Starting with the good part of the experience, the shipping was quick, and their sale prices were excellent for the product in question.Unfortunately, that leads directly to the bad portion, as the product in question is not what was received. A more cynical person might think this wasn't a mistake, since the shoe box listed the correct item exactly. This specific shoe happens to be a popular, hard to find size & color option. Inside the shoe box was not only the less popular, and easy to find elsewhere color scheme, but the wrong size as well…At this point the question of why this clearly incorrect item was not simply exchanged or refunded arises, and there are two reasons. The first is that this was a Christmas gift, and there was not enough time for an exchange. And the second reason is that immediately after the order was shipped, the preferred color scheme went out of stock.Overall, this was a quite frustrating and disappointing experience. After considering the time and effort that would be expended to return the shoes, we decided to just keep them. The gift recipient is politely making the best of it with the oversized, mis-colored, shoes. I do want to stress that we did not speak with customer service, and they may very well be amazing. And they might have refunded things with no hassle, but this was the final issue in a series of mistakes made by different online stores. By this point I was too burnt out to try and find out if that was the case, and just gave up and accepted things.

I love that I could order online from a credible small business. They offer high-quality shoes at prices comparable to big box stores. We also went into the store to try on other sizes. It was BEAUTIFUL in there showcasing the quality products they offer. And then I saw their sales racks... I will be back and highly suggest you check it out too.

This company carried a specific UGG shoe that I couldn't find anywhere and gladly assisted me in finding the exact color, size and style I wanted on top of shipping the product to me just in time for the winter season. I would definitely use them again!

I ordered a pair of Hoka Bondi 8's on their website and realized the shoe size was wrong after placing the order.After reaching out to cancel the order, I quickly recieved an email back from their rep Mark, who advised that they did in fact have the size I needed and would be happy to send the corrected size if I wanted.Definitely great online customer service and happy to have done business with them. I plan on doing more shoe purchases with in the future.

The sales associate that helped me was fantastic. I walked in not knowing what to expect, and walked out educated about the way that I walk and how the shoes I purchased will help me day to day. I was so impressed, I bought two pairs of shoes with more on the list to go back and try out when I need a new pair. First time ever going into this store in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Was greeted right away and Spencer took care of me. He was awesome very friendly made you feel welcome was not pushy in any way shape or form bought my very first pair of hey dude's along with supportive insoles. At a very reasonable price. All the sales people were amazing I would definitely go back just because of the service I received.He was very descriptive on how the inserts would help and stood on the machine to see where my pressure points were I would definitely go back to the store even the employees that weren't waiting on us we're very friendly I would really recommend.

The only thing I was not thrilled about was having to process a return in order to exchange my shoe order, I needed a larger size. Other than that, everything was great! I had to email customer service a time or two and they responded very quickly that time or two. I received the product I wanted and was expecting, that brand just ran small; but that is not on Brown's. Since I received such excellent customer service I went ahead and ordered the shoes again through Brown's versus going elsewhere. The shipping the second time around was even faster than the first time around, extremely happy with that! Thanks Brown's, great customer service means a lot in my book.

I have never had this excellent of service when I was buying shoes as I had with Brown's Shoes. I sat down and a gal actually measured my feet just like the old days. It was so refreshing to actually have someone wait on me instead of searching for some shoes on my own. She helped me with my foot problem and with what shoe I should get. My dog ate my favorite Tevas that had already been retired. I couldn't find them anywhere in my size but Brown's Shoe Fit Co. had one pair and in my size! I ordered them immediately and got them ike 2 days earlier than expected. Highly recommend

I had never heard of Brown's Shoe Fit Co. before but they had a pair of shoes in stock that were sold out everywhere else. I had been searching high and low for the shoes and was so happy to find them somewhere. I even got a great deal on them because of a sitewide sale going on. They shipped them right away and shipping to California was faster than expected! My shoes arrived in perfect condition and are everything I hoped for and more. I absolutely love the shoes and am beyond satisfied with my experience with Brown's! I will definitely be using them in the future! :)

Customer service is phenomenal. Brown’s was out of a size in a running shoe I wanted. I received a personal email the same day it was back in stock. I ordered the shoe and also received a personal email that my order was being picked up in a few hours. Sure beats the treatment I’ve received from large chain stores!
