I go to Ace Hardware when I do a painting project in my house. Just finished up using Clark+Kensington Satin paint for my basement remodel. It has low odor and looks great on my walls. The coverage is great. The color selection is large and is mixed precisely.

Went into Ace Hardware today, just love the store but the cashier was questionable. Didn’t greet us didn’t say thank you or intereact with us at all. Shelley should not be a cashier. She doesn’t have the personality for it. Won’t be returning. I will go to Jefferson Ace Hardware, where they are always friendly

Do not buy into their coupon schemes. Also not a store where the customer is valued or at least the manager is not willing to make an effort to meet a customer half way.

The staff are always friendly, and knowledgeable. I'm always asked if I need help finding something when I walk in the door.I have only had one minor problem with them cutting some glass I needed. I gave them the measurements and they cut it a quarter inch less than I needed it. I didn't return to have them correct the mistake because after double checking the measurements at home I noticed even if they cut it to my dimensions it would have been wrong.Overall very impressed with their store.
