This is one of the only places in CF that sells super worms our bearded dragon, and the closest place to our house - but they very rarely actually have any in stock, and when they do - are frequently not in great shape. Yesterday they also didn’t even have any cookies for the dogs so couldn’t make it worth the trip at all.

I love this store! The wash bays in the back are worth driving 15 miles for to keep my 3 large breed dogs clean and looking their best. You absolutely cannot beat the price and the towels and some products are provided!! The staff are friendly and always willing to help answer questions regarding products. I would choose this PSP over any other big chain pet store any day.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean facility. They have a wide variety of pet needs for a variety of pets. Parking is shared with a few other stores, so there's plenty of parking. They have a decent rewards program for frequent shoppers.

I really enjoy going in the store but only issue i have is that i have a hard time sometimes getting the bearded dragon food that i need. I wish they had more food items there for bearded dragons.

I enjoy shopping here whenever I can. They have the cleanest fish tanks and small animal cages of the pet stores. The store in general is always clean. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. I observed them happily interacting with pets coming in, even greeting some of the regulars by name. They were great when helping to put on nail caps on my kitten. I found they have quite a few services available, like nail trims and such, but just make sure to call ahead so they can make time for it. The way they were loving on Melly made my heart happy and they said I could bring her in whenever I wanted to help socialize her. Will add a picture of Melly and her pretty peets.

This Pet Store is a hidden gem in Cedar Falls. Much better than the big box store in Waterloo. I couldn’t understand what the big box store cashier was saying, and the one at this store was nice and friendly!

They have a dog wash it's awesome you can buy a ticket of 5 washes for 20 or 25 bucks. They supply the shampoo and it's super handy with warm water and a blow dryer way better than stooping over a tub or using a water hose with cold water

I was on a serch for a store that had an engraving machine. Along with the wait of our new fence,the dog enjoyed going into all the neighbors yards. I worried she might run off or Someone might assume shes a stray, and take her home. She now has a bears tag with her name ,address and phone number.

Abby was so awesome putting my kittens claw caps on after clipping his nails. It took a long time, but she was gentle, caring and patient.

They have a good selection for your pets, I really enjoy the coupons! My cats food can be pretty expensive but, they often have offers to bring that price down. The staff is friendly, and I am usually able to find what I need.

I was happy when they decided to open this store. They work hard to give you and your pet the best experience. Every employee works to give you the attention you look for. With the addition of nail trim Tuesday's, there is even more reasons to go here for all your pets needs.

I usually enjoy Pet Supplies Plus. I can take my dog there to use their self service dog wash. However, I'm rating this low because of my experience with curbside pick up. I ordered my dog several cans of wet food because he hasn't been eating his dry food. I placed the order late at night, thinking it would be ready sometime in the morning. Fast forward to early afternoon, and I still haven't received an email stating it is ready. I needed this food this morning because I work all day. If I would've known it wasn't going to be ready, I would have just gone to the store this morning.

Love this store! I use their pet washing station at least once a month, and they sell Orijen Regional Red cat food! Store employees are always helpful and friendly.

They were super helpful when we needed a flea treatment for our pet. The manager walked me through the steps and proper process for best results. Unfortunately they were out of most the flea drops and I always have to hunt staff down to get fish and crickets. BUT still the best place to shop for pets.

Had exactly what I wanted that the website said was available in store. Doesn't seem to work that way everywhere. So, i was able to get what I wanted and a couple of bonus purchases and be on my way in a timely manner. In store service was better than expected.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and I love how they partner with the Cedar Bend Humane Society to house a cat for adoption. We adopted one of our cats through PSP because we got to see her at the store and get to know her that way. We also love the store's social presence. So fun!

We love pet supplies plus! They have lots of great products and often have deals. My dog loves all the workers and usually gets a treat at checkout as well! So happy to have such a great pet store here in cedar falls!
