APCC was the closest vet to where I lived when I moved back to the Cedar Falls area. I've moved to a different location in the city, and there are offices closer to me, but I prefer a longer drive for Dr. Stevenson's services. I've been extremely satisfied with her and her staff.

Dr Tammy is informative and offered multiple solutions for my dog that seems to suffer stress after the grandchildren leave - he is so sad. I have never had a dog soooo excited about vet visits. All the staff and techs are excellent in handling any pet issue. In my opinion they are the best in the Cedar Valley!

Brought our cat in for declawing. This is not our normal vet, but the staff went the extra mile to contact our vet to get our pet history. The staff was quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. Our experience has been top notch

I took my cat Remy to a number of vets to determine the cause of his over grooming and right away it was resolved by Dr. Stevenson as a case of severe anxiety. Once diagnosed and medicated, he became so much more relaxed and now has a healthy coat of fur. I was very impressed with the solutions she provided and the level of care for Remy. Anytime I’ve needed medication refills it’s been done the same day, and general check ups have always met/exceeded my expectations of care. The whole staff cares very much about the animals they see, and I would recommend Advanced Pet Care Clinic to anyone in the area.

Last week, out sweet Sheena passed after a short, sudden decline. She had been staying at the clinic for a couple of days as the staff tried to help her. Unfortunately, she was too ill.All of the staff I spoke with were incredibly kind and caring. They truly seem to care about their patients and the patient's parents; a marked difference from our last vet.Knowing Sheena was with people who cared and we're loving on her while she was there, and not just left, ignored, in a cage, was a huge comfort. When I called, the tech was very helpful in explaining things and very compassionate and patient. After Sheena had passed, Dr. Stevenson called and was just as kind and helpful.Today, I received a sympathy card, signed by all the staff. That meant so much.These folks are wonderful; true animal lovers.

This review is long overdue, but I can't stress enough how incredible the team is at Advanced Pet Care Clinic in CF. Dr. Stevenson was super patient, thorough, and provided my cat with tremendous care during a fairly long inpatient stay. In addition, the prices are fair and honest. For instance, at another visit, they only used a certain amount of protective tooth care/sealant on my cat, but instead of charging for the bottle, they charged only a portion. It's nice to know that there are still these knowledgeable, passionate, and fairly priced vets out there!

Loved the staff here! I am a new pet owner and have never taken an animal to the vet before. We brought our kitty in because we had thought she was sick. They checked her over and explained everything to us. We updated her shots and she did very well. We are even bringing her in for grooming.

I just moved to Cedar Falls. My cat had a bacterial infection in her eye. I was able to do a drop off. I was able to pick her up at my convenience which helped a lot. The staff seems very caring and friendly. I loved getting a text from Dr Tammy Stevenson informing me of my cats issue. Also loved getting a follow up text a few days later asking how my cat was doing. Will be bringing all my cats to this clinic for future needs.

Dr. Stevenson is absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable and patient and definitely has the pets best interest. Their motto of "warm hearts caring for cold noses" is so true. Everyone in the clinic is super nice and friendly. Dr. Stevenson also has a way to calm you down and keep you calm. She just has a calming personality. I could not recommend her more!

Updated review - Recently had to switch vet clinics due to having multiple issues with records/documentation on my animals. As well as the front desk staff not being very personable. Loved this clinic for the longest time, but I'm not sure what the issue has been the last 3 or 4 times I have been in.

My dog got a haircut here. She used to go to PetSmart and was terrified of the place. This place she was calm and looked great. Lauren seemed very genuine and my dog liked her.

Our "furbaby" received such great care! The paperwork they send you home with explaining everything is so thorough and awesome! It's hard to remember everything the vet tells you when picking up your animal so this was/is a huge help. Really glad we came here!

I was hoping to have a good experience here, not the case, my dog had a cut on her tongue from the new groomer and she lied about it, one of the vets there looked at it and seen it, I got my money back. I called and asked for Dr .Stevenson to call me back about this that was Monday to day is Friday and no call, left another message for a return call, not happy with my outcome with new groomer, who lied about hurting her.

Dr. Stevenson and everyone at the clinic are fantastic! I was looking for water treadmill therapy for my very large, aging hound who was losing his rear mobility due to back problems. It took a few sessions to see improvement and we were able to walk with him to help build strength. We continued seeing them every week for 6 months, until he passed. Those last months were quality because of Dr. Stevenson and her staff. I know he loved his visits, he was always happy to get in the car for the hour drive and was greeted with affection. I am deeply grateful. Now we’re back for post-op therapy for our lab after her knee surgery. 🐾♥️

I can't say enough great things about APCC! Their prices are way lower than one would think after an informative, caring, and extensive examination. Just like any vet they give all the various shots pets need, but what they really excel at is deducing your pets health issue and getting them back on track.

I’m a young pet parent with a 5 month old kitten. I’ve been to this clinic 3 times with my little one and I’ve always left feeling welcome, taken care of and educated on taking care of my cat. They answer all of my questions and they’re very kind people. My expenses have been affordable which is important to me as I work a servers wage and don’t have tons of extra money. We’ll definitely continue to come back here!

We have always had such a great experience. The staff are so friendly and I know I can always trust them. I am so thankful for the support I received when I had to put my dog down. My cat recently got spayed and she recovered so well. It was like it never happened when I picked her up. Our dog Finley is terrified of the vet but they are so welcoming and accepting to him. You can even bring your pet in for random visits and treats! It is expensive compared to other vets but you get the high quality care you pay for. ❤️

I cannot say enough about Sam, her grooming skills, professionalism and her love for the fur babies that she grooms. I never feel nervous leaving my pups with her as I know that they are an excellent, kind and loving hands. Lauren has also filled in when Sam is out and is equally outstanding! Highly recommend!

Love Advanced Pet Care. Their staff are all so nice and Dr. Stevenson is the best! When we were looking for answers for our Double Doodle's condition, she was so great and actually cared about our concerns and things we had read and were wondering about. She has been wonderful with all four of our dogs. We are driving an hour to have our dogs cared for now because of the great care and concern shown by Dr. Stevenson and her staff. A wonderful place.

If I have a question, I can text them and get a response in less than 5 minutes. So important to me! Plus the Staff is always upbeat and friendly. My dogs love going there. Sam grooms both my dogs impeccably. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!!!

Our trip to Advanced Pet Care was phenomenal. The building is clean, and the doctors and nurses are kind, respectful, and extremely helpful. The vet-techs helped teach us how to properly clip our cat's nails, and everyone had answers for all of our questions. Our first check up for our cat was free, but the prices for check ups are reasonable. Our cat loved the doctor and could not stop talking to her! 5 Stars! We will be going back again!
