This place used to be pretty decent but apparently not anymore. I have came here 2 weeks in a row and took over 7 hours to unload me both times I came in 1 hr early both times. When I confronted them they said "it usually takes that long'. I would steer clear of this place your time means nothing to them. Needless to say I unfortunately won't be back Even with it being in my backyard.

They need to do better. On multiple occasions.What should take two hours tops to unload extends beyond five, sometimes six hours. And it’s LTL. Never a full trailer.Because of this, I’ve missed numerous backhaul appointment times at other shippers. If I could give zero stars, I would.

One of the worst places I have ever delivered. Appointment time was 1530. I checked in at 1430. They finally got me finished at 2230. Absolutely no regard for the drivers or the drivers time. I am now late for my next pick up and will probably have a late fee. Thanks Target. Even though I know you don't care in the slightest.

People at the grad shack were cool, receiving office personnel was very nice. Unloading took a little to long. But it was a good experience my first time here. I would go back.

Very slow at unloading very un-organized with their apartments. But they definitely got the o well attitude and let you know they don't care. So if ya show up, just expect a very long day, and this probably will be the only thing you do if you run elogs, but if your on paper then you know what to do lol.

Arrived for a 5:30pm delivery, checked in around 4:45pm. Got a door immediately. The facility Being a target I originally thought I’d drop my trailer and go wait at a truck stop. But the office stated they don’t allow that. Maybe it’s only for dry vans but I was low on hours. I asked an estimate and she said around 4-6 hours. Around 11:30pm I get a knock on my door but security stating I had to the green light and had to go. I didn’t receive a call or anything. In the office another driver was stating he can’t leave because they ran his hours down. Which target always do. I grab my paperwork and they told me only a quarter of my load had been accepted because the rest of it sell by date window was too short. Which doesn’t make sense because you requested these specific items to be delivered to you on a certain day at a certain time and now it’s no good? Soo I leave the office and there’s police outside. The driver that was ahead of me called them to let them know target was trying to force him to move with no HOS. In the end he left but with the police escorting him so he can make it to a truck stop ok. Target waste your hours then when you’re out they don’t care and want you off the property then it’s a whole thing when you legally can’t move. Because of them to begin with! Highly suggest changing that policy and/or adding parking for outside carriers do sleep at. The extra star is for giving my dogs treats and the guard shack and office lady was nice. Despite my load being rejected it wasn’t her fault. She was just explaining what happened. My anger is at target as a company, a business.

Picked up the last load of the day at my pickup and drove straight here and I’m 4 hours early and told they don’t allow overnight parking and I can only check in 1 hour before apt time? Um really can’t park 4 hours early and walk in to check in when there is an easy 50 plus empty parking spots that I can see after pulling through the guardshack to park elsewhere? F this place if you are running low and your clock for check in. I can understand if there is no space but when you can’t allow someone to park a few hours early that’s pathetic

17:30 appointment time. Checked in at office at 17:19. Every door already has a truck in it. At least 10 other trucks waiting for a door. Target does not honor the appointment times they set. Unload time is expected to be between 8 and 10 hours.

ALL BAD REVIEWS ARE REAL. If it wasn’t for the nice people at the gate, this place would get 0 stars. Can only check in one hr early from appt time. Checked in at 5:41pm, door by 6:10pm and didn’t start unloading till 9:42pm. Got my paperwork by 12:20am. Terrible place to unload. And NO OVERNIGHT PARKING

I had a 5:30 appointment got there at 4, got unloaded at 10:30 only had a quarter of a trailer to unload. I hope I never have to come back, no sense taking that long to unload a 3/4 empty trailer.

Checked in at 0800 it is now 1200 still waiting. This place is slow an does not respect truck drivers as this cost us money and they do not care . It took 1 hour to load it it's now 4 hours still unloading. The shipper loaded it with 1 person and target can't get it done with multiple people . Go figure.

Really worst place to deliver check in at 4am got door at 9:30am. Now its 12noon still on door. Avoid this place. Very slow and lazy people working here. This is a true review i am not joking. Never book next load when you are coming here.

Had 3:30PM del got here 2:30PM it took them 8 hours to unload 16 pallets of Avocados..by the time you get empty can’t find parking around here

Dont come early from ur schedule appointment.if u come early more then 1 hour security send u back and ask come again on your appointment and it took almost 3 to 4 hours normally may be more after ur dock light turn Red🏮

Check In at the guard shack (left lane) stop at window. Will give you directions and procedure paper. Park in front of docks, by the grass line.Checkin at door 13. Get door and back in leave doors closed & slide tandems. Was her about 3 1/2 hours.

They weren't bad. They got me in a door right away. My appointment time was 1430. I got there at 1330. They called at 1630 to tell me my paperwork is ready to be picked up. Right at the 2 hr mark, so I couldn't start collect detention pay.

I’m just gonna say that holding a person on property because of “conducting inventory” against his will its ilegal and punishable by law. So, with that being said, if you’ve feel like you have been detained for an excessive amount of time and denied to leave the premises for any reason your rights as a citizen and as a Independent contractor might have been violated by TDC. call your lawyer, defend your rights.

Avoid this place if you can!!! Been here 2-3 times took 4-5 hours to unload 13-15 pallets. They forget about you after they give you dock door.

Live unload. Appointment 6pm, arrived at 3:30pm. Left at 9pm. Not bad. Guard gate gives Instructions see pictures. Drop trailer at G row not breaking seal, bobtail at G row1-15. Office is door 16 nearby. Waiting for call to office pick up paperwork when finished. Empty trailer will drop at G row near bobtail.

Is the this is the worst place to go I sit for eight hours to get unloaded did Brooker don’t want to pay for the detention that put their start time on the trailer and they are finish time does no way that sure when I check in and when I check out now I’m having issues I cannot get P my check-in and checkout time does not show after sitting for eight hours don’t have no money for that. I recommend driver to avoid this please except you want to do your reset then you’re good to go My appointment was 9:00 am I was that 8 AM and my departure time was 1700pm

I arrived at 3:30pm for a 4:30pm appointment. In a door at 4:45 and that was it for the positives. They didn’t start unloading until 9:15 pm. The disregard for driver’s time is real at this place. I spoke to 4 other drivers and ALL of them were here at least 6 hours. After speaking to the receiving clerk I was told they have too much freight. I was very disappointed in this Target warehouse. To wait 6-7 hours for an unload is the height of inefficiency. Get it together, it’s not that difficult.

Worst place to deliver, appointment time at 16:30 . Checked in 15:45 got door #512 its 19:53 still on green light . They said delivery can take over 6 hours. If your trailer don't have enough fuel hey do not Check in your equipment will run out of fuel .

Lots and lots of detention. ALL negative reviews are true. This place doesn't care about drivers or their clocks. One of the worst DCs I've ever been to. Nothing like doubling the cost of the load with detention. You guys are gonna lose your profits operating like this. Bunch of millennials and Zs working the lines proving what the rest of the world knows already about them. Not working for their money or the wages they think are 'owed' to them. Bunch of slackers that should only be making $8. Total regret. Owner operators avoid at ALL cost. Let the ones that get detention have it.

Worse place ever. Been here several times 10 to 12 hours to unload. Office people rude as hell. Why have appointment times if your not gonna use them
