Had a good visit! Everything worked as it should- saw plenty of employees on the floor (not a fan of automated lanes cutting # of employee jobs but there seemed to be more employees on the floor so maybe a good thing?) Overall happy!

I purchase a curtain panels got to the car checking receipt rang at 14.98 price on the hook they were hanging on said 9.98. Went back in store , I showed a cs supervisor where they were,their were more there.She said they were in wrong spot. They were where all other print ones were,she said belong over here where all solid colors were.Made no sense.Said she could give me one panel for 9.98.My response was no I will return them,was not my fault your people had stocked them in wrong spot.Store is not organized at all.I also had to have them ck a price on a soccer ball which rang regular price and was on sale for 5.00. This was on 03/09/24

Took awhile to find someone to ask for help finding a product. They shut down all the registers including the self check outs which are not my favorite anyway as I was standing there with 1 item and told me I would have to go all the way to the otherside just to turn around and walk all the way back to my car. They did not have the item I wanted it was only sold online.

I love that they have contactless pay, however it is not Apple Pay but you can scan the QR code on the terminal, that will go to Walmart pay and if you already have an account it will quickly process. I have a business account and I am still waiting for the card to arrive, Walmart pay allowed me to purchase items without a card.

I bought 2 new tires from Walmart online. Pay for service to have them put on. Get to the app waited an hour just for them to tell me oh u have AWD u gotta buy all 4 tires š my 2 back tires are already new a waste of time and money because they do not return service fees

Sarah from the cell phone department was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Also impressed by Jasmine's professionalism. Great customer service. update: Sarah said I could cancel anytime; what she did not say is it would cost $350. Read the long contract and call them out on it.

I had a cake order today, when we got our cake, I was kind of disappointed that they put the message one edible paper, which they told my step mom would dissolve showing the blue frosting⦠mind I didnāt ask for the edible paper.When we went to cut the cake, the paper did not cut right AT ALL. Iāve never had a problem with a cake before but this time it was just bad. I wish it was prepared the way I ordered.

The store is your typical Walmart super center but it's not super. There were many items out of stock in the grocery section as well as household. One a few checkout lanes were open and the rest were self-check.The motorized shopping cart that I used was in poor working order and the metal basket was rusty. There was one available that was fully charged and another was parked against the wall but it wasn't plugged in. I've talked to managers about this issue but nothing changes. Next visit I will take pictures and video.

I usually go in the mornings right when the store opens just grab my things and mind my own business. There are times I ask for help and they were super nice. But today 7/27 just around 8pm. I happen to do my errands at night and ended up needing help with an item in the electronic department. No big deal Iāll just stand in line while the Team lead āBobā talks with a customer. They were laughing and Iām thinking to myself āno biggie, Iāll wait for a bit they probably know each other and theyāre catching up, I donāt mind waitingā. Suddenly they stopped talking, the customer went on about her way and I walk up. The smile he had went a full 180. Like what did I do? I donāt care that you were talking to her or flirting, thats none of my business. I know you had an obligation to help me but Iām just trying to get my errand over it. He never ended up talking to me AT ALL with the rudest face Iāve seen. They really let shift leads act like this? Young gentleman behind him ended up assisting me cause this Bob guy donāt wanna act like he works there the second I came up in line.. I donāt know if its racially motivated just because Iām asian.. I wonāt even care if you were rude if you at least just answer my question then I wouldnāt have to write this review.. but why ignore me while Iām literally in front of you after that whole situation??? Left a bad taste after that.

This place is where the most social awkward. Heal loved the earth work and shop. I only go there when I have to take something back that I ordered online if it was another place in town and delivered that wasn't as expensive as HyVee I'd go there. This place takes no pride in customer satisfaction whatsoever.

Eh, it's a walmart. Only positive in most of them ARE their employees personalities.But as with most Walmarts, Can't reach items because employees only seem to be around and available the last hour of the open hours. Lacking customer service workers as well. Poor employees seem to always be bombarded because not enough staff scheduled. Seems to be either a corporate issue as this seems to bw the same scenario at most or them I go to. I guess it could be a bit of management, but management are usually only doing as told. Most employees I do see, have always been great, friendly and/incredible.

I had a money gram sent, so I checked before driving 15 miles to pick it up. I don't understand why employees can't be a little more helpful. I understand they get busy, but it was a question that could be answered in 15 seconds! That Wally World need a customer service class for a week.

Very frustrating experience trying to order sandwich platters. I had the same experience last year when I called to order end of year platters for a school function. No one will answer the phone in the deli. I called multiple times and it rang and rang and rang. Then called customer service where no one answered. Finally when I get through to customer service they just forward you back to the deli where no one answers.......... It takes days and 30+ phone calls to place an order. Last time our food was good and well worth the price but whew it's almost not worth the hassle of trying to get someone to take your order.

Alright I am giving this place five stars because I belong to WalMart+ and I always get my orders delivered or picked up. I have never been disappointed with the pickup service and they always have a great attitude. Their substitutions make sense and you can tell that they know what they are doing. I have gotten so much value out of this subscription that I do not want to lose it.

Itās your typical Walmart. If I was making this review a year ago, it would be 1 star. I got accused of stealing when I was returning a item. Other than that the place is pretty fast and employees are respectful.
