The staff was kind and listened to my request, to contact my vet in Texas so I can pick up a refill with the Camanche Vet. The Technician asked if he could return my call after speaking to the Doctor and calling the Vet in Texas. Within 15 minutes I had a return call and meds waiting for me to pick up.Citra says, “Thank you”Thank you Camanche Vet Clinic for your amazing customer service.

Had to take my cat in for a visit cause he wasn't doing so good. They found the culprit & long story short, he had to be euthanized. Very caring Dr & staff. Was very pleased with how everything was. I take all my fur babies here. Best place around in my eyes.

Two weeks ago I called Camanche Vet to see if they could squeeze in one of my pets that needed medical attention, they were able to get us in for a drop off appointment the very next day. Before that instance, I had not been a regular client of Camanche Veterinary Clinic. Due to a series of unfortunate events, I have been in their office at least 5 times in these last two weeks as my other two pets also ended up needing medical attention. The veterinary care and professionalism, as well as the kindness and compassion of every staff member there has exceeded my expectations and I feel they went above and beyond for each of my pets, especially my furbaby that had needed care on the more critical side. They will now be my regular vet, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a veterinarian.

The staff there is very caring! Our Marmaduke was diagnosed with liver cancer by an ultrasound done by them. They were sure to explain everything to us Extended ways to keep him comfortable and suggested that we could reach out to them any time with questions or concerns about our boy. We are very pleased with our care there.

Cannot praise this place enough! My boyfriend and I moved nearby from out of state last spring and we started seeing a stray kitty wandering around near our apartment. She ended up comfortable enough to approach us and let us feed her, but not quite comfortable enough yo get her inside so we could give her a home. By the time we were able to get her inside with us, kitty was pregnant! She gave birth to a litter of two (sadly only one made it). We've been helping raise baby and caring for mama since.We've had some medical issues pop up as a a result of mommy having been a stray so long before she found us, and Camanche Vet Clinic has been able to squeeze them into their busy schedules to help us get them the care they've needed! Both kitties are well on their way to a clean bill of health thanks to the staff here. On top of that, the vets the techs are all really friendly. Receptionist Brooke is fabulous as well! Thank you so much for helping my buddies out Camanche.Edit to add: the Saturday staff is amazing as well! I called today with concerns about some behaviors I noticed with mama kitty after having given her and baby their prescribed dewormer. The receptionist is so sweet and friendly while the vet on staff for the day was extremely efficient in checking a fecal sample I brought in.

There again today for a check-up and routine lab work. Always very thorough.It must have been the 90's when we first came to find Camanche Vet, when they answered our call for an emergency in the middle of the night, whereas our own vet did not even return a call the next day.Staff has always been kind, caring, and thorough and this is the reason we are still with them 30 + years later.Just there today, Feb 2022 and they are still going strong.

Not exactly happy to see this review as a suggestion. Last time we went we had 2 puppies getting distemperment shots. 3 days later I had 1 puppy. I've never gotten any real answers as to what happened. The remaining puppy hasn't been right since. The injection site still hurts him a week later to the point he hasn't stopped limping if he gets up at all. It's really sad to see. I have 0 intentions of returning with an animal I care about. The flower they sent was appreciated, but the lack of information, the fact that they never hinted at the idea one of my puppies might die within 72 hrs and the fact that one of them is still physically suffering since being taken there has made it so I can not recommend camanche vet to anyone who sees their pet as a member of the family. They are more than a paycheck.

My own vet couldn't get my half dead cat in, after it was attacked by an unknown animal. I did not think he would make it. They got him in the next day, Fri, and again on Mon. They called every day to see how he was. Ended up doing an injectable antibiotic instead of oral, and that made him " turn the corner", and I then knew he would make it. They were wonderful, knowledgable ,professional and caring. Would recommend. Saw many dogs going in and out, so many people trust them with their beloved animals.

This place ripped off my sister. Her little dog was in obvious pain, crying out, but the vet told my sister the dog was in no real pain. Then the vet milked my sister for hundreds of dollars for an unnecessary series of tests. Once the results came in, they insisted on even more expensive tests when it was obvious the poor animal had suffered a stroke and was doing poorly. These people claim they care, but you couldn't convince me of that by the way they treated my sister and her poor dog.

Charged my son over $500 for a routine dental nothing extra Ambassador’s charged me a little over $100 for same exact procedure We compared bills and all services provided were the same except for the charges He took both bills to Camanche and they wouldn’t give him any explanation Needless to say never went back again!

More expensive than other veterinarians in the area but 100% worth it. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It can take some time to get an appointment but this vet will work hard to heal your injured pet
