A friend had bought me clothes for my birthday. She also gave me the Kohls cash. They were the wrong size, when I brought them back and pick different items the return clerk took my Kohls cash and tore it up saying because I returned items I didn't get the cash. I spent more on my items and had to pay the difference because I was counting the Kohls cash. She said it was policy and there wasn't a Kohls cash event going on at the time. Needless to say I felt robbed.

If you're tryna find some lit styles roll up in Kohls. They got what you need, they got what you want, and they know how to get it to you. The customer service here is kinda like when you go to buy a car. They flock to you like flies on hot dung, and then they come back when you don't want them to. But nevertheless the people here jeep it real. The construction going on on the main road doesn't even phase these people. Stop on in and enjoy some nice Kohls displays while tryna look fresh!

I love Kohl's in West Burlington, IA. We are very limited with clothing stores in our town. I'd rather shop locally and in-store rather than online not knowing if quality is good or items are accurate in sizes. Plus, I can look at more than what I originally planned on shopping for. However, if I do buy online, I can ship to store and not pay shipping fees. We can't go wrong with Kohl's sales and service!!

Was told I couldn't get my 10.00 off on my purchase of almost 200.00 cause I bought Carter clothes, only 4 items were Carters 150.00 roughly was another brand doesn't make sense my sister got it and another lady in different line. I won't shop Burlington Ia store again very disappointed I spent alot of money there and this is how I'm treated. Snotty also and kept my hangers I wantedThere just lucky I wanted the clothes for my grandson. I also wanted to pay some on my credit card and she made a comment the manager that is about me wanting to do that so I'll pay bill when comes in mail. I didn't give a 1 star cause I do like the clothes so gave a 2 star

I know things have gotten more expensive but $52 dollars for a 12 month size Nike sweat pants and sweat shirt outfit is absolutely ridiculous. I got the same exact outfit at Marshall's for $20. Everything I looked at was 3 times the price of what it was worth. Kohl's used to be very affordable.

I will not order online again. Called the store because my purchase was credited back to my credit card. I was told by customer service the item was out of stock and could not be shipped, after waiting over a week. Now 3 days later, the charge for the gift had once again appeared on my credit card. I bought something else already, so now I do not need this item and will have to return it. This goes to show, customer service at the store do not know store policies or procedures. In store, hard to find an employee for help.

I think the selection of items at this Kohls here in Burlington is a lil small compared to most other ones, but there customer service is phenomenal. They are courteous, prompt, and live by the old code that the customer is always right.

Was with the wife & kids to make a return for purchases we made online. I've always liked Kohl's, and this store was no different. They have a serious mask mandate policy, and make a solid effort for cleanliness and social distancing. The employees here were very courteous, and it seems that you can usually find good prices on their sale items. It was a clean, well-kept store which I'd be happy to return to.

The staff should be more helpful at the register. I've seen other locations offer coupons and special discounts that saved me money right on the spot. I don't know why this location can't do the same? Shouldn't this be something that is done at all locations? I'm hopeful that this improves on my next store visit.

I had a very bad experience at Kohls West Burlington with an associate by the name of Joshua Hardy, i watched him walk up to the rack i was examining and proceed to knock all of the merchandise onto the ground and then after i was standing in a pile of merchandise on the floor he said “gloop glop” and quickly crab walked away :(

Cashier coerced me into signing up for a credit card after I said no three times. Management also encourages this behavior. Selection is slightly better than decent, but everything is terribly overpriced, so that cancels out. Say it with me now, "consent is important."
