I love how helpful the team is but I have a major issue on how long it takes them to fill prescriptions. It is almost everytime I try to fill my wife's medication that I set a fill time, it is accepted and then it doesn't get filled until a day or 2 after the fill date that they are ready. Why have a scheduled pickup if you never fulfill it?

Always friendly and accommodating, I highly recommend I've never once had a bad experience and I visit often. And Mashanda is a great pharmacist who is patient kind and understanding. She is personable and always has a contagious smile. I wouldn't think about going to another pharmacy.

I had surgery on Tuesday. When my husband went to get prescription for pain. They had prescribed the wrong thing. After calling Dr to get it straightened out, I called the pharmacy and said to expect it, & please get it filled as quickly as possible. They said it would be 2 hours, & they’d call when it was ready. We live 20 minutes away. Four hours later I still hadn’t heard from them, and the pharmacy was closed. I’ve been w/o pain meds for 2 days now. I’ve been doing what I can with Tylenol, but it it’s doing much. Being in pain is setting back my recovery. I have been extremely lightheaded from pain,& even passed out. I’m now waiting until the pharmacy is open to find out if my prescription is ready.

I went this morning (9.6.22) and didn't get acknowledged for almost 10 minutes...the worker was on the phone and never even looked my way and then his name tag was flipped over so I couldn't see it... definitely unhappy!!

I was picking up a vital prescription for a neighbor. 3 hours after it was called in they were still having issues with the insurance and didn't bother to call the patient. I spent another 2 hours waiting for it to be filled.

I don't shop at hy-vee but my boyfriend gets just medications there but he always has a long wait and the employees don't even look at you to let you know it would be awhile so your standing there not knowing how long.

Slowest, worst pharmacy drive through I’ve ever been at. Everytime I come they take forever and don’t send waiting cars to the back of the line.
