WOW! What a fantastic establishment! The ladies that own this are so knowledgeable and are willing to help their customers anyway possible. When you walk in, they are so warm and welcoming. It's a very well put together store and everything works together cohesively. You know that you will be taken care of because they have great attention to detail, whether that be the customer service, clothing options, or even down to things such as return policies, which are clearly printed on their receipts and displayed at checkout. They could not be a more helpful crew. Just an all around good place to shop and it's a bonus that they have a cute dog and kiddo working sometimes!

Very snotty, won’t take returns or in store credit, even when purchasing as a gift.Iowa law, refund policies must be prominently displayed at the place of purchase in order to be valid.Buyer beware, do not shop here!Your reply prompted me to add when I purchased the items, I was in store and I was greeted with “are you here shopping for someone else”…. Yes I know I’m fat and can’t fit in these clothes so yes, I am here to purchase for someone else as a gift. I almost left, but I needed a gift… Which I then said” if she doesn’t like it do you take returns”, “yes we do.” That’s all that was said.I just received the items back from her, she was out of the country, like I said and had to print the receipt off my email and brought them in.

Spotlight Boutique is an amazing shop. It is owned by two amazing ladies who are always willing to help find what you are looking for. Everything and everyone within the store are always positive and happy. I have never had a bad experience at Spotlight!

Cutest shop! I have been here a number of times and the service is fantastic! The workers always ask if they can help me and find anything but still allow me my space to look around. Recommend to all my friends and they love it as well!

There clothes are always super cute, but the customer service is stale. I always try to buy online from them if I find something I like because everytime I go in there in person the owners always seem annoyed to talk to me, never really smile, and are always monotone. At one point the younger gal asked me if I was looking for anything in particular, I said no and she listed the sales they were having and then I watched her roll her eyes at me as I said thank you and started browsing. Other than that it's a really nice boutique!
