent not less than 5 hours working on getting us into the car we wanted at a price we are comfortable with. Both Jeremiah and Crystal were easy to contact and clear about every step of the process, which is nice for someone like me who is new to the whole dealership world. I recommended Cassill Motors to a few people so far and the best way I could describe our experience was that the sales people and staff at the dealership are “honest people selling cars”, not “car salesman”.
