We love this ice cream place! The orange twist is a must try...especially in a waffle cone! The employees are always friendly. I wish there was a way to speed up the drive-thru as it took 25 minutes to get through last time but that just shows how much business they get. We will be back...many times this season. 😀

Came in with my entire family and asked to use the restroom. I am very visibly 9 months pregnant and could not hold. The bathroom was visible and unoccipoed and I was told no and to drive a few blocks to the nearest gasstation (covid restrictions prevent bathroom use unless employee). My entire family and I left and won't return. In my opinion have some compassion. DEFINITELY NOT FAMILY Oriented.

First visit here and my son and I had a great experience. At first I thought the prices were a little high, then I realized a small here is like a meduim at other places. I had a pineapple malt and he had a root beer float. I order pineapple malts nearly everywhere I go and this was one of the best I ever had! I feel like most places give shake even when you order a malt. This one definitely had malt and was delicious!! Can't wait to return!

When I saw that Styrofoam was missing from my cup I assumed that it had come off before my ice cream was prepared. I was mistaken as halfway through consuming my treat I was met with some unexpected chewiness and found that my M&M snowstorm had ended up containing an additional topping. I am not sure how many tiny pieces of Styrofoam I had consumed before finding the large piece, but I assure you I will not be eating Styrofoam from this establishment again.

Love this establishments ice cream; however, service here is horrible. Their staff is so rude. They never smile, never greet you nicely, and always make you feel like a burden for ordering. When I go to 4 queens I can always count on their staff being rude. On the weekends it’s always fairly busy therefore the line is always long. That being said we got there 20 minutes before closing and went to order in the lobby, but the door was locked already. Went to the drive through and waited 15-20 minutes in the drive through line just to be turned away. If a businesses hours are till 10PM then make them till 10PM. If you want to close your lobby early make an announcement for that or at least get through the line of people that have been waiting. I get that it’s 10PM, but serve your customers.

Good treats for that sweet tooth we seem to have to satisfy from time to time. The individuals behind the counter have even made suggestions that turned out to be pretty tasty. Love coming here.

Stopped at the Cedar Falls store today (8/22/23) after an appt. for a cone. Looked over the menu and stood at the counter for over 10 minutes. There were 4-5 workers that all seemed busy. But no one acknowledged I was even there. I waited a little longer and left. I thought one of them would have at least said “ we’ll be with you as soon as we can”. Was not impressed. Not all the blame should be on the crew. Management should be doing a better job of training and then making sure things are going correctly.

We love 4 Queens ice cream! The shakes and snowstorms are the best! Take an extra dose of patience on a weekend evening. I am not the only one that loves ice cream and lines can seem long but the staff works hard and it's always worth the wait. Love to support the small local businesses.

Every time I ask for extra gummies in my ice cream they give me even less than they would if I asked for a normal serving of gummies. They even charge me for extra gummies, but when I pull off in my car I get about 5-8 gummy bears in my ice cream to enjoy. It’s like they are upset at me asking for gummies so they give me less, but charge me at the same time. I won’t be back. Cedar City doesn’t mind giving you what you ask and pay for. Great service and large portions.

Holy cow! I know Iowans love their ice cream, and this place is why. Locally owned, there was a line out the door and a huge drive-thru line in early, EARLY spring.Portions are generous and the menu is very extensive. I had a lovely turtle sundae.They could stand to have more staff working. The 4 highschool-aged kids were working quickly and efficiently, but they were overwhelmed by too many customers.OWNERS: TREAT YOUR WORKERS RIGHT IF YOU WANT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO BE HAPPY!

Very disappointed with my order here today. I ordered a pup cup and a large smore snowstorm. The pup cup was okay at least I think as my dog ate the whole thing, however my snowstorm was poorly mixed and lacked in the smore topping. On top it had a little bit of mix, however after that the entire rest of the snow storm was just vanilla soft serve. I'm not sure if I want to continue my business here or not, I'm still up in the air, as I've really enjoyed the service in the past up until today.

went through the drive through and had horrible customer service. I ordered three things one being in a small dish. When i got to the window they handed me a baby size. Did not see it as a problem and just asked if i got charged for the wrong size. they said i was charged for a baby even though i said small and the nice girl at the window offered to make a new one in the correct size. Then this other young girl came to the window and told me “ if you wanted a small you need to say that”. Appalled by the attitude, I responded saying that i in fact said a small when ordering and I apologized that it wasn’t heard correctly. She then went on to say that she was the one to take my order and i didn’t not say a small and not to do this again. I am very disappointed in this service as I usually have a very pleasant experience at this location. With that said I believe some customer service training needs to be implemented to fix the awful attitude that this young lady had. This should have not been this big of a deal since it was corrected by the first girl, however this issue is with the disgusting attitude and arrogance that the second lady had. Again very disappointing.

Easily the best ice cream in the Cedar Valley. I only wish they had a better location and more space. The line is often out the door of you're on foot and out into the street if you try the drive through. But the wait is always worth it.

I ordered a turtle sundae today through the drive-thru, but didn't receive it in a travel-safe container - just the regular bowl. Not being prepared for this, my turtle sundae (which has hot fudge, caramel, and whipped cream coming off the sides) ended up all over my passenger seat. It was a sticky mess coming home, and I didn't really get to enjoy the ice cream.I generally really enjoy 4 Queens' ice cream, but this experience was not the best. Could've have been easily fixed with a container with a lid.

i always have to pay a $1 extra for any toppings i get. every time i get a banana pudding snow storm with gummy bears. every single time i get 4 gummy bears. 25¢ per gummy bear ? why .... the banana pudding is good but if i have to pay so much for an extra topping then i should have at least a gummy bear every few bites.... not four total...
