STORE LITERALLY SAYS OPEN ONLINE THEN GET TO THE STORE AND ITS COMPLETELY EMPTY IT WOULD MAKE MORE SINCE IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH EMPLOYEES TO COVER THE STORE TO PUT A SIGN UP ON THE REASON WHY THE STORE IS CLOSED ITS NOT A HOLIDAY TODAY ..... AND THERE DEFINITELY WAS ALOT OF PEOPLE SHOWING UP AT THE DOOR.....

I was followed around the store immediately as I entered. The cashier was racial profiling me. She did it twice . The store looks a mess. It's so nasty, nothing is organized. She had such a bad attitude. I'm never going in that raggedy store again. It needs to shut down. Especially with me being treated poorly instead of equal.

Store is cleaned and well stocked. Easy to run in and grab a quick gallon of milk or other staples. Customer service is usually good and helpful if you have questions. Seasonal items are out and have a nice selection. Sometimes a line at the register but lately they've been better at having more than one open so its much quicker to get in and out. Very good variety so as to have pretty much anything you would need

This store seems like everything is in disarray. Usually has items scattered throughout the store. Checking out usually takes longer than what you spent shopping. No one answers the phone, website can't be trusted for hours of operation. Staff is friendly and probably does the best they can given the situation.

Racist store. Was immediately harassed when I entered the store. Cashier has a bad attitude as well. Not to include the fact the store is dirty and under stocked. I recommend new management and employee’s. I not be coming back to this location.

The Carroll store is a mess! When Dollar General was reorganized several years ago, it was actually an enjoyable shopping experience. In the last couple of years, this store has turned into a junky, cluttered dump. I would rather spend a little more money at Walgreens for the same items than shop at the Carroll Dollar General.

Carroll store must be loosing lots of business since they accept cash only! The store had lots of empty shelves! The cashier was friendly. I hope they get the computer system fixed soon!

One of the cleanest and most organized dollar generals I have been in. Was easy to maneuver my cart around the store very easily!
