Such a therapeutic place to shop. I love all of my plants from here and the birds love the black oil sunflower seeds! Plus, the people who work here are always very friendly and helpful! I love all of the information and guidance they offer about planting NATIVE flowers, trees and plants, but wish they’d emphasize less on lawn care. Lawns don’t provide food for anyone, especially not pollinators.

Even though a few of the employees can be helpful, the plants this season have been horribly overpriced and not very healthy. For what I paid for a handful of plants at Earl May this year, I was able to purchase several large planters and twice the amount of plants for the same price at a different retailer. The plants I bought elsewhere are also significantly healthier. The difference in size and price are shocking.

The person who helped me was so kind and helpful! She was amazing! She helped me pot the plant I bought there despite the planter being from somewhere else. There was a great selection of succulents even though its not the best season for them. She was amazing, and I would definitely go back, not just for the plants, but for her too. She clearly loved her job and plants. There were also neat fountains, and there were cool stones made to look like owls. I loved it all.

Very knowledgeable young lady helped me with which fertilizer I needed for some outdoor plants and an indoor plant. She had plants at home of the same variety and knew the secret to getting them to bloom again! So excited to apply my new knowledge!

Wonderful selection of plants, pots, and seeds. Clean and well organized. Friendly and helpful staff. I'll definitely be going back. Excited to have found a local nursery with an amazing diversity of houseplants.

I bought a bunch of silver torch cactus' from here for $40. They all came in the same pot. After getting them home I decided to repot them and realize that the cactus' were buried four inches under the soil. They had a fungal infection, rot and scale. I went to the store and bought insecticide, fungicide, perlite, soil and antifungal powder. After cleaning them up and drying them for a week I had repotted them. I was worried that they still wouldn't make it so I took them back to the store to return them. The older lady at the front desk said because I had put so much effort into it I could just keep them and she would give me a refund. She said we're going to throw them in the trash anyways. After a few minutes went by she came up to me and said my manager won't let me give them to you. We have to dispose of them. You can't give something away and then take it back like that! Not coming back here. Also all their air plants have core rot and are dying but are still ridiculously priced.

Great place! They have a ton of plant accessories and pots, as well as beautiful healthy plants for sale! The gentleman who works there is very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely come back!!!

Best plants in town but you better fill that wallet up fat before u come cause u will need every last cent but u get what u pay for great plants they are always great quality and worth every painful cent to have a high quality plant that will make a room look perfect u might regret the price but the plants to me are truely worth every penny

The workers there were very nice but when I interacted with the manager he was very rude. I also believe that he smelled of alcohol. If I could give 0 stars I would just because of the management there.

Earl May has tons of stuff but more importantly they have the expertise to back up what they sell. May not be the cheapest but by far better customer service then a big box store.

NOT 5 stars. Took my plant in to be repotted and they killed it. They started you should have, you should have.... I did exactly as I was told for the instructions for the plant itself.
