They are a very clean store they offer hand sanitizer and they also offer free masks as you walk in the door. To my surprise they actually keep headcount so that they do not violate any regulations and or policies. The store is clean and their products are well stocked. Also I only spent $83 and was able to get two pairs of name brand shoes, a pair of black dress slacks, a cardigan, and a sweater. I'd say best quality for the lowest price can be found at Ross Dress for Less in Cedar Falls IA. I give this establishment an all around upstanding review. I was absolutely Amazed by the service as well.

I had found several items that were PERFECT for a special occasion I had coming up. When it was time to check out, there was a line a mile long with only 1 register open. I tried standing in line for awhile but it didn't move at all. There was even another employee putzing around with putting clothes on racks, but no one was helping the only cashier. It was disappointing because I didn't have time to wait that long so I had to put the items back. Hopefully I'll find what I need at another location with more registers open.

This store has a restroom. I asked to use one because my son need it. The store clerk said they have a restroom but “there is no one available to open it.” I told her I can open it myself, she declined. Sad to say the poor child had pace around and hold his pee until we got to a better store!

No fitting rooms were open, so had to take everything back to the rack as I can’t buy without knowing. Maybe one cashier, a line of customers a mile long. Maybe Ross needs to pay their employees better.

Visited Ross twice this month. They have a huge selection of several different items and products. This store reminds me of a Amazon return store but very good quality and prices. They have something for everyone. From clothing, footware, and house goods to cologne's/perfumes and pet supplies. I will definitely be visiting again.

They only had one cashier and the manager didn't even care that there was a line into the aisles when the cashier needed authorization for a transaction. It'd be better if they had new management who helped their workers when they're obviously swamped

They never have dressing rooms open and when they do, it's one and the wait is so long. It's completely ridiculous! It's happened way too many times. Today is my last day going there...I'd rather go to TJ Maxx in Waterloo!

This is my new favorite store. It has tons of merchandise that is eclectic and fashionable, household items, clothing, beauty supplies, kids' clothes, anything you're looking for. The prices are unbelievably low. I was shocked at the quality and style of available items for a really reasonable price. The cashier told me that their turnover is pretty high, too, so there are always new things coming through the store.

Said dressing rooms were closed when the sign said they were open and I had about 10 items of clothing my daughter needed to try on for school shopping and so I put everything back and told them I wasn't buying unless she tried them on and they said well its closed come back a different time so I left and never will be back.

Loved this store growing up in Florida, very glad to have one here now. My kids love coming with and browsing through everything. It's clothing closeouts so looking for specific items here is tough.

I love Ross Dress for Less stores, but this particular store is my least favorite one. Found some time during my busy schedule to come in and buy some pants I needed. I arrive and they have only ONE fitting room open. As one opens up, an employee closes it down. So, already peeved, I go to the back of the store where the other fitting rooms are and they say those are closed too, and it will take 20 minutes until they’re open. I understand some people might have time to wait around for 20 minutes twiddling their thumbs, but I don’t and I’m sure many others would agree. So, I ended up leaving because I didn’t have any time to try on the pants.I come back later than night at 8 and grab the same pants I put back earlier. I go to the fitting rooms at the back. Closed AGAIN. I go to the front and only one is open, again. So I wait around for a while and again I’m on a time constraint, so after waiting for a while I go and try to reason with the woman working at the front, asking her if there is any way she can just open one for me- she says she doesn’t have the power to do so, but the manager can. I ask why they’re all closed, she says it’s because customers who left clothes everywhere in the dressing room ruined it for everyone else. I was like, “?????”. A business is supposed to accommodate the costumer and consumer of the product- not the other way around. I try to find the manager, but can’t. After a while the fitting room is eventually open and I snag it. As I call my partner over- who has the cart- the manager pops out of nowhere and asks if anything is wrong.I bring up how there’s only one fitting room and she again says that it’s because of people stealing and leaving stuff in the rooms. People steal (don’t though). People leave clothes in the rooms. It happens. It’s a STORE!!! But you are going to lose a lot of customers with that bad attitude, blaming customers directly to their face, and by closing off all of fitting rooms you have!!! What the heck Ross?

I love Ross. This location has a little bit of everything. I always find something for everyone when gift shopping and my teenage girls never leave empty handed when needing an outfit. The prices are perfect and the quality is the same as you'd find at other big box stores.

The ross was clean, the choices were wonderful as well, but didn't get a chance to buy anything. One checkout woman at front, was helping someone return clothing and chatting away when we arrived, 30 minutes later we came up to the front to make purchases, they were still there. Chatting away and returning countless items at the slowest pace possible. Stood in line another 10+ minutes with several people lining up behind us. We ended up leaving the cart and headed out. Impossibly unprofessional.

I come here almost every other week to shop and look around at accessories and cologne. I can't even tell you how much money I've saved coming here to buy stuff. I bought a bottle of polo club cologne here for $20 and I recently went to another store and saw it marked at $75. Literally the best deals I have ever seen.

Called the store hoping for some common decency and human kindness. A very rude associate answered the phone and cut me off before letting me finish my question. All I wanted to know is if they simply had a shoe in my size (which most other stores would not mind checking since it is a retail store after all!) and the very rude individual cut me off saying they don’t do that. I tried letting her know I would be willing to drive an hour away I just needed someone to check for me but she very rudely shot me down. I would think that stores would be very kind and accommodating especially given our past year. Guess not.

I am so happy since I am able to go to Ross in Waterloo. I used to have to wait till I went to see my brother in Al. Because there are 3 in Memphis and we would hit all three. There is always such a great variety of high quality goods at a great price, and different than anywhere else. A very satisfied customer.
