Mobile order, two venti drinks made right. The staff was friendly. The drive thru is by domino’s side. Inside it’s clean . Bathroom has the push button for 15 seconds of water and then you have to push again. You have cute seating if you are a couple and long table for groups. Worth the stop.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while but my visit tonight (12/30/23) was so amazing I have to leave one now! Ok so I just recently moved here to be near family. I’ve been living in a big city on the east coast for 8 years where there are five Starbucks all within a short distance from my home. I had a favorite one with awesome people that I got to know. I know it might not be a big deal to some but being able to go get coffee was a lifesaver during a hectic time in my life and I still do it now when I need some “me time”. I was worried about moving somewhere smaller without a lot of options but after the positive experiences I’ve had at this Starbucks since I’ve moved here, I realize I didn’t need to be worried at all! I was tricked, I didn’t see until later that I was. I had ordered a peppermint mocha and when I took a sip it was stronger, it was decaf, so when I went to go pour it out another cup fell. I was confused I thought it slipped from the cardboard wrap that goes around the cup, but no there was another cup hidden, to make it look like the actual coffee I had ordered. I’m highly upset with my coffee and the person who served it to me cause this never has happened before. I’ve been going to Starbucks for years and I love my coffee from them. I know who served my coffee to me, a blond. so I know it wasn’t the whole store’s fault, it’s just that one person who did it. So I’m highly upset with that employee, the lid hid the second cup, making it seem one cup

Cashier inside didn't understand. I asked to BOGO a Short (8oz+8oz) with extra whipped cream in a Venti cup. 16oz of liquid will leave room for the extra whipped cream. I basically ordered a halfas Venti for the price of a short.The non-highschool student asked, then what do I want in the other cup? 🤦🏻‍♀️ (bc she was putting one label on the Short and one on a Venti instead of putting both drinks in the Venti cup, which was the entire point of the conversation).Nice bathrooms 👍

I order on the app all the time and they almost never make my drinks incorrect.Yesterday they accidentally made my drink iced instead of hot. We went back in and let them know and they remade my coffee correctly with no issue at all. They even let me keep the incorrect iced version as well, which was so sweet and they did not need to do that.Love my baristas here a lot!

Whenever I do not order ahead and pick up, the staff is super nice and willing to give suggestions if something seems to be out. Even at 6am there is someone who is friendly and wishes you have a great day. Sometimes it throws me off guard (in a good way) when they even ask questions such as joes my day or if we have any weekend plans. Dogs love the pup cups also!

Got all the way to the store and the mobile ordering was turned off. Upon waiting in line one of the workers turned it on. Thank goodness!When I did my order I just hit re-order like normal for my drink. I asked for 5 shots of espresso and usually the color of the drink is a medium brown when I’ve ordered in the past at other locations.I have a dietary allergy to regular milk so I ordered oat milk. When I got the drinks it was made with regular milk and 1-2 shots of espresso at most.So I reluctantly walked back into the store after doing a mobile order through the drive thru. The girl that did the blond espresso today had the biggest attitude ever! It was super upsetting and honestly her behavior in the store will make me never want to come back to this location ever again.To ice the cake on the experience…. She did make 5 shots of espresso but dumped over 1/2 of it down the drain… so I was left with maybe 1-2 shots again….Glad I paid over $6 for a drink that can’t even be made correctly the 1st time much less the 2nd.

Friendly staff. Made our order in a timely fashion. Drinks were great the first day we ordered. The next day they made the coffee iced and not hot, but when I brought it to their attention they quickly apologized, told us to keep the iced coffee and made the coffee we ordered.

I was there today, both of our drinks were completely messed up! I ordered a venti coffee with 5 pumps vanilla 5 pumps caramel and heavy cream and caramel drizzle and whipped cream on top and got a black coffee with no heavy cream no whipped cream and no caramel. I also ordered a strawberry acai and got water with strawberries in it! Very disappointed and will not be returning!

Customer service is a joke, didn't have large size cup so instead of letting us get a bigger size we had to get a small. Then while we wait 15 minutes for 2 small drinks they offer the bigger size to drive thru. When I go to the counter to ask they pretty much told me to go f#@k myself. This is not how you treat customers, we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on!

This Starbucks is a well oiled machine with a personal touch.Their customer service is fantastic, the staff always greats you with a smile and an upbeat attitude. The store manager knows me by name eventhough my wife is his regular customer. Again the drivethrough service is a well oiled machine.

I've never gotten a bad coffee or food from here. When I have my dog with me, they always pass me a "pup-a-ccino" through the window for her (a cup of Whipped cream). The service is always fast and friendly.

Seriously the longest my daughter's ever had to wait for a drink. There wasn't many people in the store but it seemed like the staff took care of the drive thru about on a 5 or 6 to 1 ratio. I get it but if i'm in the store I might order more but not if I have to wait 15 minutes...try harder next time

Java chip Frappuccino was absolutely delicious! Had not been to Starbucks in a very long time. Great service. Drive thru was very fast! All around a great day for Starbucks!

As far as structure wise, the building is very cool... new and industrial. Unfortunately, there have been at least 10 times where they are out of Chai Tea. I drive one hour round trip and am very disappointed to find them out of it again. They never offer a voucher or apology. I expected more from Starbucks.

waited quite awhile for my chi tea! the greeter did not give me a receipt , talked to her co worker instead of engaging with customers, my chi tea was terrible, extremely watered down.

I love there frappuccinos and how you can pick what kind of milk you would like you can add things subtract things had different flavors. But one thing that makes me disappointed every time, is how expensive it has to be it's like it keeps going up and up in price and the cups get smaller I don't know if I'm the only one who thinks this 🤷

I love the staff at this starbucks. So nice and friendly. They make their frappes and coffees geeat! Anyways I found out I was prego and can't stand to drink coffee but I went there with someone and asked for a smoothie but the lady told me very politely they discontinued them and offered if I wanted the strawberry creme frappe so I got a small to try, not only did she do it so politely and off me something else, she also had me try it to make sure I liked it before I left the drive thru. That was such great service ! Also strawberry and creme frappe I am LOVING IT ! 😊👍
