I ordered a Birthday arrangement for my sister who lives there in Burlington, I live in California. I am happy to say that they were delivered on time and my sister was pleased with the "beautiful" gift. I ordered on their web sight and it was very easy. Vicki was wonderful to work with for my wedding flowers!! I met with her months prior to my wedding to make sure I had her booked. She checked in with me several times to see if there were any updates or changes. She asked questions to make sure she had exactly what I wanted before placing the flower order. She delivered my flowers directly to my venue and when I saw them I was in love!! She took my wildflower/rustic inspiration and brought it to life!!

I was very disappointed at the quantity of flowers in the $50 bouquet I ordered for my daughter. I chose an individually owned shop over a chain store because I support local and felt they would do a better job. I was wrong. It didn't even look like the florist arranged the flowers but just waded them together and plopped them in. I have a floral degree and worked in the industry for 6 years and know what it involves. I won't be using this shop in the future.

Love the staff and the nice variety of succulents. Found beautiful square ceramic pot, cute little tuck in figures. Only negative. Is not buying more than I have room for.

So far, I love them! I am from another state, ordering for my mom for mother's day. First, I selected the wrong date for delivery, so they reached out to double check. Then, they were great about changing the delivery date when I found out no one would be home on the original date. Great customer service!

Update to previous review.Second time I've used this company, once again, outstandingservice, product, and delivery.This time was for my mother's birthday.I live in Florida and ordered flowers for my Aunt's funeral in Burlington. I was not able to see them but they were delivered on time and everyone said they were beautiful.Thank you so much Zaisers for doing a professional job.

What a cool store with a surprising and large collection of succulents! I came in looking for annuals to pot but also left with 3 fun succulents and a beautiful new pot to plant them in! The staff was very nice and helpful. What a great find on Burlington!

I live in Alaska but wanted to get my mom & mother in law some flowers for Christmas. I ordered them online the night before I wanted them delivered. I new my mom was going to be leaving her house early that day, so I asked them to deliver the corsage as early as possible. My mom called me the next morning and was in tears over the beautiful flowers. She was so thankful and happy. She commented about how she was still in her pajamas when they came. I guess they really did get to her early! My mother in law got a bouquet and was absolutely thrilled about the beautiful arrangement, it made her cry too! I'd say my husband and I got major points this Christmas season. Thank you Zaiser's!!
