I love Lowes. This place is exactly what you’d expect a Lowes to be. Tons of stuff, very clean, and very friendly and helpful staff. Prices are very very good as usual, but even better when I visited around Labor Day.I like their pickup option being located in the foyer too. Very convenient, I just wish this shop was a little closer to my home!

Unable to reach manager after five attempts. Purchased non drying electric dryer just over a month ago. Still working on resolution. Never been so dissatisfied with customer service. True rating -3 stars.

Went and rented a insulation blower and picked up 360 bags of insulation ,no more than got started and was having problems with the machine shutting down all the time called and was told to contact the number on the side of the machine,went through hours of tests with them all throughout the day only to find out the machine relay was defective ,took it back to Menard only to be charged 300 bucks for the rental and still have to go rent another machine to do what should of been only a 1 day rental. Spoke with the manager and would not listen at all to the problems

This store is always filthy, understaffed, aisles congested with fright, and poorly managed. I worked here briefly after transferring from a very nice, clean and well run Lowe’s in Springfield, IL. It turned out to be a terrible place to work, especially compared to the 2 Lowe’s I had worked for previously! Management does not act like they know what they are doing! Needless to say, I cannot stand by this store! I know Lowe’s as a corporation has been going downhill for awhile, but it is shocking how poorly run this particular store is! I will not shop at Burlington Lowe’s knowing how it run from behind the scenes....

Sales associate sold me a 30 inch door. It's marked as a 30 inch door. It rang up as a 30 inch door. After driving home an hour away find out it's a 32 inch door. I regret not going to Menards.

I will never come back! I went in for 8 sheets of 1/2" OSB. They had 3 on bottom shelf. I needed the fork lift to bring down next bundle from above. It took store employees 30 minutes to find anyone employed that could run a fork lift. This store is very understaffed and apparently do not train enough employees to operate fork lifts.

The one thing I love about Lowe's is that it is not often difficult to find help unless you're in the back end of the store amongst the appliances area. More attention and staff in this area and perhaps dedicated team members in specific departments within the store would be beneficial. Overall, the store is very clean and the staff is helpful.

Where do I start,had to walk around the store for 18 min to find some one to help me ,when I did she was very Rude,I tried to explain the situation to a mgr up front who was having a BS session with two other employees not a one of them cared about my problem , they were so rude that in fact one of the older gentlemen stuck his tongue out at me. When I mentioned I was going to Menards, how childish. I'm so glad I went to Menards best move I ever made, Lowe's is nothing but a big big joke. Terrible service. Terrible prices. Rude employees

I wanted to share to hopefully help homeowners who are looking to purchase item for home projects.Go to Menards. This is the worst Lowes I've ever been in and I'm embarrassed to have them in our town. I've tried for years to give them the benefit of the doubt, but their customer service, in every department, is the worst I think I've ever encountered. Save yourself the headache and go to Menards.

I would recommend going anywhere else. On 03/17 we purchased a washer and dryer set that was supposed to be delivered on 03/19 through a warehouse out of Cedar Rapids. Got a call on 03/18 saying they “lost” our order? So they refunded us and placed a new order. Expected delivery was still 03/19. On 03/19 we called around 2pm to ensure delivery was still happening only to be told the order was never “routed” and the guy told us that basically meant our order never made it on the truck??? So he said he could schedule the delivery for 03/20. On 03/20, we called around 4pm only to be told our delivery was scheduled for 03/21. This has been the worst experience with appliance deliveries I’ve ever encountered and would never even think about going through Lowe’s again.

The Burlington Lowe’s is the best. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been extremely nice and knowledgeable. Especially Deanne in plumbing—if it weren’t for her we would still be working on our bathroom. She’s been a life saver. Chauncy at the register was also very helpful.

This store sucks! Bought a dishwasher on sale charged us more than sale price to begin with. Took us two weeks to get someone to install it only to find out door was damaged. Horrible people to deal with. They wanted us to buy a new one and then they would give us our money back for the damaged one! What? They are poor in customer service and they lie about everything!We have made contact with store personnel, however, I will consider changing my review when new dishwasher and installation prove to be rectified.Next step is zone manager or refunding my card. They just don't get it, now want to put off till beginning of 2023

In my recent purchase of a major appliance, I was pleasantly surprised multiple times at this store. I dealt with many different members of the store staff- each one very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were good, but ultimately I decided to make my purchase at this store because I was treated so well.

What I love about Lowes is you get what you pick out. No being surprised by paying at one counter, just to find yourself standing in a lumber yard full of leftover garbage not suitable for even bon fires. Staff are friendly and if one person can't answer your question they will find somebody who can.

Bought a refrigerator. First people who tried to deliver it didn't want to do their job, 3 days later & losing over 200 bucks of food in my cooler, the second guys that brought it back were great, but the light in the fridge wouldn't work. Contacted Lowes for a service person to come out. Got people in the Caribbean. Hired someone to fix it myself. The refrigerator is awesome now. A Hisense. If I ever have to buy a major appliance from them again, I will pick it up myself. They had me pull the molding off my back porch door. For everything I lost, they didn't even offer a discount or a gift card. Wasn't happy about this whole experience. Should have ordered one from Home Depot.

Terrible experience today while trying to make a major purchase of over $9000. It took us over 3 hours getting a constant run around, being told someone was coming to help us and each time no one ever showed. The only saving grace was a very helpful man named Robert who we found in the pro desk area. He went above and beyond to help us. We would never shop at this location again. It was obvious that the employees there didn’t care about their follow through, with the exception of Robert.

Would not recommend Lowes for anything now. Had Lowes card from items returned when I was working on new house. Because I moved from Illinois to Iowa I forfeit my money because it is tied to your driver's license and you have to turn in your old license to get new. What a joke. No stars here!!!

Lowes never answer phone. I got a washer whoorpool there and I believe the men who delivered it hooked up wrong. I have it set for cold wash but feel hot coming out of it. Also I never received an owners manual. I'd give them 0 stars if I could very disappointed in this store and hour waiting to talk to someone is ridiculous. I'll never buy anything at this store again especially appliance's.

Bought a washer and dryer from store, had some damage to the dryer called burlington Lowes and they gave number of a repair man whom would fix he ended up damaging the washer buy putting huge dents in it, why he would move it is beyond me it was the dryer to be fixed, so called the place back they sent him back to asse the situation and he instantly had an attitude what now Lowes

I brought some plans delivery for this location, and you can see inside from the side door,2 many people are working behind the receiving door, took them almost 45 minutes to open the door on me, by Lewis policy they can't refuse plant delivery any days, anyway they didn't open the door and I called the costumer service, receiving office put me on hold for another 30 mins, when they open the door, I was told they don't take weekend delivery and come back on monday, I said it's plant by policy you can't refuse it, he said ok ok back in 2 door 3, so lazy, I can't belive how this ppl working, I swear I woukd fire everyone a** and get a new team.

Drove 25 miles to talk to a Lowes flooring expert. A very nice young lady went to get him a she came back with an answer to one of my questions. She said he was handing out popcorn so he couldn't come back to help.I'm sure there were other workers capable of handing out popcorn while he took time to help me, but maybe Lowes management considers handing out popcorn more important than selling flooring.

I bought 3 doors and a gallon of waterproof membrane. My delivery was rescheduled 3 times and when they finally brought my doors they were missing one and the other two were damaged. They never delivered the waterproof sealant so I had to go to the store 40 minutes away anyway to pick it up and they had to reorder my 3rd door that has yet to be delivered now almost a month since ordering. I specifically ordered doors that were in stock so I wouldn't have to wait on shipping. The manager is nice and very apologetic but when I went in to pick up my sealant I encountered another customer who was there to get a refund that she had been working on for over a year. It just seems as if this Lowes is poorly ran and over worked for the staff that they have. Someone from corporate needs to step in because I personally will never shop here again. I was offered a 10% discount to keep the damaged doors and a refund of the delivery fee but that is the least they could have done considering I paid for two days work for a contractor to be here when the doors didn't get delivered as scheduled. All in all I am out hundreds and Lowes just acted as if it was to be expected...Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the quality of products and customer service from this location and I hope others can avoid my mistake of expecting a business like this to deliver as advertised.Update 7/6/21I still have yet to receive my 3rd door. No communication from the store manager Richard and no refund as promised. At this point I am at a complete loss for what to do and how to get my money back. Their system shows the products I ordered as delivered but that isn't true and I am being told there is nothing I can do without RICHARD
