I’ve gotta say I love Aldi, I have zero complaints about this location. The thing that annoys me is how totally snobby or plain rude every cashier I have been to inside this store is. Your higher ups really need to have a few lessons on public relations and well, how about just your basic, everyday etiquette?? I’m pretty sure these young people didn’t grow up without learning to say- how are you today? - do you need any assistance?- Please.- Thank you and please come again- or- Have a nice day. It’s common courtesy and it’s also better for business. But they don’t do or say anything at all except “$123.45.” Or whatever the total is. And that’s it! No smile, no thanks, nothing. I usually never complain But having only lived in Iowa at the time for about five months, and never haven’t been inside of an Aldi store, I really could’ve used a kind word and some assistance. It was almost as if I was bothering them to ask a simple question.. I still go in there, but it really bothers me each time, because it has not changed.

I was charged for an order I never received. When I presented the issue to the associate working, he showed no concern whatsoever and even said he didn't deal with that and that I would have to contact instacart for a refund. (It was a 5ft2" little teenager with braces and red hair and acne) This was a pickup order, not delivery. Aldi should have canceled the order, but they kept my money!

Love shopping here but sometimes when you find something you like they won't have it next week. The only thing I don't like too much right now about all these is they're encouraging more self checkout. I'd rather be checked out by somebody else. Always thought Aldi was healthy but you have to watch some items they have high fructose corn syrup in them and other ingredients that are not good for you. Would love to see them improve on that!

Greg place to go for food on a low budget. The food is always stocked and easy to get to. Love the Aldi finds section. The prices are Great. Food is good and options are limited but makes it easy for shopping. Staff is very nice and fast and quick with checkout.

Cheese choices are amazing. The produce area is small but always well maintained and full of fresh produce. Dairy area has many choices and always stocked. Self check out has helped getting in and out quick

Great store. Certain items can be hit or miss. We like to get our fresh fruit and vegetables here. Often a good selection of organic produce. We also buy a number of meats here, including beef, pork, and chicken. Their Moser Roth chocolate is also great treat.

This store on Blair’s Ferry has the best manager ever! I was shopping and noticed my necklace my dad gave me was gone. It’s very sentimental! I wasn’t sure where I lost it or even if it was in the store. I left my contact information with the manager, Christina.I came back another day to see if anyone found it. Luckily for me Christina was working! She offered to look through the security footage to see if there’s a possibility we could see it. We discovered I wasn’t wearing it when I entered the store - which was great information to know.This girl not only is on top of her game and has great communication skills, but she went over and above to help me! Give this woman a raise! We don’t get customer service like that much anymore. Thank you!

Store was stocked nicely. Online shoppers were inconsiderate with their big carts blocking aisles. Checkout staff was nice and friendly. Big floor cleaner being pushed around the store during noon on a Saturday doesn't make much sense. Had a customer take his mask down to cough on me since I wasn't wearing one to prove a point I'm assuming.. his daughter was wearing a st lukes mask though so he should have known better. Pretty gross.Overall, probably won't return to this store any time soon.

Shelves are always stocked. Wait time is kept to a minimum. Healthy options are available. Produce is fresh. Store is clean. Sue is back at this location, and she is a wonderful long-time employee. I have always gotten good service at this location. They always ask if I found what I was looking for, and always answer my questions or at least try to find answers.

Very reasonable.prices. Good selection of most.items. would prefer that some produce ( as onions) not sold in bulk. Sometimes hard to find staff for help. However do most of my shopping here and am pleased with the quality.

The majority of the time when I go in this location. The first thing to greet me is the dirty floor right next to produce. I understand they try and get customers threw the line as quick as possible. They need to be a little more careful with our grociers!! Some checkers are not personable.

I cannot thank ALDI enough for their generous weekly donations to the River of Life Food Pantry. They are great store with a great variety of foods at excellent price points. I cannot strongly recommend shopping there for your weekly grocery needs enough. Great people, great location, great store.

Love this place you never know what great things your gonna find always tasty seasonal treats. Staff is friendly always exchanging tips on things they like or asking how we like products when we're checking out. Its the 1st place we always grocery shop.

The cashier lady had a 'closed lane' sign up but was ringing up another gentleman. When I went to her, she just threw everything into my cart with a very negative attitude. Another lady came up behind me and the cashier threw the 'closed lane' sign to the start of the register line. She was very rude. Won't be coming back for a while... good customer service would be greatly improved if they were trained the right way.

I love Aldi! You have healthy food for less cost! Nice neat stores, short wait in lines, if not at peak times. Good restroom facilities, handicapped accessible. Bring your own bags to save some money. There is a 25 cent deposit to use the carts, which you then get back upon returning the cart, which keeps the carts where they should be. Great store!

I got everything I wanted. Fresh vegetables,fruits, frozen items, dairy, bread, toilatarie was available. Not wide range of selection in each item like the big grocery stores but good amount of choice. Store was well stocked. Not very crowded or very empty.

Great store.. They have recently remodeled the NE store located on Blairs ferry rd.. One thing that is nice about them is that all the products they sell are gmo free and most of the produce is organic.. They hands down beat any other store when it comes to prices. However some products are not the same quality as name brand items so be careful. The produce is always very very good quality and much cheaper than Wal-Mart.. Don't forget to bring a quarter so you can get a shopping cart 🛒 it takes a quarter deposit to get a cart 🛒 but you get it back when your done.. They do this so that they don't have to pay ppl to bring the carts inside which In turn let's them pass on cheaper prices to us the customers

I like that the price he is nearly 1/2 that of Walmart and local grocery stores. I like that you have to bring in your own bags so there is less mess around the store. I like the selection of fruits and vegetables and some of the other basic products are unbelievably less-expensive such as eggs and milk. All in all a good experience.
