The better they try to make it the worse it becomes. Half the time they don't have basic items. One day they will have one brand of a item and next they completely remove the brand. Tired of wasting time going there and having to go to another store to get half the products I need!

Rude employees and the prices are outrageous. We lived in Hawaii for 6 and a half years, when we came back we noticed the prices were almost the same as Hawaii.

Pricey, but great selection of good products. Sale items often not on sale for the entire week but daily and weekend specials are well worth the trip. Out of some of the items that we were shopping for.

This HyVee was in Iowa some of the employees didn't know where things were I ended up searching but as far as the store that was very nice store and I wish we had one of these where I live in Webb City Missouri that would give Walmart a run for their money!!!

They were right there to help me check out of do it yourself. I've done it B4 at other places, but there all different. She was very friendly and always telling me it was alright, not a problem. I love that in a cashier! Friendly and always tell me it ok, we'll get it!! To many of kids cashiering. Need to at least say hi and engaged in your customers. Even when they make u angry, let it go. Try n keep up the friendliness

We called after having gotten home and realized that some of the meat we bought was not so fresh, they offered to deliver new meat to us with no cost even though we live 30 miles away. They delivered within 2 hours. Amazing customer service! Will be giving ALL my grocery business to them now.

I'm 28 and my friend is 29 and the reused to sell me beer because my friend who is older then me drove but didn't have his wallet, we have been coming for years and never both had to have out id's only the one buying.... hell hyvee has called us when whe have forgot a phone or wallet... I get the reason partly but were both almost 30 not teenages....

The gentleman pictured was no help, if I heard the other employee correctly he was supposed to be helping with self check out or normal check out but instead he was on his phone or chatting with other workers. He did not have a name tag on and didn’t acknowledge me at anytime. At one point I did need help, but I didn’t receive any. I am not impressed with this Hy-Vee, isn’t it supposed to be a helpful smile in every aisle? I rarely get help or smiles at this location. But I will say, they don’t force self checkout on everyone and that’s really nice, which is why I gave it three stars.

I love Hyvee and it’s very convenient , most the people that work there is awesome. Very busy during most days, I do miss them being open 24 so I could avoid so many people with my high anxiety. The manager Kevin us a good guy.

Very friendly workers the older gentleman that works in wine and spirits is amazing he's beyond friendly. I have only had one bad experience here where a cashier was very rude and rolled her eyes at me which I called and made a complaint after I cal.ed down from wanting to reach across the register to punch her in the face for the rude comments and eye rolling I had 2 six packs bottles in my cart I placed one on the conveyer and politely told her ma'am I have a second one in the cart and she got rude and says yea sure you do got huffy and rolled her eyes yes it set me off I was very angry that an employee would act that way toward a customer when I was not bei g rude by any means other than that time I've always had a great experience shopping here

This store is slow! Slower than slow they move like frozen honey coming out of a jar in a freaking blizzard! The cashiers are slow, the baggers are slow, the stockers are slow. On top of that I try to do self check out and it alerts to something I wait around for five minutes looking for help. I’m ignored while the talk to there coworkers and friends. I just walked out and left all my stuff there.

Great selection in all departments...Even had the Redbreast Irish Whiskey i wanted...In store made brats are excellent and nice fresh produce...Good choice for food and bev shopping...And the cafe in the vegetable section serves a very good breakfast...

Good stock of inventory. Being from our of state it was confusing that some items we thought should be grouped together, like individual servings of milk or OJ we're not with the larger packages. We never did find them. Employees seemed to veer away as we neared to ask for assistance.The chicken we bought from the deli was ok.

The restaurant food inside Hy-Vee is way better than I thought it would be, especially the specialty hamburgers.

Overall, the store itself and employees are great. The selection is where I give it 3 stars. It seems like every time I go there, especially when there are sales, they don't have anything in stock. I usually have to deal with the hassle of rain check and oftentimes this is enough added stress that I just skip it and forget it, go to Walmart or somewhere else.

Hyvee is a great grocery store. They have the best selection of products you could ever want. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star, because their prices are generally higher than other area grocery stores.

Friendly service. If you can't find it they'll find it or order it for you. I love the fuel shaver deals.Good selection at the wine and spirits. I can usually find what I'm craving from wine to whiskey.Could use a larger health food area.
