We just moved to Carroll over Labor Day weekend. We ran into Fareway to grab a few items not knowing the store was about to close. The meat counter had been pulled and we decided to just go to a different store to pick up what we needed. As we were walking out, Bryan the manager asked if we needed anything. I advised we needed steak but didn’t want to bother them while they were cleaning. He walked me back to the counter and helped us get exactly what we needed. It felt great to be treated like we were in our own town and it meant the world to us. We even left with a baby gift for our expected grandchild. I cannot say enough good things about Bryan and all the staff that took care of us. Definitely will be loyal customers!

Very friendly guys in the meat department. Anyone else tried their chicken roast they make? It sounded really good. They even had a recipe they were passing out on a way to make it. Very clean & organized store. Nice produce, too. Beautiful mums for sale at entrance to store.

Not a bad store, their selection is a little lacking though. However they do have a lot of organic produce. They take electric pay like Apple pay and that’s nice.

Very clean and well stocked easy to find all items fruit veggy choices were very good and. Fresh ,meat department staff and choices were great, frozen section was very good even as hot as it is and the store was very cool and comfortable to shop in.

I was upset with my trip there I had a stroke in March. I am unable to walk any distance. An employee wouldn't let my granddaughter bring a scooter out to my car so I could shop for my own groceries. I ended up just wheeling myself around your store in my wheelchair thank you. Next time I won't bother shopping at your store in Carroll too bad I couldn't rate you 0. Today wasn't the first time we had an issue using a scooter at your store

There was a young man named Ethan who was very disrespectful to me because of my wig. My wig fell of and he was using foul expressions like “Ok Boomer” When my wig fell off he called me old caillou too which really hurt my feelings and just ruined my overall experience there.

They changed all the isles around and a lot of the customers R upset over this. Not only that but they placed things together that I don't think should even b together. Now instead of just going to what you want you have to walk up and down every isle to find what you want. I guess what it boils down to is that no one likes change and we will all get use to it.

We purchased to cases of Busch lite beer and 4 packages of Tiefenthaler brats because a sign above the meat counter and were charged full price for all..the sign stated brats a dollar off per package up to six and the beer 9.99 for a 24 pack.if you spent five dollars on meat..did not notice till we were home and feel like we really got took..sorry have shopped there for years and we are not happy campers..
