Extremely congested, rotten food, expired food expired.Products.Customer service totally sucks. They don't care about anything. I love their won ton soup. It is the best anywhere around here. Their special for my hubby is Shrimp Chow Har lo, mine is Chicken Chow Mein. Hubby loves their crab ragoon.

Stock plugging up all of the aisles makes it difficult to shop. Store had opened packages of half eaten food everywhere. Store is very filthy and u kept outdated items in the yogurt section. Can you train your employees to rotate the dated products?

Personal shoppers are rude, never say excuse me or acknowledge you are even there. Been shopping at the Cedar Falls Iowa Walmart for years and this has gotten progressively worse. Sad customer service. Robots can’t be far away in the future and these folks won’t have a job!

They're never stocked up on anything they're hardly ever any products on the shelves I think we need two Walmarts in Waterloo one on the east side and one on the west side with 70,000 people in the town of Waterloo and only one Walmart They always out of uniform sizes which is a requirement for the schools here They just always out of stuff .They never stay stocked up completely . It's bad enough that we have the bagg our own groceries and pay for them everything is self-service. Not enough cashiers at the register so many registers available for use but never open Not enough employees.

Absolutely ridiculous. Wanted to get an oil change and tire rotation and was told I would be there for hours. Literally came at 7:19AM. Why are all the Walmart so inconsistent? I’ve had other Walmarts tell me they don’t do appointments and now this location is requiring one? Beyond stupid and useless. Waste of time and waste of service. Can see why this Walmart location has such low reviews.

These pictures are completely inaccurate. I would not even rate 1 star. If all possible avoid this hotel. Staff is very nasty and mean. There is no breakfast like is stated. The beds are very uncomfortable and the whole motel reeks. Do not stay if you have any other place stay there. Scary neighborhood. Nothing about this hotel is accurate.

Convenient location off the highway. Central location surrounded by restaurants, supply stores, shopping, etc.The store is usually very clean, even though it is constantly busy. Good job.Shelves were full. Seasonal supplies in full stock.Self checkout is available.

Not enough self checkouts open. Dumb to close off all of them except the group that's clustered together. A customer needed help at the self checkout and the worker trying to help needed the other worker on self checkout duty to help because she must've been the only one with the code. The other worker was helping someone else and the other worker was getting frustrated and making sarcastic, rude remarks to the other worker (with the override code) while waiting for her to help. It was absolutely unnecessary for one employee to treat another employee so disrespectful at all, but to do that in front of customers? Yuck.

How was my Wal-Mart visit you ask? Honestly it's like always. Ehh People aren't as friendly anymore, and of course you have to check yourself out and bag your own stuff and if you ask for help the person at the kiosk acts like you're an idiot when it's their system screwing up. The pharmacy screws everything up. Their app and text communication don't communicate! The store is unorganized. It's kinda chaos since they changed it around. One thing I can say is Cedar Falls is a clean store compared to Waterloo.

As I sit in the stall where i sealed my fate, i wonder if its a corporate wide policy to have an oversized stall and one that is so narrow that to properly use it you must be under the legal age for a driver's permit. This isn't my greatest concern for that is of why little Billy must be strapped to the wall to witness whatever god forsaken atrocities are committed in this oversized stall. The toilet is cold corporate porcelain and the TP was thin enough i could've checked for a hemorrhoid. I give this experience 3/10. It was a desperate act committed by a fool.

Fast in and out they don't sell fresh flowers in bunches like some Walmart stores do but other then that I found everything I wanted.
