After arriving at the store, I toured the store for ten minutes Before someone acknowledged me tat they would be with me shortly.After a twenty five minute, wait with no one else in the store, I decided it was time to just go somewhere else.After waiting another ten minutes, I decided to leave as I was leaving the person who acknowledged me was leaving the store with out A word to me that they were leaving. They looked straight at me and left.So much for my customer experience.I was going to buy a p c but apparently not today.

I went to buy a home printer today, I asked the cashier if there were any coupons I may have missed. He started to look, and another employee told him he couldn’t look coupons up for customers. It was unethical. I asked him if it was unethical to help paying customers get the best deal? He just smirked that they could get fired for it. I went and bought the same printer from Target, and the extra ink was cheaper. They lost my business forever. TERRIBLE customer service!

3.5/5. Have been here a few times now for minor items and printer ink. The service has always been really good, with helpful and knowledgeable staff. I don't know about how the pricing compares to others, but they offer a wide selection of items. One complaint is that they have been closed a couple of times now before the listed hours on their door or what Google is showing, which can be frustrating. But it is a place that I would continue to shop at.

They need to update their hours to reflect what services are actually available when. Drove 40 mins to get a poster printed because they are the closest print service only to find out they aren't printing.

Terri, sales manager, really impressed me when I called with a product question. She helped me solve a problem with a printer question that their store did not have in stock. She gave me advice on the correct printer to buy. Thank you for your helpfulness

Staff is very condescending and will give you attitude. They will also gaslight you on things.God forbid you get a temporary PC just to play The Sims 3 on. Believe it or not that doesn't require as much of a strong PC as the Sims 4 Would. I only have The Sims 3 on steam but trust me even on a cheap computer The Sims 3 will run fine. The Sims 4 will not. Modern cheap computers run better than computers built back in 2009.I know the computer I bought wouldn't be the best but I also knew it was temporary until I can get my custom build.

I was in a pickle to get a couple of word documents printed for a wedding ceremony I was officiating. The print shop I was originally having my prints made completely ghosted me! I ran to Staples where Patti was able to help me get them printed even though she was extremely busy, she was so helpful and gave superb customer service!! Patti literally saved my day and saved the day for the bride and groom!! Thanks so much, Patti! I can’t thank you enough!

This store is listed online as a drop off for UPS. I dropped off a pre-labeled package and after leaving the store an employee came out scolding me that I can't just drop off UPS packages.I took the package to a different location and was told there that I just needed to drop it off because it was pre-labeled.It's no wonder Staples doesn't have any business when their employees yell at the customers.

Service was good but didn't have a big selection for charging stations. Prices way too high. But bought one on sell and only have a two week return policy. I live 30 miles away from store and don't think this a good policy. If you have receipt for the item and is still looks brand new they should take it back. No other does this as far as I know. Cashier was rude. Theft thing went off cause she didn't scan off Theft device. Not a good visit here. Probably won't be back.

Unhelpful staff pretending they are copywrite lawyers telling me they won't print my own creations.Four employees standing around doing nothing while I wait for ten minutes only to be smugly told that my art can't be printed... because Monopoly is copywrited.Bad service, bad attitudes, and condesention await you here. Do not recommend.

Received a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite for Christmas. This product has had several problems since the day I opened it, however, I did not attempt to return it before the 14 day return cut-off, as my mother purchased it on Black Friday. The staff member who answered the phone, not only spoke so fast, using an incredibly thick urban accent, but she was also very rude, especially when I asked for her name. She claims she didn't hang up on me, yet she neglected to tell me she was placing me on hold, therefore, I hung up and called back. I asked to speak to the manager she gave me the name of during our first conversation, however, she actually patched me through to the general manager instead. I informed her of the issues I had with the young lady and the tablet. The GM, who's name is Sherry, was extremely kind and expressed sincere willingness to help. She gave me the phone number to Samsung Group Customer Service.

I have been to Staples in Burlington, Iowa twice and both times I've had a experience that was beyond dissatisfactory. The first time I went in to buy 8, 3x4 pictures on photo paper and they charged me 13 dollars which is outrageous and they didn't even give me the correct sizes. The second time I went in was to pick up a new printer my father had ordered and he called and told them I would be picking it up, however, they would not let me take it out of the store because I was not my father. I understand they have their policies, but the employees we spoke to were rude, and talked to me as though I was stupid. My father ended up cancelling the order since they would not work with us (he lives two hours away and works full time so he could not just run up and get it) and belittled both him and I in person and on the phone when he called back the second time about the situation. We had to go elsewhere to get our printer. Needless to say, Staples in Burlington will never be a place I shop at again.

They had what I needed but my friend traveled 90 miles to purchase a computer that he was told was in stock, IT WAS NOT. Store personnel had no reasonable explanation why it wasn't there. He purchased it anyway and will have to wait for UPS delivery on Tuesday.

Horrible customer service! I asked where something was and the employee told me along the wall, I asked her what wall, she huffed and puffed and said " ugh...I guess I'll have to SHOW you.". Also, it wasn't against a wall to begin with.
