Terrible place. I ran around the corner because I saw my friend. Was then met by the undercover worker. She proceeded to tell me that if i did not buy anything I would get 2 years for trespassing! I left because I didn't want any trouble. Later I needed to buy a battery, so I waited and then went back into the store to get my battery. The cops then were called on me and I was forced to leave. This women never told me that I couldn't come back in. I was simply trying to buy something and was not causing any harm.

If there's one way to ruin the entire experience, it's by having the wanna-be cop in the self check outs. I don't steal, but her staring/glaring me down every single time makes me strongly consider starting. A multibillion corporation that has been skimming products while simultaneously increasing prices acting like IM the criminal is truly absurd. thanks for the push to be more self sustained, though. :)

Don't waste your time going to the auto care center for an oil change. They will turn you away saying they don't have enough people working, even though two technicians were standing outside sweeping.

Shelves were bare and have quite a bit lately. I can go to HyVee to find empty shelves. Fareway is the place to shop I guess.

Very rude workers. My dad did not see the checkout bar to separate his few items from the other customer’s items, and this old lady on Register 13 @ 3 PM 04/01/23, raised her voice at us. When I was going through self checkout, there was no greeting and when I told her I didn’t need the items, there was no 10-ft attitude. The only decent worker that I had experienced was this young lady in apparel. And before all of that, I gave a 5 star because that is what I give in my hometown’s Walmart. Had I known how rude these people treat their customers, I would’ve given a 1.

Nice big store, aisles are nice and wide to move around in, and can almost always find what you're looking for in here. Although, some of the stuff such as video games, they need to stock up their shelves more and not leave empty.Otherwise, it's a pretty decent place!

Carton of Kiwis were too ripe so didn't purchase. Out of GV larger size of prunes, so bought 9 ounce size. Bought less items this week. No meat except for Natural Choice turkey cold cuts. Apples too expensive so just bought two in stead of bag. Bought better eggs. Always go to checkout #4 because lady is pleasant, quick and accurate...

The scooter for people with disability's are not always charged they're left in isle and the parking lot. And you have switch them out so much that you can't get through store without them dying all the time. And no takes responsibility to plug them in so the next person can use them. People use them and have no respect or take into consideration the the next person might need to use them . Plus they are always left at only one end of the store. With no way the plug them in for the next person. I have also seen the plugs have literally busted on them too its very inconsiderate to others. I'd like to see a better system that allows those who need be able to use them without them being stranded and or destroyed.

Supply chain issues are improving at this location as they now have many of the items that have been in short supply recently. Clean well stocked store. Great self checkout system. Little crowded on weekends but great during the week. Stocking situation improving all the time. Still haven't had the chips that we really like.

I was there at 7:15 am Monday, to buy a dozen assorted rolls. There was ONE box of donuts on the shelf. I assume made Friday or Saturday. I asked the lady frosting rolls if she could box me up 12 assorted of anything. She said NO. It would be awhile before she could do that. She had to finish frosting first. There was a couple of Hundred rolls frosted. But she wouldn't stop doing what she was doing.

I took my F250 in for a slow tire leak, they couldn't figure out how to balance it and then when I went to the Toyota dealership they took the tire off and the plug Walmart put in, was still leaking. So for almost 2 hours Walmart accomplished NOTHING. Their automotive center is WORTHLESS, go somewhere else!

This Walmart is run poorly and the online grocery team never does their job properly. Every time my family orders they always so something isn't there and we go in afterwards and it is there. I've done online grocery so I know that sometimes its because something is stocked later but that usually isn't the case here. There is pallets all over the floor, empty ones shall I add and from working at a Walmart previously, I know this isn't ok. The Coaches are verbally rude to customers from the times I've witnessed and the customer hasn't done anything to warrant being verbally abused. The associates are always in an awful mood because of how they are treated.

As always, plenty of parking. Staff helped me find what I was looking for so was able to get in and out fairly quickly. Self check out lines were incredibly long - need more registers in that area. Store was clean. But rather cluttered.

I just wish that they would keep Amp energy drink the green can in stock. I might get lucky and find a couple cans once a month. Checking out was very easy always friendly and helpful.

I tried calling to see if there was an item available at this store. After waiting for someone to pick up and no one answering, I tried two other departments and had the same exact results. Ridiculous in my opinion.

Selection and variety of products is great as usual, as well as the prices. Staff could def use some improvement but that’s most Wally Worlds these days anyway so it is what it is.

No motorized cart available. Was told that they only have 6 in the whole store. However, I only saw 2 in operation. I am disabled and cannot physically handle walking that much. Not to mention that several employees were very rude when we questioned them about the carts. And also when one employee would not give me time to move out of his way. He almost knocked me down. And my grown daughter said something to him about. He stated they he had enough room to get around. She told him that I was disabled and that he had in his rush almost caused me to fall. At which point he became belligerent. My 6 yr old grandson even tried to tell him to be careful. So, my daughter & I simply left the aisle.

Most Walmarts Im uncomfortably reluctant to venture into, but at this particular one, ill not return. I did return for a second trip, but things was progressively worse & another chance is not foreseeable. Most uncomfortable was the employee in electronics. First time i went, i assumed it was my miscommunication that led to his overwhelming rudeness & straight out ignorance of the products he continued to push at me, but he was worse upon this trip. Rude & demeaning in both comments & attitude, ill never return again. Perhaps he needs retaining in customer service. Whatever the case not only am i not returning to this store, i may not go into any Walmart again

This store is dinghy and small. The floors apparently aren't cleaned regularly and I purchased some grapes that when I took them home to eat some found that they were moldy. They do not have a big selection on fresh fruits and veggies. Kinda disappointed all around.

I have to say the people that work here are amazing. So nice in the face of all of this, and this store is clean , the various departments : fresh food, meat, clothes etc are all very clean and neat, and the people putting stuff on the shelves are so friendly. The management and supervisors, though, are kind of rude and entitled. And that's just when I interact with them or watch them with the workers.. makes me wonder. That yellow vest is not really invitation to be insuferable , I would think.

My last visit to Walmart was not unpleasant. However there were a few issues the cashier was fine oh, she was pleasant she smiled asked if I found everything I needed bag my my groceries nicely with clothes in one bag and bottles of liquid in the in another, so I was pleased with her. My main observation was with the staff on the floor everyone was stocking shelves only in the grocery department when I asked where something was was I led to the area and shown where was the other places I was and couldn't find what I was looking for a couple of the clerk's seemed like I was interrupting them and their work because they were stocking the shelves. This was my main concern. Also I missed having a greeter at the front door.

Unfortunately...others have complained over time, and it’s visible no one with Walmart listens. Inventory with the Carroll store is terrible! Morning, day, night it doesn’t matter time of day...always empty shelves, can’t always get what you need, very hard to find an associate to help you, many many times with 1 particular product IF I can find what I need it’s all the way on the top shelf!! Course, no one around to help...the usual. I have to find my own way to get it down, if I can get it down. Wish Walmart cared more about customer experiences compared to making that $$$. Sad*****Here it is a year later, still no changes, and actually things have gotten worse! Feels uncomfortable shopping here, not very welcoming, inventory still an issue throughout store, find things that people just shoved onto shelves, etc. I have been frequenting other stores in the surrounding area that are much more comfortable to shop at! Clean, organized, pleasant workers, and much better inventory to shop with. Too bad Walmart isn’t more concerned with one of their stores to want to fix the issues. Complain to the manager of the store? Poor answer for this store in Carroll, IA.

We're not real picky about Walmarts. They're Walmarts after all, expect what you will. But if you don't live there, or need to stop, skip it. Small, low stock, out dated vibe. Very rude energy, from staff and other customers.

It is the Christmas shopping season so this makes a difference. Typically this store is a kept in order much better. What a disaster tonight! I blame the customers for this as there is no way employees can keep up. Have a little respect.The man working in the candy aisle was very helpful and polite.Thank you, sir.Not enough employees clearly. Twice now I couldn't find anyone to unlock the dressing rooms for me (that area was a disaster), and the checkouts clearly needed more help. Take out the registers if they aren't being used!

Walmart the retail Giant this is an above-average Walmart store it's very clean it's well-stocked the people are friendly the staff is helpful they pretty much have everything under the sun it's kind of like ordering from Amazon only you don't have to wait 48 hours to receive your stuff some of the quality is a little low but you already know that it's a good place to stop killing our and use the bathroom
