Highly disappointed in this Walgreens. Anyone who lives around here knows that walgreens is the only 24 hour pharmacy. If you have the unpleasant experience of being Chronically ill with a Condition that causes severe pain and requires narcotic pain medication the pharmacist will more or less call you an addict because you fill your prescription at more than one pharmacy/ location. She will call it a "suggestion" to only fill your scripts in one place. We'll hat to tell you but pain doesn't pay attention to pharmacy hours. In the future, I will just wait in agony for Walmart or HyVee to open. At least they don't go back in my records 12 years to tell me I got a narcotic prescription filled in Iowa City *another ER trip. Yes mam. I really want to pay $20 for my measly 12 pills that would only cost a couple dollars at Walmart or HyVee. And please- remind me how I don't have insurance due to ridiculous paperwork issues but you'll be so kind as to "fill it and let me pay cash even though [I] don't have insurance." People like you are the ones who cause me to have flare ups due to your rudeness! Andyes, I called corporate.

This is the worst Walgreens that I have ever been to!! You can wait for over an hour every time you go because they won’t open another drive through! Cars in line all the way out into the parking lot, and when I ask them why they won’t open another lane they say because the speaker is broken! Really??? How about get it fixed with all the money you make!! This has been like this for at least a year! And they close early all the time and will tell you to come back in an hour knowing damn well they are going to be closed, so you can sit without your prescription until the next day. Corporate needs to check this disaster of a store!!

Switched to HyVee today trying to get aprescription refilled since Sunday today is Wednesday. I was told it would be tomorrow. So my Dr. Called them in to HyVee on agency. As i have to have this medication daily. IThen Walgerns calls. I can come get the script right now yet 30 minutes before it was to be tomorrow. No excuses other than I question is there a real pharmacist on duty at anytime or is it all techs? Incompetence has jo place in a Pharmacy and that describes my experience since Sunday with the staff at Walgrens Agency Street.

I am till waiting after 2 DAYS for one medication to be processed. Everytime I call them I get a new time for pick up. Utterly ridiculous. Have to go to Dr office now to get breathing treatment because for some reason the inhaler is being process. Come on Walgreens, yall can do better than this. Otherwise after all these years I'm switching.

Pharmacy will tell you they can fill a prescription then don't. Will say its being processed even though it isn't. When you call in yo ask what's going on you are told to hold on and then placed on hold then you sit forever on hold waiting for someone to answer only to tell you the same thing the computer is, yet as soon as you pull up to the window you are met with excuses and then an hour later it's filled. I have never had issues with this pharmacy until I moved to mount pleasant. Now it's issues monthly. I can't get prescriptions filled until I run out and then it takes them 3 or more days to fill it and only after you consistently bother them. My biggest concern is why these issues are not being addressed.

This pharmacy provides the poorest customer service I have ever had the unpleasant experience of having. This staff does not appear to have had any training and or life experience on manners, common human decency, on how to talk to another human being with respect and kindness. And Walgreens as your little girl told me today "WHATEVER ".

If I could leave zero stars I would. The pharmacy people are so rude and impatient with no customer service. I will NEVER return to this store for anything. I have been there 3 times now and everytime have been met with the absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Not to mention their prices are way too high. SMH. Disgusting.

On my last experience at Walgreens, I was looking for essential oils because I had bought a diffuser and I had one of the cashiers show me where they were located. She showed me a couple of different places they were kept in the store. I thought she was very nice and personable. She said the only ones that they carry right now are the Essential oil blends until they expand their stock. I didn't find what I was looking for but she really helped me with everything else I needed to find, so five stars for Walgreens. keep up the great work.

Photos developed, and Passport photos taken here also.Useful for pharmacy prescriptions, vitamins and supplements, bandaids, bandages and wound care.Good selection of beauty supplies and makeup. Lots of lotions. Hair care products and body wash/soap.Can be useful for a quick trip to avoid Walmart and not nearly as many people. Human cashiers!!

Went to this Walgreens after spending 3 hrs in The ER with my Husband for an injury to his hand. Needed to pick up prescriptions here because our usual Walgreens was closed. I asked what I thought was a Simple Question and the Gal working in The Pharmacy couldn't have been anymore Condescending and Rude with Her answer. I was shocked actually. In this time when people should try to be Kind and Patient, this one sure wasn't. I hope She doesn't talk to everyone like that.

Andrea in the pharmacy is one of the rudest customer service employees I have ever met. We were greeted with “what do you need” after over 20 minutes in line when she had been working in the back and only came out when the other employee asked her to do so(there was only one person ahead of us, and we thought the employee was alone so we were happy to wait) and there was nobody behind us. All we needed was some medicine that was only available behind their counter. We asked a question and she acted as if we had asked her to travel across the entire world just for her to get an answer, and she seemed she had 1000 other places she’d rather be. Everybody is entitled to their bad days, but when you work for a store, you HAVE to put on a better front. Hope she has better days than what she’s been having, because no employer should ever keep someone like here around for very long.

This had been my favorite pharmacy for more than 20 years. Unfortunately they have had unscheduled closures. I had to use Hy-vee pharmacy instead. If these closures continue, Walgreens will loose all of my business.

Went to Walgreens to pick up a prescription it was confirmed to be ready at 9:09 AM on Thursday April 29 get to the window as I am on my lunch break and have very limited time they tell me that the prescription is not ready and it will take another half an hour. Why was I told at 9:09 that it was ready for pick up if the incompetent stuff didn’t even get it ready and then proceeded to lie about it

The pharmacy is terrible here. Can't get my RX filled without an issue every single time and it is for ALLERGY MEDICINE! To top it off they're incredibly rude. Don't know how many times I have wasted a trip to find out my RX is out of stock...even though I received a message that it was ready for pick up.
