No human cashier. Two hours to close. It was a nightmare checking out as I’m not used to the machines. No employees anywhere and rude people in a hurry behind me. So awful the worst experience I’ve ever had at target. I won’t be going back.

I love Target online ordering and drive up option. I can add to my order for several days, click on the order button and then just a short time later, go pick up my order…. Quick and easy!!!

Every time I call to ask questions about anything, I always got hung up and no one even said “hi” I would hear background noise but no one talking. So rude!

Not a Super target so they don't have the Ulta addition inside, but they usually have everything I need. Especially the stain remover I use AND it's $2 cheaper than where I used to get it! Plus you can't forget about Target Circle deals!

I had a great experience at Target, the Employees are friendly and make our shopping experience easy. They were eager to help and make recommendations in the beauty isle. The Checker worked quickly and was very polite. Great job Target!

I purchased an item on the Target website for in store pick up. I had no problem with the pick up, but the employee was unable to give me a receipt or gift receipt. Very frustrating as the item is a gift.

I love this Target because it's not huge. The customer service counter staff have never given me anything to complain about. The bathroom is always clean and so are the dressing rooms.Additional: the convenience of Pick Up is great.

Used to be an employee here and with the last team of people that worked here I never had a problem. I frequently get pickups at the guest service counter and sometimes I don’t have the barcode because they’re under my significant other’s name. Came in to get a pickup around noon this Sunday and was asked for my ID, which fine, I’ve never been asked for it before but I had no issues providing it. The guest service associate had an attitude off the bat and continued with it as I stated the order might be on another name and I wasn’t sure if I was listed as an alternate, she would need to check. Could not manage to spell the last name correctly and insisted no order existed, even though it absolutely did. Instead of asking for spelling, she continued insisting none existed, as if I was just wasting her time and holding up the line. Very clear to me that she did not want to leave the service desk to get the order, which I get it having been an employee, it’s very understaffed on Sundays but that’s no reason to already have an attitude at 12pm. Ended up leaving without my order and I guess I will go back to picking up my orders at night, when people are far nicer and willing to go get my things.

I love Target but not this store. I ran up to the area to pick something up at another store and it was convenient to run here since I was in the area. Selection is not great and employees are not always pleasant. The last three times I have had issues with employees within the store and I while trying to/ using the family bathroom. I was just in the store on 12/19 and received a dirty look from an employee as my 2 year old and I walked out of the family bathroom they had no reason to use. Not the first time I've had this issue and have voiced my concerns the first time and I have noticed it has only gotten worse. I will avoid this store location and choose a place that will make me feel welcomed

Lots of stuff, not a big maternity section and no paternity section 😐. However friendly staff, and lots of space and variety. If ya feeling fancy and artsy fartsy, but less fartsy... hit the Target.

It's a well stocked clean store with nice staff I don't particularly agree with the companies political views (they realy should just stay out of politics(well i did say they should have stayed out of plotics 15b down)) but that issue is on a corporate level overall its a nice store with a small food court where you can get some starbucks and pizza hut pizza along with a few other items they can get rather busy which does slow down the checkout over all a decent store but nothing outstanding

You can only be applying multiple time but that doesn't mean Target Corps Hourly Warehouse Operation from one of the brassring url cannot let me from re-applying from re-submitting my resume from getting into the interview, rather they lavender the website the day they post Hourly Warehouse Operation from 8/26 the day of yesterday which I'm posting this. Their high society of breaking the tier list of applicants (and though they cannot count me I'm guessing) because they must supply the demands who better then the regards what shows my resume right up with HR reps, and I got a problem with that. favoritism. Maybe my previous HR rep might not like on hiring on someone page by page summary about my up and lows and they chosen someone say among better then something else to fill that roster, their friends recommended it and defends other likewise then regards of the savage someone else relationship towards that high bar of leadership. I wish I'd be lying and not reapplying I'm sorry to those that they the HR reps are not sorry, that just the sorrow or some suffering into that woodworks.

Selection isn’t always the best due to the size. But this store makes up for it in service and cleanliness! Blows me away how well they have reacted to COVID. I will always shop this store due to the way they have taken care of the public as well as their employees. Target is truly leading the way.

I was at customer service to return something that wasnt a good fit for our home. There was one lady in front of me and eventually 3 others behind me. The lady in front had a difficult issue and the staff member was teriffic through the entire thing. They lady wasnt bad, but was having a hard time with the answer she got. This gentleman NEVER got rude or impacinet. While this was going on there were other workers doing their curbside and stocking duties. One of them had asked if we had been helped when the gentleman had stepped away to deal with the issue. Then when one of the curbside staff had completed his task he promptly came and assisted those of us who were waiting paciently. All the staff members I saw were being efficient, friendly, and attentive. I have worked in customer service so i know a good team when I see it.

The service I received from Demetris. He helped me find 3 different items by not only telling me what aisle but taking me that way and when I was checking out he was helping pose with carts and self check out with an older person having trouble . He was always smiling and clear with his words. Great guy.

Always a five star! Clean, consistent and clutch! Target has everything you need in one stop. Nice place to just waste the day away in. Wonder and check out all the beautiful things or just to sit enjoy some Starbucks and watch your kids play! Whatever it is there is ALWAYS more than you ever thought you needed at Target.

One the most amazing Target stores I've ever been to. Staff was most respectful and caring compared to the many others I've been to. Wish I could move to this town and keep enjoying this store. Unfortunately ours was closed down and now I have to drive 2 1/2 hours to get to one.

After having items left on the kiosk I called the store to ask to arrange for credit. Was transferred to different departments and left on hold for 45 minutes. They told me i had to return to the store for my credit even though they had full record of my items. They insisted I drive 65 miles one way. When I returned to the store I was forced to wait over half an hour for the manager who was on lunch and couldn't be bothered. Even though they assured me they had the items returned and the return slip at customer service. It was suggested I come back AGAIN tomorrow. I am not returning and simply want my money back after the clerk left items on the kiosk. Worst customer service ever. The items valued over $150 and so it wasn't like I wasnt a valued customer. Additionally they thought I could wander around the store and pick the items out again. Not wasting my time nor will I be doing business with this target. Thus is why I prefer small town local stores. Sadly they had even taken my ID and had my phone number on my check so I really dont think there was need to continue to hold up my money in hope's that I would give up and they could keep my money.

Let's just say some of the tshirts the employees were wearing made me mad at what it said. Made me glad I spent ZERO dollars at a store that advertises how great they are to certain groups let's just say ....at least by not spending or using my cards my identity wasn't compromised...

Really nice target. Small enough where you can find things, but large enough that they have a good selection. They keep the building very clean and the lines are never real long. Definitely a nicer store than the Cedar Falls Walmart, but it is a little more expensive.

The item I needed I found to be in the store. So before I made the 30 minute drive I bought it to be picked up. Went to the customer service area, was greeted by a friendly gentleman, told him my name and what I had purchased and in less than 1 minute I had it in my hand. Excellent service. Love your store.
