The store seemed empty compared to other visits. Selection in shoes and clothing were space. Active wear and home selection were plentiful. Found some great pillows, storage bins and towels that are perfect.Customer service at checkout was outstanding.

Super disorganized. Ive seen Goodwill keep better track of clothes in correct sizes.The red headed cashier with tons of ear piercings is ice cold with customer service. My 2 year old who is excited to see the world and meet people said hi to her. She ignored him. A few minutes later he tried again. I had to explain to him that this lady for some reason doesn't want to say hi. Jeez. Learn some basic customer service skillls or how to act like a decent human being.

I do not enjoy this store. The online hours are a joke. I planned on Christmas shopping there and thought I had enough time to get there before they closed on Christmas Eve. They supposedly closed at 9, but I get there and they closed at a random time. Why advertise that you're closing at 9 and then just not follow that? That's kind of false advertising. I'm irritated.

Willing to change rating but it depends. For anyone who has never been here, this store has some great selections BUT it is severely under staffed and there is no real management or solid leadership. There should be a leader getting sent from corporate to get this store into shape, rebuild morale, and keep this store in order.It has great products, a plethora of them. But what good are great products that are thrown all over the floor and damaged?The managers I have witnessed are fairly low level workers and the customer service experience is low. The product is what makes the store worth it but the disorganization is anxiety inducing. I even over heard a group of college women express this and leave.This store is too good for how it’s being treated right now, in my opinion. They should shell out a few more thousand dollars to hire someone to get it in shape and build a system to keep it that way.Also, the lines take extremely long to get through and the staff do not properly bag merchandise because they’re trying to do too many things at once.

For the new store opening in iowa city. Advertising $13.00 an hour for new hires.That still is not a liveable wage. Hire at$$15 minimum across the board for all these places hiring period

The store was a disaster. Nothing was put away correctly. The changing rooms were closed. I left a cart of items and left along with other customers. I was very disappointed.

I love this store they have amazing name brand clothing for good prices but what I dont like is that everytime I go n there it's a disaster mess stuff all over the floor, clothes not hung back up, shoes that ppl try on and don't put back r never picked up and everytime I've went n there dressing rooms there is never anywhere to hang my clothes that I wanna try on cuz there full of other ppls clothing they were trying on but no employee's must not ever check and clean out there fitting rooms it's just n general always messy but other then that I love that place!

They close the store early all the time says 10 I’m here 930 and they’re closed. Either stay open or change your hours. This happens all the time.

Nice selection, very reasonable price points and friendly staff. I always buy my sons sippy cups from here because they're half the price Walmart charges! Only downfall is that a lot of baby clothes I looked at didn't have price tags on them which was pretty inconvenient.

Very nice store!!! Clean and friendly associates!! Went here when I came back from Oregon and they had tons of clothes that were pretty nice for the prices I paid!! I bought over 400 dollars of clothing and only paid 160 or so for it cause of them being discounted. I’ll recommend this place over Ross any day! They have a larger selection!!

Always good prices for good clothes. If I need something or just want to add a little variety to my closet, I know I can find it here. Most recently I needed a warmer coat (I guess this happens as you get older???) and found exactly what I needed in just a few minutes.

It's better then most little ittie bitty towns in Iowa. Could use more up to date businesses and diversity in those businesses. The little downtown area is making it's way towards becoming a cool place to stomp around shop and eat. I do enjoy the older humongous mansions that overlook the dirty Mississippi and they have quite a few awesome parks. They need more things for kids to do in this town though, adults as well. Maybe it's just a work in progress. Even though my in-law and her mother were born and raised in Burlington 😆.

I would just like to think the kindness of the people in here. To the woman who on Christmas Eve gave my children treats and was super sweet to them, and to the woman who stopped because my daughter loved her headband and actually ended up giving it to her. You made my day and theirs.

It used to be very good store but, I am guessing the pandemic hit very hard this store. Despite is clean and we'll organized, it's selection of clothes its similar to Goodwill or Stuff etc. I am guessing their lack of Chinese' products are not being replaced by any other product so, the store starts looking kind of empty and boring.

Manager came out of no where and yelled at me about not having a mask on. Meanwhile, the nearest other customer was about 35 ft away and also had no mask on. There were no signs at the entrance about masks and I saw several other customers walk in without them. If that's your policy fine. Put a sign up and inform me. Don't come around the corner out of nowhere yelling. I've heard a lot of other complaints about rude managers at this store. I won't be spending money here again and I'll be advising everyone I know not to either.

Very clean store with friendly staff and great prices. As with any off-price retail store the selection is hit or miss. Don't forget to check all the clearance sections, especially during season changes!

Where are the standards? All of the items on the shelves were just thrown on the. Most were broke, chipped, and missing pieces. Nothing in the mens clothing section.

Since when did they check ids when using a debit card? I lost my id 2 days ago, went to buy a few work shorts 52$ gave em my phone number my name popped up. But couldn’t use my debit card bc I didn’t have a photo Id 🙄
