Look it's what you expect but not overbearing. Workers are cool, kinda pricey but again what ya would expect, tho they do have a lot of stuff ya can't get anywhere else and it's always been as advertised so, it's solid.

This Natural Grocers is a bit small compared to the ones in Omaha, NE. It's missing a lot of products I normally buy. It's a lot more expensive also. Staff aren't as friendly.

Unlike other grocers I've been to. I hear it is a chain. This particular one has a close "community feel" to it. I don't know if that makes any sense but that's how it felt to me. When you enter, the carts are to your right and you're greeted with sweets on your left. For a grocery store that is on the organic natural side of things, they sure do advertise and sell lots of sweets. That is not a bad thing. I love it! I take advantage of the assorted flavored individually wrapped candies as I'm shopping but saving the wrappers to pay at checkout. It just makes everything that much better. The employees are engaging making sure you're comfortable in your shopping experience (that's what it felt like to me anyways) and have been very helpful and friendly. They even suggested recipes to try around a dish I was making. I think is really awesome about this place is that they have a kitchen that basically anyone can use to have discussions about cooking or recipe sharing and how to make certain dishes. They tell me all you have to do is sign up and the kitchen is yours. There is a schedule, as to not overlap another person's time in the kitchen so, that makes sense. THEY'RE NOT high dollar expensive. I say it that way because I've seen items there that were less than Wal-Mart. Naturally i'd think everything there would be crazy expensive but it's not.

Customer service is good, but going the extra mile to be courteous is not present.I am visibly handicapped and struggle with heavier things. The last two times the person bagged my groceries and then stood there looking forward as I did my best to hoist my very heavy bag into the cart. No offer to help. And the store was quiet so the person at the register could have followed me out the door and set it in my car that was parked just outside the door in the handicap space. I understand that is not in their job description, but they needed to be told to show some empathy. I’m not that old and know times have changed but for those who understand the power of kindness and chivalry comes the responsibility to teach others. Teach and model compassion, to learn to put them selves in other peoples shoes.I hope that someone would have the courage to insist on such behavior in your stores,

Grocery offerings for natural and non-GMO are plentiful. The fresh produce and dairy are fairly well stocked with their dates. They have a good selection of frozen items. I’d like to watch for sales so I use their ads a lot, and I have a membership so I can get discounts on eggs and other items. I watch for sales on needed daily nutritional items.

A great option for groceries even if you're not looking for ~*~natural~*~ products. The N member rewards are great for eggs and avocados on a regular basis. Lots of options in their international isle and lots of variety in the options they have. Great if you have dietary restrictions or are wanting to try different meat or dairy alternatives.

The store has a lot to offer. Unfortunately I was violated by a female worker looking in on me while I use the restroom and while I was exposed. She did not apologize so its hard for me to assume it was accidental, and I can't help but feel that I was profiled at the time

Great place to shop if you are living a healthy lifestyle or just enjoy eating well. Pricing is surprisingly low for a health food store. We do a generous amount of shopping here weekly

Great selection of items. Everything from food to body care. They also have a community Erin in the front with a kitchen that can be used for cooking lessons. Most recently my #Toastmasters club has been meeting there. It’s pretty cool. I’ve always had really positive experiences with the staff. Overall this is the spot to eat and live more natural!

In my opinion they have a great selection of essential oils , carrier oils and a wide variety of products containing essential oils. I bought my diffuser here and it works great! I liked the fact that the store had different diffusers turned on and running so I could see how each one worked. Made my decision of which one to purchase easier. The store when I have been in there has always been clean. Fast and friendly checkout. I'm newer to using essential oils so I wish there was someone who is certified that worked in that area on a regular basis that could answer my questions. So far it has been hit or miss.

First time visit. My husband is lactose intolerant. They had the best selection of vegan dairy products we have found anywhere in the area. Store is a bit pricey, as are all stores of this type, but I thought in general they seemed a little more reasonable than other health food chains I have visited. Large grocery store with a lot of selection. Nice looking organic produce. They also run some nice sales and specials. Store was very clean and well organized. Definitely plan to return.

Incredibly fresh produce. Large selections of herbal remedies and essential oils. Vegan and gluten free products. Only place I know that has fresh dill on hand for my Mediterranean recipes.

There are several specific items that I go to Natural Grocers for, that can't be found elsewhere--or if they can, at least their price is competitive.Ive never been disappointed in their fruits and vegetables.The only down side is, I have asked for the availability/ordering potential of a few things, but they seem to have a fairly limited capacity to order new things in. When they CAN get them, they ask that you buy a whole case!

Ive been traveling for the past 3 months across the country and shop almost entirely organic. I have to say this retail chain store is my favorite. Any time I see a natural grocers on my route or in my area I smile. Great products and produce. Along with a wide selection of them. Very affordable prices (probably some of the best). Love their products and they have a lot of stuff other places don't like organic dehydrated apple rings. I always stock up. Usually they have good sales going on. Friendly staff. Don't know what more I could ask for.

Only visited one time since it's about an hour away. Good selection but was disappointed with the prunes I purchased. Felt sick after eating them so I checked the label and noticed it said, "May contain debris". Really? That's a little too natural for me. I did rinse them off before eating but had I known about the "debris" I would not have purchased them.

I have been to Natural Grocers many times since 2020! They always update and provide competitive organic products! What a wonderful shop to sustain my vitamin and health diets! I love pasture raise eggs mostly!

EXCELLENT quality products. Register personnel are pleasant and knowledgeable about products. It's mostly a store for vitamins and alternative medicines/supplements, but they do have a decent selection of healthy foods (groceries, milk, meats, snacks, etc.), natural soaps, lotions, essential oils, so much more. A little costly on pricing, but the sales make it worth coming in. This is the go-to place for healthy nutrition. They give classes in store for healthy cooking- the sign is posted in the front of the store.

Went just to get soap. Had a great selection. The workers were very friendly. Bring your face covering they are requiring it. Looked like they had lots of foods to choose from too, but we didnt look at them specifically.

I didn't have much time to shop however, I did get some reasonably priced spring water. I was wrongfully charged a 5 cent return bottle fee. However, I will get that back the next time I return.

I enjoy this grocery store more and more each time I visit it and become more familiar with their inventory and appreciate the variety of items to choose from. I've found every one I've met that works there to be friendly and helpful. More times than not asking me if I was finding everything ok. Glad to hv you in the cedar valley Natural Grocers!

Thrilled to have this option. Not quite as big as New Pi in Cedar Rapids but a really good variety of gluten free foods and a pretty nice produce section.sales staff is very helpful and friendly. Would love to see a slow growth meat counter and a fresh bakery added.
