Went to Walgreens Carroll Iowa outlet on 9th March 2024 at around 5 pm to print passport photos that was previously photographed at Walgreens itself . The saleswoman ( heavy set ,with the silver stud on her lips) claimed no photos can be printed there unless photographed there and then , I informed her that the photo I had with me was taken by Walgreens a month ago . She stated it was not possible for her to print out a photo previously taken , when I told her that's strange as all she had to do was connect my phone to her system download and print which is a normal practice,she rudely retorted' I KNOW HOW TO RUN MY KIOSK YOU NEED NOT TELL ME". So I had to leave . So according to her no photos can be printed out in Walgreens Carroll Iowa unless photographed there n then. Which is absurd so no one can bring family photos on a USB for printing . Strange and sad as other outlets are capable of doing so . Later went back with my husband ,this time i saw her talking to another Walgreens staff who by now must have told her that it was possible to get printouts of photos from a USB or phone. She very rudely told us which computer to hook on to and there after she found faults on the photo that i had to print ,since i had the photo previously printed at walgreens i knew how to navigate and got my final printout ....what a terrible experience considering we were the only ones in the entire store . BTW star rating is definitely a minus .

If I could less than one star I would. I asked when you received the order and I was told 12:12. Then the main pharmacist told me 11:52. Do not lie to customers. Higher more people or better people. I advise anyone in Carroll to not to go to Walgreens. Horrible service and they lie.

The new pharmacist by the name of Alyson, is as RUDE as rude can get. I went to pick a prescription up, and she didn’t use any of the computers at the desk to put in my info. She used the drive through computer and was yelling at me to verify my address, gave her my address, and she turns to look at me with her eyebrows raised, so I repeated myself, and she stands there with her eyebrows raised still, then starts bobbing her head back and forth disrespectfully saying “YOUR PHONE NUMBER?!?” Maybe if you weren’t on the drive through computer, I could hear you, but you weren’t. Not how you should speak to a customer regardless. Sassy and moody. Not meant to be a pharmacist.

In my area this is the only Walgreens which is great for the small towns in our area. You get big city service in a small town. Totally awesome.

Worst pharmacy in town, if I could give a negative review I would. We used Walgreen's because of their drive up option. And every time have been told to come back in 45 min to an hour. Half of the time the staff would see us sitting there waiting to be acknowledged. They would ignore us and continue talking. Two separate times we were sent home with antibotics that hadn't had the di water added and mixed. Its a good thing we live in town. And that was after we were told we had to wait for 45 minutes to get it. We decided to take our business else where. Our son needed his medication filled monthly and this became too much of a hassle. On top of it when we got secondary insurance, we were told repeatedly that they could not bill to both insurances. We switched Pharmacy's and now go to the Apothecary. It's a night a day difference. They fill it right away, and have a positive attitude. Amazingly enough they had no qualms about billing to both insurances. And we were acknowledged the moment we walked in. I've need to fill prescriptions at the Omaha Walgreen's and they were not at all like the employees at the Carroll Pharmacy. I believe it is just poor staffing at the Carroll Walgreens. They really should think about how they would want their loved ones or themselves to be treated when they aren't feeling well.

Just in Walgreens in Carroll, Iowa. Wow....asked Keri for the coupons. Her reply....we aren't allowed to keep those for the customers. Really? Every. OTHER. BUSINESS. DOES.So I won't be back! Learn some customer service!!

Horrible. Cada que voy a esta tienda me persiguen los trabajadores como si me fuera a robar algo. La última ves que fui uno de ellos me pregunto necesitas ayuda?(señora chaparrito y lentes) Y yo dije no gracias. Y no se quito de mi lado. Se arrimo otra señora(señora grandota gorda y de lentes) y dice . Todo bien? Y yo.. si gracias.. y yo mirando las medicinas para el resfrio porque no tenia idea cual comprar.. y me tarde como dos o tres minutos más y no se iban de mi lado... y luego me dice la señora .. si no va a comprar nada puede irse!!!!! . Deje las cosas que traía y me fui. No vuelvo .. horrible servicio y además de carisimo..
