Friendly, professional staff and clean atmosphere. I brought my adult German shepherd here. She is very anxious and had never been groomed before. They were wonderful with her and she was absolutely beautiful after her spa day. They are very helpful and courteous, sending 2 text reminders of your appointment with specific time (never a half hour time frame) beforehand. They will cancel your appointment if you are late. This is reasonable, as all of their other appointments for the day shouldn’t have to wait just because you couldn’t be on time. I highly recommend.

Very disappointed. I have been on the books for weeks and was told I could bring my pet between 8 and 830 and at 807 was canceled, they dont have time now. The lady who answered could schedule me in 2 weeks. Ummmm so what you can do that again. Seriously PISSED OFF WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

I found the groomers at Pet Bath & Beyond to be very professional, and helpful. We talked about my golden doodle, and what type of groom I would like. They gave me helpful suggestions! Well, here is an update. Christina sold the business to some very young lady, and since that time I have not been very impressed with the way he looks when I pick him up. He has had long uneven hairs on his face, especially around and in his mouth, the razor cuts on his back is very uneven. So it’s time for a change.Took My boy Simon here for the first time today. They did an Awesome job. He looks so good. This will be my regular groomer from now on!!

Recently I brought my 100+ lb labradoodle here and I thought overall, they did a good job for a very reasonable price. Staff seemed competent and professional. I thought they cleaned their ears as apart of the full groom but they did miss doing hers.

We took my two sisters dogs to this establishment. They were very wonderful and kind, courteous, and professional. They listen to our concerns about skin tags and did a very, very good job and an outstanding job grooming these dogs. I highly recommend pet Bath & Beyond two other customers.

They do a great job with my Spaniel. They do have a long wait time to get in. I find it best to call 3 weeks from when I want it done. They are great about moving up the appointment if there's a cancellation.

I got my five month old male shitzu mix groomed here 2/2/16. The women were very nice and I loved how cute my puppy looked. She trimmed his nails, washed him and gave him a hair cut. I am so glad I found this place, since I am not familiar with the area. I would go here again if my husband and I stay in the area longer.
