I would leave a zero star review if I could. I understand that it is hard to keep up maintenance on commercially used items such as laundromat facilities, however this place is owned by a management company Triple M and if they manage their clients like they do their own property I would not use them. I have had laundry ruined and money taken by machines that don't work, their bathroom is a cesspool, always. Unfortunately I have had no other option for the last month or so but to use this facility which is what I think allows them to neglect this place, they know there are no other options in town.They have never responded to a phone call, a message or a review except to tell me they were open. I may have left a decent review but they obviously don't care either way.EDIT:I did get contact and they offered reparations. I thank them for the acknowledgment and hopefully machines and cleanliness will improve for others use.

Unfortunately this is the only convenient place to wash when ones washer is broken at home. It is a typical small town wash house, dirty and unattended with filthy washers. Twice my clothes have come back ruined from bleach stains and the big washers are thick with pet hair. (I have only been here twice so batting average is not good.)It is pretty obvious that the management company cares not to manage.

It's quiet, well lit, but dirty. I swept while there because there were visible dust bunnies that couldn't have been from one day. The fruit snacks used to pacify a child were expired by almost a year. All the machines I used worked well and the change machine worked as well.

Bought the only good thing I can say is that it head washers and dryers. The floors and bathrooms were filthy, the television didn't work -(the controls) and there was a washer that too party of my money then quit taking any.. the drive head some massive potholes. ' sigh' I hate giving reviews like this.

It looks like they have finally fixed some of the broken machines which is nice but please leave hand soap in the bathroom so we can wash our hands.
