I had to pay $87 for them to drive to my house and another $555 for the Capacitor for my AC unit. I was happy that everything was fixed and it only took the guy a few minutes from start to finish.And then........after doing some research online, the price was way over the national average. So, we had a competitor come to my house and assess the part and work. Well, the competitor could have done it all for approximately $160. The dude told me I got scammed and should call a lawyer. He also mentioned that the part cost was marked up by 1,100% 😵😵‍💫😣Boy oh boy did I get scammed real good. Bravo Dalton! I rarely get caught with my pants down, but you guys got me good. I know very little about ac units in general as I've never had to deal with them. I was taught a very valuable lesson today.On a side note, the worker was nice and was able to complete the task.

Last month, I was able to easily access the Dalton P&H website, where I sent a request for some routine maintenance.Dalton P&H scheduled the maintenance due on a new system they installed for me a year ago(furnace and AC). Brad P. was my technician today who exhibited professionalism and wisdom the entire time he was on-site. I will look no further than Dalton P&H for all of my HVAC needs in the future.

Landon Pierce called ahead and arrived in a timely manner. He did a professional job of explaining what he was doing and didn’t seem to mind me looking over his shoulder. He even cleaned the dryer vent which I don’t remember a previous tech doing. Very impressed with his demeanor.

I had a unique issue that Dalton was able to fix! I'm getting a new washer/dryer, and I needed my outlet fixed AND the vent modified for the machine. Dalton was able to do both in one visit! Justin Else and Joe Allyn came around the same time to fix both issues. They were very polite, explained what they needed to do, and got everything completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Dalton, especially if you have multiple issues happening at the same time. Getting the one year membership also saved me a lot of money and provides maintenance checkups.

After trying to fix a clogged toilet myself in every way I thought possible, I finally gave this company a call. Jake was great to work with! He ended up having to take the toilet off of the floor and was kind enough to carry the entire thing outside and was able to push out a night light that our 1 year old had flushed down the toilet! 😂 After re installing the toilet better than it was before, he ended up replacing some of the other parts that I had been putting off for awhile. Very fair price and great work. By the end of the repair my two dogs were sad to see him go, but I’ll definitely be calling Jake back for any repairs in the future!

Dalton installed a new AC system in one afternoon recently and I am so impressed with their service! From Andy who sold me the system, answering all of my annoying questions so I would understand my investment fully, to the installation team led by Casey who worked diligently, quickly and quietly. The install team had a plan and executed it flawlessly. After fully testing all functionality, Casey walked through the system with me explaining in detail what they did, and they finished with an efficient clean up of their work areas inside and out. I highly recommend their service and I will certainly use Dalton in the future.

Josh was great! He came out for our quarterly check - cleaned the coils on the A/C unit, cleaned out the dryer vent, changed our air filter, and ensured our heating/cooling system was up to speed. Great service and really appreciated the hard copy checklist of where our systems are at for maintenance.

Extremely over priced. They came out to look at my air conditioner. First thing they did was tell me about there paid membership program. I declined it. Then they told me my air condition was low on refrigerant, which it was low. They wanted to add refrigerant for $850. I had to ask if there was a leak on the system and for them to do a leak check that cost $500 and only took about 30 minutes total. They did the leak check and found leaks on the coils. Only option now is to keep adding refrigerant or whole new system. I decided to wait to do any more.I called 3 different repair services and each one would cost around $150 to add refrigerant. It feels like these Dalton is taking advantage of people.

We had a new install that was not working properly. Brad was here from 7:30 PM till 9:30 PM. Worked steadily and stayed until he was sure it was working properly. Nice, friendly guy.Since January 24 & 25, the date of this install, three weeks ago, there have been several guys out. Casey, Brad and Payton that I know of. They have all been good, but the last I heard, they would be talking to a factory tech and would get back with me. Still waiting on that and that was a week ago. Furnace still not working properly. Thus I have hesitated to write a review, but I keep getting requests, so here it is!

Ethan was here to do our Spring A/C tune up. He called before he arrived to confirm and was here as promised. He did a great job, and explained the steps he took to make sure or unit was ready for Summer. What stood out most was how polite and well spoken he was. Our 25-year-old gas fireplace needed a new gas valve, and our service technician Brad did an excellent job in installing the new valve. This required a lot of creative thinking, since the design of the new valve assembly was not identical to the original. He took the time needed to complete the job, and we are very pleased that we could rely on his expertise. (We should add that it was Brad who detected a gas leak in the valve during an annual inspection, so we are very grateful for that as well.)We are long-time Dalton PHC customers, and this is an example of the kind of service we hope for.We give Brad high marks for getting our gas fireplace back in operation.

Amanda at Dalton PHC came out and helped problem solve an issue with the furnace that had a number of us scratching our heads. Very knowledgeable and got my furnace up and running quickly and also taught me a few new things about my unit. Great gal and very professional. Did plumbing inspection was asked about dripping faucet and toilet that runs every now and then . Was not fixed on inspection. Back next day to check water heater. Had to order parts. . Came back five days later with parts. So five days no hot water. Fixed water heater. Plumbing not fixed and they did not bring salt for the softener 4 bags ordered previously. We had four plumbers at the house the day they fixed the water heater, surely one of them could have fixed the upstairs plumbing issues

Jeff was fantastic. I'm sure I was his last appointment of the day but he took the time to answer all the questions I had. While he was at the house I had him look at a couple other things not originally accounted for. He looked at them no problem and provided great feedback. I believe my plumber's name was Brock (I wish I could remember for certain) and he was incredibly friendly and efficient. He even allowed my three year old to watch him perform the repairs since she was curious.He very quickly removed the clog in my drain, and informed me on next steps to hopefully prevent further issues. He even cleaned up after himself!! Very impressed with the service I received.

The service technician was good. No problems there.We have been home comfort members for a long time. Not loving the new pricing structure.Hard to get appointments, often they cancel the day of and have to reschedule. Difficult when I’m taking off work to meet them.I have 3 calls/emails in asking for a pricing question. Zero response. And I’m guessing when I do, it will take 1-2 months to get the repair done.Repair is something that has been worked on numerous times by Dalton and unable to fix problem.Got tired of waiting. Want to use my fireplace. Called another company. Got a quote 48 hours later. $500 cheaper thank Dalton (and that is AFTER the 20% off because of the Home Comfort plan).Dalton is more worried about selling me a new furnace water heater cleaning out my ducts and A/C.I just want to use my fireplace.

I had electrical done to put in a hot tub. Joe did a great job! He came before the installation and did all the prep work. Once delivered he came that same afternoon and did final hook up and check out. He even cleaned up some of the debris left by the spa installers. Great work! I would definitely recommend!

Update: My sink was still clogged the very next day and I called to let them know. They updated my file and I said I'd be in touch if it got worse again, which it did. When I called back to inform them that I couldn't even do the dishes without it clogging I was told that they couldn't come back out for free. I spent $700+ on the first visit and was told they couldn't help me (two weeks later). Also he had to install a new pipe under the sink because he broke the old one trying to take it off, well one of the screws wasn't tightened and it leaked everywhere under my sink. I had to tighten it myself. When i told them about it, they didnt say a word. I refused to pay another $200-700 for temporary services with no guarantee! So I called someone who had a guarantee. Times are very hard these days, money doesn't go as far as it used to. I feel fooled!

Had a bit of a plumbing emergency Friday evening and I called Daltons up and Jack came over right he was done finishing up on another project. He explained everything in detail and was upfront of the prices which was great to know and found out that the toilet lines just needed to be cleaned out. Another employee from Daltons, Jeff, came over as well since Jack just needed something in case it was something else out that was going on. They were both super professional and seriously were lifesavers after inspecting the bathroom pipes in the basement to see where the leak was coming from. I was thrilled that the issue was solved and now everything in the bathroom is running smooth again. And I was honestly thrilled that they have emergency services 24/7 because if I had to wait until Monday to get it fixed it would have been a nightmare for myself and my family! So thank you Jack and Jeff for being able to fix the issue without costing me and arm and a leg! I definitely recommend Daltons for your emergency plumbing, heating and cooling needs!
