Super sweet staff! I’ve been there multiple times and each time I’ve went, I think I get a better shopping experience. The staff, especially, are what made my trip worth it. They are super nice and very informative. I highly recommend this place for all of your wants and needs for your pets ❤️

Took the kid for a "spa day" and he loved his treatment even after the clippers 😂🤣 you can even see how happy he is in the pics, in the parking lot!! Thank you Rosi, you are the best!

For the past year, I have ordered for delivery the night before. I have yet to actually get my order without having to call the store. Nothing but lame excuses from management, "oops" or "we thought it was for pick up, but we see it was supposed to be delivery". Unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I love this location! In all of my experiences, I've never met anyone who works there who isn't kind, helpful, and a total pet-lover. My dogs always enjoy their trips- especially the treats that the cashiers give them at checkout! Pet Supplies Plus isn't the most affordable pet store, but it isn't the worst either and they do often have good sales, so watch their promotionals 😁

I was having trouble logging into my Pet Supplies Plus account to look for a coupon to use and one of the employees came to my aid and let me use hers... I found that very sweet and helpful!I've never had a bad experience here it's always been quite pleasant ☺️Thank you! Customer service and smiles seem to be rare any more, but Pet supplies plus is not lacking in that department 😀

Absolutely love the employees that work at our Burlington store. Grooming gets an extra high five/shout out. My little Jynxx loves going for her grooming appointments and gets so excited when we get there. Her little bottom end looks like it's about to take flight and she practically drags me to the back of the store lol.

My husband took are two dogs in to get groomed the groomer rosi did not do a good job she cut my dogs ear and the inside of his leg I don't rember the other girls name she had shorter hair she shaved my dog head to toe he wasn't matted there were also nicks over his body when I called the manger was rude and said they wouldn't refund me or cover vet bills I will never be going back and contacting corporate

I guess Pet Supplies Plus in Burlington, Iowa is just desperate for "warm bodies" as it employs what appears to be high school students with less zeal for life than zombies.This has been my experience with every cashier I have had to endure every shopping experience for the past 2 years living in Burlington.Miserable necessity.

UDPATE: This is about the website ONLYI try every couple of weeks to order something online and it always times out and never works. Can @PSP please give us a website that is working on all cylinders. It is crazy that in 2023, after a pandemic, that the website is not working better for online orders and in general.So... I moved from Des Moines to Burlington and we loved our local PSP. I will say I was a bit disappointed when I first visited because it was not the store I was used to. However, I think the improvements are well worth it and I have been impressed with how the store is progressing. As you can guess, I am giving 3 stars because while the store is improving... the customer service could benefit from some improvement. Education is very important when it comes to pet supplies, food, and products. Also, the check out process always seems to take a long time no matter what time I go in. Keep up the good work! I see the solid improvements.

We took our 14 week old puppy Luna there for her first time. They told us we had to have proof of vaccinations whichis good, we were greeted by two very friendly girls at the grooming station that went over all the paper work with us and explained what would be done. They texted us when she was done. Omg she was so cute when we got her back and smelled so clean. I highly recommend Jaylee and Kamryn we definitely will be bringing our baby back.

Went in to ask for prices for grooming (they aren’t listed or posted anywhere). Was told it was $100 for a miniature goldendoodle. They admitted this price was very high, and more than they charge for standard poodles. I pay much less currently, but do a lot of shopping here so I thought I’d check it out. Moving forward I’ll be doing my pet food, toy shopping elsewhere now that I know they’re trying to rip off goldendoodle owners.

The staff does an unacceptable job of taking care of their fish. The fish are constantly sick with ich (everytime I go in). They’ve been made aware of the problem and try to extremely downplay the situation. The do not inform customers of the sick fish verbally or by posting it.

I took my mom's dog in for her to get groomed the other day when I got home I noticed he had a cut on his ear I called the store and they denied it all. We will never be back can't trust them with animals! The place also smells and is always dirty!

Such a great place to go for grooming! Rosi is the absolute best! She knows how to take care of each dog and make them comfortable throughout the process! I would give 10 stars if I could! If you need your dog groomed, ask for Rosi! 😁

The shelves were not stocked well. The employees were not very helpful nor personable. They didn't seem to have much knowledge of anything in the store. The only one that was nice and courteous was the cashier. The store was clean.

I placed an online order in June and received an email that it was ready. Went into the store, the employee couldn’t find it and told me maybe it didn’t go through. Meanwhile my card was charged. Went in a week later and talked to a manager. She said she would get back to me. 6 months later I still haven’t heard anything after also trying to contact corporate. After this poor experience I have not gone back and use Chewy 100%
