Always has what we are looking for! Plus, and I’m honestly nervous about sharing this secret, but their flowers/plants have been the healthiest I’ve found in a 20 mile radius. They’ve outlasted some of my higher dollar big box plants!The customer service of a local hardware store is unmatched. You just don’t find helpful service elsewhere like you do at True Value!

Great mom and pop hardware store. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Very competitive prices that are often lower than the big box store. If what you need isn't on the shelf, they will order it for you with no fuss. I have gone in for some pretty unique items and the crew here never fails to help me solve my problem.

Super helpful every single time I’ve ever been there. They always have what I need, and there have been a couple of times I went in with an odd request. They always stop what they’re doing, and go back with me to figure out what they have there to get me going and back on my way. I love this store. It feels great knowing you are spending your money in the small community you live in.

Chris and his employees are a great bunch. They have gone out of their way to help. Once, I arrived just after closing and Chris opened the door so I could purchase a repair part. They have always been available if I had trouble locating items and have special ordered stuff when his store did not carry a particular item.

It's small but mighty. They have the hardware you're looking for and need as well as a selection of other products too. And the staff is very helpful and friendly. You can rent some things here too, like rug cleaners. They also have a full paint section and can make any color you need.
